Claims (16)
- Procédé pour fabriquer et remplir des sacs (27) avec au moins quatre joints longitudinaux (29),
caractérisé- en ce que le matériau, dans lequel sont réalisés les sacs, est amené sous la forme d'un matériau tubulaire (4) d'un dispositif de déroulement (2, 3, 5) à un dispositif de formation de sacs (1), et- en ce que le matériau tubulaire (4) est pourvu dans le dispositif de formation de sacs (1) de joints longitudinaux (29) qui s'étendent au moins sur une grande partie des sacs (27). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de formation de sacs (1) procède à la formation des sacs en formant les fonds des sacs dans le matériau tubulaire (4) par des soudures transversales.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les joints longitudinaux (29) sont formés avant que le matériau tubulaire (4) ne soit séparé en tronçons tubulaires (18).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de formation de sacs (1) procède également au remplissage des sacs (27) en introduisant le produit de remplissage dans les sacs (27).

- Dispositif (1) pour fabriquer et remplir des sacs avec au moins quatre joints longitudinaux, caractérisé par- un dispositif de déroulement (2,3,5) depuis lequel le matériau (4), dans lequel sont réalisés les sacs, est amené sous forme de matériau tubulaire (4) à un dispositif de formation de sacs (1), et- une installation de soudage longitudinal (28) qui munit le matériau tubulaire (4) dans le dispositif de formation de sacs (1) de joints longitudinaux qui s'étendent au moins sur une grande partie des sacs (27).
