caractérisé en ce que- sont prévus des dispositifs de soudage d'angle (46), des dispositifs de réalisation d'une poignée (28) et/ou des dispositifs d'application d'au moins un cordon de soudure ou de jointure qui permettent d'usiner les deux bords (50,51) du film de forme tubulaire (4) ou des morceaux de tuyau divisés (18), et- en ce que les dispositifs concernés (28,46) sont permutables entre l'usinage d'un bord et l'usinage des deux bords (50,51). - Dispositif selon une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la ligne de symétrie (70) de la tubulure de remplissage du poste de remplissage (23) est décalée par rapport à la ligne de symétrie principale (65) des morceaux de tuyau (18) dans le poste de remplissage ou en ce que la position relative de cette ligne de symétrie de la tubulure de remplissage peut être décalée par rapport à la ligne de symétrie principale des morceaux de tuyau. - Procédé de fabrication et de remplissage de moyens d'emballage (60) à l'aide d'un dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel les étapes de procédé suivantes sont réalisées :- un film de matériau de forme tubulaire posé à plat (4) qui présente un axe de symétrie principal (65) et deux bords de tuyau qui lui sont parallèles (50,51) est déroulé le long de l'axe de symétrie principal (65) du tuyau (4) depuis un rouleau (3),- le matériau de forme tubulaire (4) est pourvu par une opération de soudage et de coupe d'un premier cordon de soudure transversal (42) perpendiculaire à l'axe du tuyau (65) et coupé le long d'une ligne de coupe également perpendiculaire à l'axe du tuyau (65) de manière à obtenir des morceaux de tuyau divisés ouverts d'un côté (18),- les morceaux de tuyau ouverts d'un côté (18) sont remplis par gravité dans le poste de remplissage de matériau de remplissage par leur extrémité encore ouverte (62),- l'extrémité encore ouverte (62) des morceaux de tuyau ouverts d'un côté (18) est pourvue d'un second cordon de soudure (42) qui s'étend également perpendiculairement à l'axe du tuyau (65),
caractérisé en ce que
deux lignes de coupe successives (42) sont pratiquées dans le tuyau (4) à une distance (61) qui est inférieure à la distance (64) entre les deux bords (50,51) du tuyau (4), une zone centrale de la surface d'appui (58) du dispositif de soutien de fond de sac (24) décrivant par rapport à une horizontale (66) un angle (α). - Procédé selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce
que dans au moins une partie périphérique (50,51) du tuyau, au moins une aide à l'ouverture (54) est réalisée. - Procédé selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce que
l'au moins une aide à l'ouverture (54) est réalisée du moins partiellement dans le tuyau (4) lors de la formation du tuyau. - Procédé selon une des deux revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce
que l'au moins une aide à l'ouverture (54) est réalisée dans le matériau de forme tubulaire (4) en affaiblissant le matériau de forme tubulaire (4) - à l'aide donc par exemple d'une perforation. - Procédé selon la revendication 10,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins un système de refermeture est installé dans le matériau de forme tubulaire pour faire office d'au moins une aide à l'ouverture (54). - Procédé selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce
qu'au moins une glissière est réalisée dans le matériau de forme tubulaire (4) pour faire office d'au moins une aide à l'ouverture (54). - Procédé selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce que
le rail de glissement (54) est réalisé lors de la formation du tuyau et en ce que la tête de la glissière est posée sur le rail de glissement une fois que le tuyau a été déroulé depuis le rouleau (3). - Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes 7 à 13,
caractérisé en ce que,
dans au moins une partie périphérique (50,51) du tuyau (4), avant ou après la division du tuyau (4) en morceaux de tuyau (18), au moins une poignée (43) est réalisée. - Procédé selon la revendication précédente,
caractérisé en ce que
dans au moins une partie périphérique du tuyau (50,51), au moins une poignée (43) est réalisée pendant que le tuyau déroulé (4) est transporté par intermittence. - Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes 7 à 15,
caractérisé en ce que
dans au moins une partie périphérique (50,51) du tuyau (4), avant ou après la division du tuyau (4) en morceaux de tuyau (18), deux soudures d'angle (46) sont réalisées.
