Claims (15)

  1. Godet à gravité pour un pistolet pulvérisateur de peinture, avec un récipient (1) et avec un couvercle (2) qui peut être posé sur le récipient et qui présente une partie de raccordement (3) pour monter le godet à gravité sur le pistolet pulvérisateur ou sur un adaptateur, sachant que le récipient (1) présente une ouverture de ventilation (4) pouvant être fermée au moyen d'une soupape, caractérisé en ce que la soupape comprend un boîtier de soupape (10) disposé sur le récipient et un élément d'obturation correspondant (5), et elle présente deux sièges de soupape disposés l'un à la suite de l'autre dans la direction d'écoulement, sachant que l'élément d'obturation (5) peut être déplacé en translation, par rapport au boîtier de soupape (10), entre une première position de soupape, dans laquelle l'ouverture de ventilation (4) est fermée, et une deuxième position de soupape, dans laquelle une compensation de pression entre l'intérieur du récipient (1) et l'environnement est rendue possible.
  2. Godet à gravité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque siège de soupape présente une surface d'étanchéité (6 ; 7), sachant que ces surfaces d'étanchéité (6 ; 7) sont séparées l'une de l'autre.
  3. Godet à gravité selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de soupape est formé par une saillie cylindrique creuse (10), qui est disposée sur la paroi du récipient, en particulier sur le fond (23) du récipient, et qui entoure l'ouverture de ventilation (4).
  4. Godet à gravité selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'étanchéité (6) du premier siège de soupape est formée par la paroi (8) formant l'ouverture de ventilation, et en ce que la surface d'étanchéité (7) du deuxième siège de soupape est formée par la paroi extérieure de la saillie (10).
  5. Godet à gravité selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'obturation (5) peut être enclenché sur la saillie (10) au moyen d'éléments d'enclenchement (15, 16, 17).
  6. Godet à gravité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'obturation (5) est formé d'un corps de base cylindrique creux (11) avec un tenon (12) dépassant à l'intérieur du corps de base (11) et à l'extrémité duquel est formé un bouchon (13) pour fermer l'ouverture de ventilation (4).
  7. Godet à gravité selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque l'élément d'obturation (5) est placé dans la première position de soupape, le bouchon (13) s'engage dans l'ouverture de ventilation (4) et s'applique contre la paroi (8) de l'ouverture de ventilation (4) pour former la première surface d'étanchéité (6), et, dans le même temps, la surface intérieure (14) du corps de base (11) s'applique contre la paroi extérieure (9) de la saillie (10) pour former la deuxième surface d'étanchéité (7).
  8. Godet à gravité selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le bouchon (13) et l'ouverture de ventilation (4) sont respectivement réalisés coniques.
  9. Godet à gravité selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'enclenchement respectifs (15, 16, 17) sont formés sur le côté intérieur (14) du corps de base (11) ainsi que sur la paroi extérieure (9) de la saillie (10), éléments qui correspondent entre eux pour immobiliser l'élément d'obturation (5) dans une des deux positions de soupape.
  10. Godet à gravité selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un et de préférence plusieurs évidements (18) ou ouvertures sont prévus dans la paroi extérieure (9) de la saillie (10), lesquels, lorsque l'élément d'obturation (5) est placé dans la deuxième position de soupape, permettent respectivement un passage d'air depuis l'intérieur du récipient (1) vers l'extérieur.
  11. Godet à gravité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de ventilation (4) est initialement fermée par une membrane qui, lors du premier placement de l'élément d'obturation (5) dans la première position de soupape, est transpercée par l'élément d'obturation (5).
  12. Godet à gravité selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une pointe est rapportée sur l'élément d'obturation (5) afin de transpercer la membrane.
  13. Godet à gravité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture d'évacuation (19) est formée sur la partie de raccordement (3) du couvercle (2), et en ce que l'élément d'obturation (5) est conçu de telle sorte qu'il convient également pour fermer cette ouverture d'évacuation (19).
  14. Godet à gravité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'obturation (5) est initialement rapporté sur le couvercle (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une patte de déchirage (25) conçue comme point de rupture privilégiée, et il peut être détaché afin de fermer l'ouverture de ventilation (4) ou l'ouverture d'évacuation (19).
