Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method and a device for measuring radio interferences.
  • EMC electromagnetic compatibility
  • the respective strengths of the two devices can be bundled in one system.
  • DE 38 17 500 C1 such a system is shown, in which through a spectrum analyzer function of the desired frequency range tuned and compared at each measurement frequency of the measured voltage level with a limit and when exceeded of the limit value is characterized by the measured voltage level belonging to the measuring frequency voltage level as a radio interference voltage.
  • a radio interference voltage is identified in this way, it switches from the spectrum analyzer function to the measurement receiver function.
  • the radio interference voltage is sampled several times with regard to its voltage level at the respective measuring frequency and, with regard to the selected statistical evaluation function, more precisely characterized with respect to its time behavior.
  • No. 6,509,742 B discloses a method for measuring radio interference levels in a specific frequency range by means of a pre-measurement and a post-measurement in which the center frequency is tracked to the average frequency of the radio interference level determined in the preceding pre-measurement.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of further developing a method and a device for measuring radio interference levels such that radio interference levels identified in the pre-measurement and variable in their frequency are correctly recorded and evaluated in the subsequent measurement following the pre-measurement.
  • the object of the invention is achieved by a method and a device for measuring radio interferences having the features of claim 1 and claim 5, respectively.
  • the inventive method or apparatus for measuring radio interference voltages can also correctly identify changes in the voltage level of the radio interference voltage, and correctly take into account in the frequency tracking of the measurement receiver. In this way, a correct, detection and evaluation of frequency and amplitude variable radio interference voltages by the inventive method or by the inventive device for measuring radio interference voltages is possible.
  • a plurality of selectable evaluation functions are preferably integrated in the measurement receiver, with which a more precise analysis of the time response of the radio interference voltage over the evaluation time of the spectrum analyzer is possible in the final measurement.
  • the inventive method or the inventive device for measuring radio interference voltages is not only designed for a single radio interference, but allows the simultaneous identification of multiple radio interference voltages using the spectrum analyzer as part of a pre-measurement and the subsequent evaluation of all identified radio interference voltages using the test receiver in the final measurement.
  • radio interference voltage and measuring voltage in the sense of radio interference level and measurement level were used universally. Not only the voltage in the narrower sense is meant as a measured variable, but also other measured variables such as field strength, currents, etc., which characterize the measuring signal.
  • the term voltage, measuring voltage, radio interference voltage, etc. can therefore be arbitrarily replaced by level, measurement level or radio interference level.
  • any useful and / or interference signal is received via an antenna 1 of the device according to the invention for measuring radio interference voltages, which is positioned at a certain selectable measuring location.
  • the device according to the invention for measuring radio interference voltages is positioned at a measuring location no useful signals occur, is received by the antenna 1 in undisturbed operation only a noise signal.
  • a radio interference occurs, it is received by a high-frequency part 2 via the antenna 1.
  • first mixer 3 is a conversion to the intermediate frequency.
  • a frequency-tunable first local oscillator 4 over the entire measuring frequency range of the device according to the invention is preferably tuned in a certain adjustable frequency grid.
  • the frequency spectrum of the received high-frequency radio interference voltage, together with the superimposed high-frequency noise voltage is converted into an intermediate frequency range with this first local oscillator 4 tuned in within a given frequency raster within the predetermined measurement frequency range.
  • the intermediate frequency signal has different signal processing functions (e.g., filtering, linearization, etc.).
  • the conversion of the intermediate frequency signal into the baseband is performed in the subsequent second mixer 6.
  • the carrier frequency for conversion into the baseband is generated by a second local oscillator 7 with a fixed frequency.
  • the analog measuring voltage is transformed into the digital data format.
  • the amount formation of the digitized time-varying measuring voltage is carried out in the absolute value generator 10.
  • a logarithmation of the digitized time-varying measuring voltage for a semilogarithmic representation of the measurement result takes place in the logarithm 11.
  • the access to the signal is illustrated by the symbolic switch 12.
  • the switch 12 receives from a higher-level controller 17 a control signal which determines the time of access.
  • the digitized voltage level of the measurement voltage is detected during access in a detector 13.
  • the detected with the detector 13 digitized voltage level of the measuring voltage is read by the microcomputer 14.
  • the measurement voltage consisting of the radio interference voltage and the superimposed noise voltage is measured over the entire adjustable measurement frequency range in the adjustable frequency grid.
  • the frequency of the first oscillator 4 over the adjustable measuring frequency range in the adjustable frequency grid with respect to the recording of the frequency spectrum of the measuring voltage is successively tuned by the parent frequency and Abtastberichtech 17 of the microcomputer.
  • the synchronous to the speed of Frequenz wrestletician access to the digital measurement voltage over the first measurement time is also carried out by the parent frequency and Abtastberichtmaschine.
  • spectrum analyzer 15 is also the comparison of the measured voltage per frequency measurement level in relation to an adjustable limit and the Identification of the measured voltage level as a radio interference voltage in the event of the limit value being exceeded by the measured voltage level.
  • the voltage levels of the measurement signal including the identified radio interference voltage levels detected at the individual measurement frequencies within the measurement frequency range are buffered in the memory 18.

  • a measuring frequency range of the functional unit measuring receiver 16 which is generally smaller than the adjustable measuring frequency range of the functional unit spectrum analyzer 15, takes place in the functional unit measuring receiver 16, a more accurate analysis of the time behavior of the individual, identified radio interference voltages over several access times within a second measurement time.
  • the measurement and evaluation results of the functional unit measuring receiver 16 are also buffered in the memory 18.
  • the inventive method for measuring radio interference voltages whose method steps are shown in the flow chart in Fig. 2, in the beginning Vorunk performed by the functional unit spectrum analyzer 15, in the first method step S10 initialization of the measuring frequency of the device according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 z. B. with the user selected lower limit frequency of the measuring frequency range to be measured.
  • the voltage level of the measurement voltage consisting of the radio interference voltage and superimposed noise voltage is detected within a first measurement time at the selected measurement frequency.
  • the respective measured voltage level is compared in method step S20 with a user-selected limit value.
  • the limit value is usually a value which is constant over the entire measuring frequency range and which is laid over the entire measuring frequency range in the sense of a marker. In principle, however, is the use of one over the entire Measuring frequency range variable limit value possible.
  • the measuring voltage at this measuring frequency is characterized as a radio interference voltage and the set measuring frequency is determined as the center frequency for a subsequent remeasurement. If the limit value is exceeded by the measuring voltage over a certain frequency range in the case of a broadband radio interference voltage, then the respective mean frequency is determined by the functional unit spectrum analyzer 15 and set as the center frequency.
  • step S20 All voltages measured in step S20 to the individual measurement frequencies are stored with their associated voltage levels and frequencies, and in the event of a limit exceedance with their center frequency and with the identification as radio interference in step S30.
  • the measuring frequency is increased by one Frequenzrasterinkrement and carried out with the new measuring frequency in step S20, a new level measurement.
  • a continuous (swept) measurement it is also possible to carry out a continuous (swept) measurement.
  • the pre-measurement in the functional unit spectrum analyzer 15 is ended. The method now goes into the mode of measurement, which is performed by the functional unit measuring receiver 16.
  • a second measurement time that exceeds a certain settable number of access times, which is significantly longer than the first measurement time of the functional unit spectrum analyzer 15, is a measurement of the Voltage level of the measuring voltage.
  • the measuring frequency range of the functional unit measuring receiver 16 is selected such that the center frequency determined by the functional unit spectrum analyzer 15 for each marked radio interference voltage is used as the center frequency of the respective measuring frequency range for the final measurement.
  • the center frequency of the post-measurement is thus tracked to the identified in the pre-measurement center frequency of the identified radio interference voltage, whereby a dynamic measurement of a frequency-variable radio interference voltage is possible.
  • the voltage level function values determined by the respectively selected evaluation functions are stored as the results of a more accurate time analysis of the radio interference voltage for all measuring frequencies within the measuring frequency range of the functional unit measuring receiver 16 belonging to the respective radio interference voltage.
  • a more precise measurement of the time response is carried out in method step S60 for the next radio interference voltage not yet measured in the final measurement, in which the center frequency of the time response Measuring frequency range of the functional unit measuring receiver 16 is set to the determined by the functional unit spectrum analyzer 15 center frequency to be measured in the following radio interference voltage and a repeated sampling of the voltage level of the radio interference voltage to be measured in the set measuring frequency range of the functional unit measuring receiver 16 is performed.
