Claims (17)

  1. Hülsenlose Rolle (10'), die aus einem Bogen (10) aus einem nicht feuchten, flexiblen Material wie einem saugfähigen Faserstoff besteht, die durch Wickeln des Bogens um einen Wickelkern hergestellt wird und ein Anfangsstück (10B) für den Innenabzug umfasst, das entlang diesem Kern gegenüber zumindest einem Teil der Ebene einer der Seiten der Rolle vorsteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anfangsstück (10B) dadurch gebildet wird, dass der Endabschnitt (10A) quer auf den Wickelkern der Rolle geklappt wird.
  2. Rolle nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Länge des Anfangsstücks (10B) zwischen 0,3 und 20 cm und vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 15 cm liegt.
  3. Rolle (10') nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Anfangsstück (10B) aus einem inneren Endabschnitt (10A) des Bogens (10) besteht.
  4. Rolle (10') nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anfangsstück (10B) spitz zuläuft.
  5. Rolle nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anfangsstück (10B) sichtbar durch Einfärben verstärkt ist.
  6. Rolle nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anfangsstück (10B) mechanisch mit einem zusätzlichen Element verstärkt ist.
  7. Rolle nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Anfangsstück (10B) aus einem Element besteht, das an einen inneren Endabschnitt des Bogens (10A) angesetzt ist.
  8. Herstellungsverfahren für eine Rolle (10') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Anfangsstück (10B) hergestellt wird, indem ein Endabschnitt (10A) des Bogens, bevor der Bogen zur Rolle (10') geformt wird, quer umgeklappt wird, damit er mit dem Wickelkern der Rolle einen Winkel bildet, der kein rechter Winkel ist, und über den Rand des Bogens hinausragt.
  9. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Bogen auf einem Rollenhalter zur Rolle (10') geformt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, wobei die ersten Wicklungen in der Mitte der Rolle nicht miteinander verbunden sind.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 9 mit Schritten zum Herstellen der Rolle (10') durch Aufrollen des Bogens (10) auf einen Rollenhalter (11), bei denen:
    - der Bogen derart angeordnet wird, dass er sich an einem Ende senkrecht auf beiden Seiten des Rollenhalters (11) erstreckt,
    - dieses Ende des Bogens (10A) auf den Wickelkern der Rolle umgeklappt wird,
    - dieser Endabschnitt (10A) des Bogens auf dem Rollenhalter (11) gehalten wird,
    - der Rollenhalter um seine Achse gedreht wird, um den Bogen (10) aufzurollen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endabschnitt (10A) des Bogens vor dem Drehen des Rollenhalters (11) so angeordnet ist, dass er sich über eine der Seitenkanten des Bogens (10) hinaus erstreckt.
  12. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Rollenhalter (11) so zum Bogen (10) platziert wird, dass sich ein Endabschnitt (10A) desselben auf einer Seite des Halters (11) und der Rest des Bogens (10) auf der anderen Seite befindet, dieser Endabschnitt (10A) wird in einer Querverschiebung auf den Halter gelegt.
  13. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Querverschiebung durch einen Luftstrahl erreicht wird.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Querverschiebung dadurch erreicht wird, dass ein Teil am Endabschnitt reibt.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 14, wobei
    - ein großer Bogen (1) aus einem flexiblen Material in eine Mehrzahl einzelner, nebeneinander liegender Bögen (101, 102, ...) zerschnitten wird,
    - ein Endabschnitt (10A1, 10A2, ...) dieser Bögen quer verschoben wird,
    - diese Bögen um einen Rollenhalter (11) gewickelt werden und
    - jede der Rollen nach ihrer Herstellung abgetrennt wird und so das Anfangsstück (10B) freigelegt wird.
  16. Herstellungsverfahren für eine Rolle nach den Ansprüchen 8 bis 12, wobei
    - ein großer Bogen aus einem flexiblen Material mit einer Schneidvorrichtung in eine Mehrzahl einzelner, nebeneinander liegender Bögen (101, 102,...) zerschnitten wird,
    - zuerst die erste oder die ersten Wicklungen der Rolle aufgewickelt wird bzw. werden
    - das Anfangsstück (10B) durch Querverschiebung der Schneidvorrichtung hergestellt wird,
    - die Bögen um einen Rollenhalter (11) gewickelt werden und
    - jede der Rollen nach ihrer Herstellung abgetrennt wird, wobei die Anfangsstücke (10B1, 10B2, ...), die so aus den Enden (10A1, 10A2, ...) der Bögen hergestellt sind, in der Mitte auf einer der Seiten der Rolle vorstehen.
  17. Herstellungsverfahren für eine Rolle nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, wobei
    - mit einer Schneidvorrichtung ein großer Bogen aus einem flexiblen Material in eine Mehrzahl einzelner, nebeneinander liegender Bögen (101, 102, ...) zerschnitten wird,
    - das Anfangsstück (10B) durch Querverschiebung des Rollenhalters hergestellt wird, wobei die Anfangsstücke (10B1, 10B2, ...) aus den Enden (10A1, 10A2,...) der Bögen nach dem Abtrennen der Rollen auf einer der Seiten der Rolle vorstehen.
