Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Oeffnen einer vollen Rolle (2a), bestehend aus einem Papierband oder dünner Aluminiumfolie, die auf diese in fortlaufenden Windungen aufgerollt sind, und zum Verbinden des äusseren Endes des Papierbandes (22) oder der dünnen Aluminiumfolie der genannten vollen Rolle mit einem inneren Ende eines Papierbandes (20) oder einer dünnen Aluminiumfolie einer quasi leeren Rolle (2), welche um eine erste Rotationsachse (12) rotiert,
       gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:
    1° eine erste Schneidvorrichtung (4) wird betätigt, um eine gewisse Anzahl von äusseren Windungen der vollen Rolle entlang einer Linie, die parallel zur Achse der zweiten Rotationsachse ist, zu schneiden,
    2° ein zylindrisches Greifelement (3), dessen Achse parallel zur genannten ersten Rotationsachse ist, ist mit seiner zylindrischen äusseren Oberfläche in tangentiellem Kontakt mit der zylindrischen äusseren Oberfläche der genannten vollen Rolle, eine Greiföffnung (30) des genannten Greifelementes ist geöffnet, um ein Ende der geschnittenen Windungen (21) aufnehmen zu können, dann wird die Oeffnung wieder geschlossen, damit die genannten Enden der geschnittenen Windungen eingeklemmt werden, das genannte Greifelement wird in Rotation versetzt, damit die Menge der geschnittenen Windungen sowie einige der äusseren Windungen der genannten vollen Rolle aufgerollt werden, was die genannte volle Rolle in Rotation versetzt,
    3° das genannte rotierende Greifelement wird verschoben, um in die Nähe des Papierbandes der quasi leeren Rolle zu gelangen, derart dass das Band der vollen Rolle sich parallel, mit der gleichen Geschwindigkeit und in der Nähe des Bandes der quasi leeren Rolle abrollt,
    4° nachfolgend wird eine zweite Schneidvorrichtung (60) betätigt, um den Teil des Papierbandes oder der dünnen Aluminiumfolie, der mit der quasi leeren Rolle verbunden ist, zu schneiden, wonach eine Vorrichtung mit Pressrollen (7) zum Befestigen des Papierbandes oder der dünnen Aluminiumfolie aus der vollen Rolle am Papierband oder an der dünnen Aluminiumfolie aus der quasi leeren Rolle betätigt wird, und danach eine dritte Schneidvorrichtung (61) betätigt wird, um den Teil des Papierbandes oder der dünnen Aluminiumfolie zu schneiden, das in der genannten Greifvorrichtung gehalten ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablauf der genannten Schritte automatisiert ist, so dass die Schritte sich folgen, ohne dass das Abrollen des Papierbandes oder der dünnen Aluminiumfolie unterbrochen werden muss.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich auf das Oeffnen von Rollen und das Verbinden von Papierband zum Umwickeln von Zigarettenfilter bezieht.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, enthaltend:
    1° eine erste Rotationsachse (12) zum Tragen einer Rolle (2) aus Papier oder dünner Aluminiumfolie zum Abrollen;
    2° eine zweite Rotationsachse (13), die parallel zur genannten ersten Rotationsachse angeordnet ist und eine volle Rolle (2a) oder eine abrollende trägt;
    3° eine erste Schneidvorrichtung (4), mit welcher ein Schnitt durch eine gewisse Anzahl von äusseren Windungen der vollen Rolle ausführbar ist, entlang einer Linie, die parallel zur genannten zweiten Rotationsachse ist;
    4° roboterisierte Armmittel (10, 11), mit welchen eine volle Rolle (2b) auf die genannte zweite Achse bringbar ist, und die genannte quasi leere Rolle von der genannten ersten Achse wegnehmbar ist,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausserdem enthalten ist:
    5° ein zylindrisches Greifelement (3), das einen Greifteil (30) umfasst,
    6° eine Blasvorrichtung (5) mit geneigten Düsen (50, 51, 52),welche mit dem genannten Greifelement zusammenwirken und fähig sind, die genannten äusseren geschnittenen Windungen (21) auf der genannten vollen Rolle anzuheben und sie in das Innere der Greifelemente einzuführen,
    7° roboterisierte Armmittel (10, 11), mit welchen das genannte Greifelement verschiebbar ist, um es in die Nähe des Papierbandes (20) oder der dünnen Aluminiumfolie der quasi leeren Rolle zu bringen, und um die Rolle während des Abwickelns von der genannten zweiten Rotationsachse abzunehmen und sie auf die genannte erste Rotationsachse zu bringen,
    8° eine zweite Schneidvorrichtung (60), welche fähig ist, das mit der quasi leeren Rolle verbundene Band zu schneiden,
    9° eine Vorrichtung mit Pressrollen (7), welche fähig ist, das Papierband oder die dünne Aluminiumfolie, ausgehend von der vollen Rolle (22), mit dem Papierband (20) oder der dünnen Aluminiumfolie, ausgehend von der quasi leeren Rolle, zu verbinden,
    10° eine dritte Schneidvorrichtung (61), welche fähig ist, den Teil des Bandes zu schneiden, der mit der genannten Greifvorrichtung verbunden ist, in Laufrichtung gesehen vor dieser Vorrichtung,
    11° Mittel zum Abziehen der Windungen von Papier oder dünner Aluminiumfolie, die auf der genannten Greifvorrichtung aufgewickelt sind,
    12° Mittel zur automatischen Führung des Verfahrens.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, in welcher das zylindrische Greifelement (3) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es einen backenförmigen Greifteil umfasst, gemäss einer Form eines Teils des Zylinders (31), mit gleichem äusseren Durchmesser, dass der genannte Greifteil sich öffnen kann, indem der genannte Greitteil um die Längsachse des genannten Greifelementes drehbar ist um eine Vertiefung (30) zu schaffen, die die Form eines Zylindersektors hat und fähig ist, eine gewisse Anzahl von äusseren Windungsenden der vollen Rolle aufzunehmen, dass sich der genannte Greifteil schliessen kann, wobei diese Bewegung der Oeffnungsbewegung entgegengerichtet ist, um die genannten Windungsenden zu klemmen, und dass das genannte Greifelement um seine Längsachse in Rotation versetzt werden kann.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, in welcher das zylindrische Greifelement dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es ausserdem Mittel zum Abziehen der auf dem Greifelement aufgewickelten Windungen aufweist, die fähig sind, die genannten Wicklungen abzuziehen, während der genannte Greiffeil geöffnet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, in welcher die Blasvorrichtung (5) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie eine Mehrzahl von mit unterschiedlichen Winkeln geneigten Düsen (50, 51, 52) umfasst, die aufeinanderfolgend aktiviert werden um die geschnittenen Enden der Papierbänder oder der dünnen Aluminiumfolien der vollen Rolle zu biegen und sie in die Vertiefung des Greifelementes einzuführen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, in welcher die Vorrichtung mit den Pressrollen (7) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass sie eine erste zylindrische Rolle (71) aufweist, welche eine Mehrzahl von umlaufenden Rillen (74) umfasst, die parallel zueinander und in regelmässigem Abstand voneinander angebracht sind, dass eine zweite zylindrische Rolle (70) eine Mehrzahl von umlaufenden Ringen (72) umfasst, die parallel zueinander und in regelmässigem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, wobei jeder der genannten Ringe einer Rille des genannten ersten Zylinders gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, und dass jeder der genannten Ringe eine Mehrzahl von dreieckförmigen Zähnen (73) aufweist, die regelmässig über den Umfang der genannten Ringe angeordnet sind.
