Claims (7)

1. Abwickelvorrichtung (6, 6', 7) für Rollen zur Sicherung der Dauerversorgung eines endlosen Bandes (21, 23), bestehend aus zwei Achsen (4, 5) auf einem Gehäuse (25 bis 28) für zwei Rollen, von denen die eine in der Abwickelphase ist und die andere nach dem Entfernen des Restes der abgewickelten Rolle eine volle Rolle aufnimmt, ferner aus Mitteln (9, 10, 11) zur Sicherung einer ausreichenden Bandvorspannung, aus Mitteln, die auf ihre Achse wirken, um die volle Rolle auf ihre volle Abwickelgeschwindigkeit zu bringen, wobei auf das Ende der vollen Rolle ein Klebestreifen (22, 22') aufgebracht ist, aus Mitteln um das Band der fast abgewickelten Rolle auf das Band der vollen Rolle zu drücken, um durch den Klebestreifen eine Verklebung beider Bänder zu bewirken, wobei diese Druckmittel Druckelemente (14, 15) beinhalten, die auf einer beweglichen Einheit (8) montiert sind, die in der Lage ist, diese Elemente jeweils in Betriebsstellung in der Nähe jeder vollen Rolle (6, 6', 7) zu bringen, sowie aus Messern (17, 18) um das Band der abgewickelten Rolle zu schneiden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckmittel zwei Druckelemente (14, 15) beinhalten und an beiden Seiten von mindestens einer Führungsrolle (16) angeordnet sind, über welche das abgewickelte Band läuft, sowie ein erstes (51) und ein zweites (56, 57) Steuerungsmittel, das in der Lage ist, jeweils auf jenes Druckelement (14 oder 15) zu wirken, das sich an der anderen Seite des Bandes (21, 23) zur vollen Rolle befindet, um dieses Druckelement jeweils in die Näherungslage der Oberfläche der vollen Rolle und dann in eine Kontaktlage mit der Fläche dieser gleichen Rollen zu bringen.
2. Abwickelvorrichtung für Rollen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Einheit (8) ein Wagenist, der durch Antriebsmittel gesteuert ist, die in der Lage sind, ihm entlang der parallel zur Fläche der Achsen (4, 5) beider Rollen (6, 6', 7) angeordneten Schienen (35, 36) eine Translationsbewegung zu geben.

Abwickelvorrichtung für Rollen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckelemente Rollen (14, 15) sind, und daß diese Rollen und die Rührungsrolle(n) (16) durch zwei Ständer (12, 13) getragen sind, um einen symmetrischen Rahmen zu bilden mit zwei beidseitig an den Enden der Führungsrolle(n) angeordneten Schwenkachsen (61, 61', 66, 66'), welche Achsen in den Einschnitten (62) der beweglichen Einheit (8) liegen, wovon eine in jeder der Betriebsstellungen schwenkbar ausgebildet ist und durch am Rahmen befestigten Anschläge (65, 67) festgehalten wird, wobei die ersten und zweiten Steuerungsmittel (51, 56, 57) der Folge nach auf den symmetrischen Rahmen wirken, um ihn um eine der Achsen zu verschwenken, um somit in zwei Phasen die gegenüberliegende Druckrolle (14 oder 15) an die Fläche der vollen Rolle zu bringen.
4. Abwickelvorrichtung für Rollen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachsen (61, 61', 66, 66') des Rahmens mit den Drehachsen der Druckrollen (14, 15) zusammengelegt sind.

Abwickelvorrichtung für Rollen nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Steuermittel aus einem mittig angeordneten Näherungszylinder (51) besteht, der einerseits an der beweglichen Einheit (8) angelenkt ist und andererseits mit einem Arm (52) verbunden ist, der selbst mit einem Zapfen (53) verbunden ist, der freirotierend in einer Stütze (46) der beweglichen Einheit gesteckt ist, und der in der Nähe seiner beiden Enden zwei symmetrische Arme (54, 55) trägt, welche jeweils an einem Ende eines Kontakt-Zylinders (56, 57) angelenkt sind, wobei die zwei Kontakt-Zylinder (56, 57), die das zweite Steuermittel bilden, über ihre zweiten Enden jeweils in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Druckrollen (14, 15) mit dem besagten symmetrischen Rahmen verbunden sind.
6. Abwickelvorrichtung für Rollen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kontakt-Zylinder (56, 57) mit der Achse (58) der Führungsrolle (16) in Angriff sind.
7. Abwickelvorrichtung für Rollen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen der Messer (17, 18) beidseitig ihrer Symmetriefläche befestigt und angeordnet sind.
