Claims (19)

  1. Verfahren zum Schneiden und Stoßverkleben für eine Abwickelmaschine zur wahlweisen Durchführung einer Verbindung von Bändern mit einer einzigen Verbindung auf einer einzigen Seite der Stoßenden der zu verbindenden Bänder oder mit zwei Verbindungen, jeweils eine auf einer Seite der Stoßenden der zwei zu verbindenden Bänder, mit zwei Rollenträger-Elementen (1), die an ihrem oberen Teil durch eine Brückenstruktur (2), die einen Bandspeicher (3) aufnehmen kann, und durch zwei Verbindungsbaugruppen (4) zum Verbinden der Bänder im Stillstand überdeckt sind, die jeweils einem der Rollenträger-Elemente (1) zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es im Wesentlichen in einer Nebenzeit das Vorbereiten des Endes des neuen Bandes (5) einer neuen Rolle (6) und dessen Versehen mit einer Klebeverbindung (7) auf einer entsprechenden Verbindungsbaugruppe (4), gegebenenfalls das nachfolgende Befestigen in einer Nebenzeit auf der Verbindungsbaugruppe (4), die der Rolle (8) entspricht, von der das endende Band (9) abgewickelt wird, einer zweiten Klebeverbindung (10) zur Überführung, dann das Ausführen des Anhaltens der Rolle (8), von der das endende Band (9) abgewickelt wird, und das Ausführen der Verbindung durch Kleben des neuen Bandes (5), gefolgt von dem Schneiden des endenden Bandes (9), durch Annähern der Verbindungsbaugruppen (4) umfasst, wobei das Abwickeln der neuen Rolle (6) dann gestartet wird.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Schneiden und Stoßverkleben für eine Abwickelmaschine, die das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 ausführt, wobei diese Maschine (2) zwei Rollenträger-Elemente (1) umfasst, die an ihrem oberen Teil durch eine Brückenstruktur (2), die einen Bandspeicher (3) aufnehmen kann, und durch zwei Verbindungsbaugruppen (4) zum Verbinden der Bänder im Stillstand überdeckt sind, die jeweils einem der Rollenträger-Elemente (1) zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Verbindungsbaugruppe (4) eine Station (11) zur Vorbereitung und Überführung einer Klebeverbindung (7 oder 10), eine Vorrichtung (12) zum Halten und Schneiden des neuen Bandes (5) oder des endenden Bandes (9) und gegebenenfalls eine Einrichtung (13) zur Bewegung der Verbindungsbaugruppen (4) zur Verbindung der Bänder auf einander zu und voneinander fort umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Station (11) zur Vorbereitung und zur Überführung einer Klebeverbindung (7 oder 10) durch einen Zylinder (14) zur Aufnahme, zur Halterung und zum Aufbringen einer Klebeverbindung (7 oder 10) gebildet ist, der auf einem Schwenkgestell (15) befestigt ist, das durch zumindest einen Stellzylinder (16) betätigt wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkgestell (15) die Form von zwei seitlichen Armen (19) aufweist, die miteinander durch Traversen (19') sowie durch eine Schwenkachse (20) für das Schwenkgestell (15) verbunden sind, wobei diese Achse (20) einen Umlenkzylinder (21) für das neue Band (5) oder das endende Band (9) trägt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (14) ein Unterdruck-Hohlzylinder ist, der auf einem Teil seiner Oberfläche mit Perforationen versehen ist, die sich entlang eines Bandes parallel zu einer Mantellinie erstrecken.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Fall der Verwendung von Rollenträger-Elementen (1) in Form von Halterungen mit Schwenkarmen, die Verbindungseinheiten (4) zum Verbinden der Bänder im Stillstand auf einer festen Station auf einen zentralen Rahmen befestigt sind und dass der oder die Stellzylinder (16) zur Betätigung des Schwenkgestells (15) die Einrichtungen (13) zur Bewegung der Verbindungsbaugruppen (4) zur Verbindung der Bänder aufeinander zu und voneinander fort bilden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf beiden Seiten des Aufnahmegestells der Verbindungsbaugruppen (4) zum Verbinden der Bänder mit einem Wartungsgang versehen ist, der sich zwischen dem Gestell und den Halterungen mit Schwenkarmen erstreckt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Fall der Verwendung von Rollenträger-Elementen (1) in Form von Halterungen mit Schwenkarmen, die Rollenträger-Elemente (1) jeweils auf einem beweglichen Chassis befestigt sind, das ferner eine Verbindungsbaugruppe (4) zum Verbinden der Bänder im Stillstand trägt, wobei die beweglichen Chassis mit Hilfe einer Antriebsvorrichtung aufeinander zu und voneinander fort beweglich sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Fall der Verwendung von Rollenträger-Elementen (1) in Form von Rollenträger-Türmen, die Verbindungseinheit (4) zum Verbinden der Bänder, die jedem Rollenträger-Turm zugeordnet ist, unter der Brückenstruktur (2) derart befestigt ist, dass sie auf die andere Verbindungsbaugruppe (4) für die Bänder zu und von dieser fort über eine Einrichtung (13) zur Bewegung aufeinander zu und voneinander fort bewegbar ist, die in Form eines Getriebemotors oder einer anderen Antriebsvorrichtung, er bzw. die auf eine Bewegungseinrichtung mit Umkehrbetrieb einwirkt, die mit jeder Verbindungsbaugruppe für die Bänder verbunden ist oder in Form von zwei unabhängigen Betätigungseinrichtungen ausgebildet ist, die einer jeweiligen Baugruppe (4) zugeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Bewegungsbereich für eine Bedienungsperson in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Rollenträger-Elementen (1) angeordnet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5 und 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Station (11) zur Vorbereitung und zur Überführung einer Klebeverbindung (7 oder 10) ferner mit einem Tisch (17) versehen ist, der parallel zu der Verbindungsbaugruppe (4) zum Verbinden der Bänder gleitend auf einer Führungshalterung (17') der letzteren befestigt ist und eine Unterdruckkammer (171) aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tisch (17) über seine Führungshalterung (17') auf der Verbindungsbaugruppe (4) zur Verbindung der Bänder mit der Möglichkeit einer vertikalen Bewegung unter der Wirkung eines Stellzylinders (18) befestigt ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderfläche des Tisches (17) aus einem flexiblen Material hergestellt ist, das mit der Möglichkeit eines Gleitens auf der Kammer befestigt ist, die den Tisch (17) bildet.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (12) zum Halten und Schneiden des neuen Bandes (5) oder des endenden Bandes (9) durch ein Gegenstück (22) zum Anlegen des neuen Bandes (5) oder des endenden Bandes (9) gegen eine Quer-Auflageplatte (23) und durch ein Messer (25) für einen Schnitt in Querrichtung gebildet ist, das parallel oder schräg bezogen auf den Zylinder (14) zur Aufnahme, zum Halten und zum Aufbringen einer Klebeverbindung (7 oder 10) bewegbar ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenstück (22) die Form einer Stange aufweist, die zwischen zwei seitlichen Armen befestigt ist, die sich auf beiden Seiten der seitlichen Arme (19) des Gestells (15) erstrecken und durch zumindest einen Stellzylinder (24) verschwenkbar betätigt werden.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Verbindungsbaugruppe (4) unter der Quer-Auflageplatte (23) und dem Messer (25) für den Schnitt in Querrichtung Abstandsfinger (26) aufweist, die unter gleichmäßigen Intervallen auf einer Aufnahmewelle (27) befestigt und schwenkbar durch zumindest einen Stellzylinder (28) betätigbar sind, der mit seinem Mantel mit dem Gestell (15) verbunden ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Verbindungsbaugruppe (4) ferner mit komplementären Rückhalteeinrichtungen versehen ist, die sich unterhalb der Höhenlage der Abstandsfinger (26) erstrecken, beispielsweise in Form einer komplementären Ansaugvorrichtung, die sich unmittelbar unter den Abstandsfingern (26) erstreckt.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gestell (15) in der Nähe seines Umlenkzylinders (21) mit einer unteren Klemme (28) versehen ist, die aus einer festen Walze besteht , die schwenkbar auf dem Gestell (15) mit Hilfe von Armes (280) befestigt ist und mit Hilfe zumindest eines Stellzylinders (29) verschwenkt wird.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3, 5 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (14) zur Aufnahme, Halterung und Anwendung einer Klebeverbindung (7 und 10) mit einem Motorantrieb versehen sind, der für jeden Zylinder (14) aus einer Getriebemotor-Einheit bestehen kann.
