Claims (12)

1. Automatische Maschine zum Bearbeiten von Bandmaterial (M), wobei die Maschine wenigstens ein Gestell (10) aufweist, das wenigstens ein Förderband (12, 14), das geeignet ist, das Material vor wenigstens einem Posten (18), der die Bearbeitung durchführt, zu transportieren, zwischen einem Eingangsende (10a) und einem Ausgangsende (10b) des Gestells trägt, wobei ein Sammelbecken (86) in der Nähe des Eingangsendes vorgesehen ist, um eine Rolle des zu behandelnden Materials aufzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sammelbecken (86) auf einem Rahmen (72) eines auswechselbaren Versorgungsmoduls (70) montiert ist, wobei eine Seite (72a) des Rahmens mit dem Eingangsende (10a) des Gestells mit abtrennbaren Verbindungs-und Positionnierteilen (86 bis 84) verbunden werden kann, wobei der Rahmen (72) des Versorgungsmoduls außerdem eine einziehbare Endstützleiste (100) für das Material (M) trägt, wobei die Leiste eine Auskragung auf dieser Seite (72a) des Rahmens unter der Wirkung einer elastischen Vorrichtung (104) bildet, wenn die Verbindungs- und Positionnierteile ebenso wie Klemmteile (108 bis 114) zum Halten des Materials in der Nähe der Leiste (100) abgetrennt sind, wobei die Vorrichtung zum Steuern des Abtrennens dieser Teile auf dem Gestell (10) der Maschine montiert ist.

Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungs- und Positionnierteile Magnetsauger (76), die am Eingangsende (10a) des Gestells montiert sind, Metallplatten (78), die gegenüber diesen Saugern auf der Fläche (72a) des Rahmens angeordnet sind, und einen elektrischen Steuerschalter (80) für die Sauger (78) aufweisen, der am Eingangsende (10a) des Gestells montiert ist, und deren Schließen durch einen Kontakt zwischen der Seite (72a) des Rahmens und dem Schalter (80) gesteuert wird.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungs- und Positionnierteile wenigstens einen Zentrierer (82) mit konischem Ende, der am Eingangsende (10a) des Gestells montiert ist, und wenigstens eine längliche, vertikale Rille (84) auf der Seite (72a) des Gehäuses gegenüber dem Zentrierer (82) aufweisen.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmteile einen transversalen, an seinen Enden an dem Rahmen (72) des Versorgungsmoduls gelenkig angebrachten Arm (108) und Tragsegmente (114) aufweisen, die auf dem transversalen Arm mittels Gelenkverbindungen so montiert sind, daß sie sich durch die Schwerkraft auf das Material (M) stützen, wenn die Verbindungs- und Positionniermittel (76 bis 84) abgetrennt sind.
5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zum Steuern des Abtrennens der Klemmteile (108 bis 114) wenigstens einen Stößel (116a) aufweist, der geeignet ist, den transversalen Arm (108) anzuheben, wenn die Verbindungs- und Positionniermittel (76 bis 84) befestigt sind.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialrolle (M) auf einem Dorn (88) mit einem röhrenförmigen Ende (88a) montiert ist, wobei die Maschine außerdem einen angefügten Rahmen (120) aufweist, der mit dem Gestell (10) verbunden ist und auf der Seite des Versorgungsmoduls (70) angeordnet ist, wenn die Verbindungs- und Positionnierteile (76 bis 84) befestigt sind, wobei dieser angefügte Rahmen eine Motorgruppe (118) umfaßt, die eine pneumatische Kupplung (124) umfaßt, die geeignet ist, in das röhrenförmige Ende (88a) unter der Wirkung einer Translationsvorrichtung (128), durch die diese Motorgruppe (118) auf dem angefügten Rahmen (120) montiert ist, eingeführt zu werden.

Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (72) des Versorgungsmoduls (70) eine transversale Spannungsrolle (94) des Materials (M) trägt, die geeignet ist, in einem zwischen der in dem Sammelbecken (86) angeordneten Materialrolle und den Klemmteilen (108 bis 114) geformten Materialbuckel aufgenommen zu werden, wobei sich diese Rolle unter der Schwerkraft in in dem Rahmen (72) des Versorgungsmoduls gebildeten, vertikalen Führungen (98) bewegt, wobei obere und untere Anschlagdetektoren (130, 128) auf dem angefügten Rahmen (120) montiert sind.

Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (10) der Maschine in der Nähe seines Eingangsendes (10a) eine Andruckrolle (60) mit einer leicht bezüglich einer Richtung (F2) transversal bezüglich der Bewegungsrichtung (Fi) des Förderbandes (12, 14) geneigten Achse trägt, so daß sie auf das Material (M) einen transversalen Druck (t) ausübt, der gegen eine laterale, von dem Gestell (10) getragene Führung gerichtet ist.
9. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zum Schneiden des Materials, wobei die Maschine eine von einem Schlitten (22), der entlang einer Richtung (F2) transversal bezüglich der Bewegungsrichtung (F1) des Förderbandes (12, 14) beweglich ist, getragene Schneidevorrichtung (30) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem eine Markiervorrichtung (32, 50) des Materials (M) aufweist, die ebenfalls von dem beweglichen Schlitten (22) getragen wird.
10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Markierungsvorrichtung eine Greifklemme (32), die auf dem beweglichen Schlitten (22) mittels einer Vorrichtung (44 bis 48) zum Bewegen der Klemme zwischen einer hohen und einer niedrigen Position befestigt ist, einen Markierer (50) und eine Kappe (52) umfaßt, die von dem Gestell (10) getragen wird und in die ein aktives Ende (50a) des Markierers gesteckt sein kann, wobei dieser außerdem eine Greifzone (50c) aufweist, die geeignet ist, in die Klemme (32) gesteckt zu werden.

Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kappe (52) in dem Gestell (10) mittels einer Vorrichtung (56, 58) zum Bewegen dieser Kappe zwischen einer tiefen, eingeklappten Position und einer hohen Position, in der die Greifzone (50c) auf der Höhe der Klemme (32) ist, wenn letztere in der niedrigen Stellung ist, montiert ist.
12. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemme (32) zwei gelenkige Backen (38) umfaßt, die sich normalerweise in einer durch eine elastische Vorrichtung (42) geschlossenen Stellung befinden.
