Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Zusammenfügen von in einer fortlaufenden Reihe ausgerichteten Artikeln zu Losen mittels Stücken von Klebebändern mit umgelegten Enden, umfassend:eine Phase der Losbildung,eine Phase des Anbringens zweier Klebebänder an zwei gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten der Artikel eines in Bewegung befindlichen Loses,eine Phase, in der von jedem Band das Teilstück abgetrennt wird, das die Artikel eines nun im Stillstand befindlichen Loses verbindet,eine Phase des Andrückens der von den Stücken und den Bändern abgeteilten Enden an die Artikel,und eine Ausstoßphase des erhaltenen Loses,die Klebebänder (3) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten der sich vorüberbewegenden und ein erstes Los (A) bildenden Artikel (2a, 2b) anzubringen, während sich diese noch in fortlaufender Reihe bewegen, zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Fördervorrichtungen, stromaufwärts (B) bzw. stromabwärts (C),die Stromaufwärtsfördervorrichtung (B) zeitweise anzuhalten, bevor der erste Artikel (2c) des nächsten Loses in Berührung mit den Klebebändern (3) kommt, während man die Stromabwärtsfördervorrichtung (C) laufen lässt, um ein Intervall zwischen dem ersten Los (A) und dem ersten Artikel (2c) des nächsten Loses zu schaffen,und, wenn das zwischen den zwei Losen erzielte Intervall (E) eine festgelegte Länge erreicht, die Stromabwärtsfördervorrichtung (C) zeitweise anzuhalten und nacheinander und in der Reihenfolge die Bewegung von Rollen (23), welche die zwei Klebebänder an dem vorderen Ende des ersten Artikels (2c) des folgenden Loses anbringen und dann den Betrieb der Mittel (24, 35), die das Zertrennen der Klebebänder (3) und das Andrücken ihrer Enden (4 und 5) an den äußeren Artikeln (2b, 2c) der zwei angrenzenden Losen sicherstellen, zu steuern.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren darin besteht, nach der Phase der Losbildung mit zylindrischen Artikeln die Bewegung jeder der Lenkrollen (23) der Klebebänder (3) aus einer Lenkposition, in der die Rolle dieses Band auf eine Tangentenbahn zu den Artikeln leitet, zu einer Anbringungsposition zu bewegen, in der diese Rolle (23) die normale Bahn des Klebebands (3) schneidet und dieses an den vorderen Teil des ersten Artikels (2c) des folgenden, in Wartestellung an der Stromaufwärtsfördervorrichtung befindlichen Loses heftet, und, nach Zertrennen des Bands (3), die Rolle (23) in ihre anfängliche Lenkposition zurückzubringen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, in der Phase der Bildung von Losen mit rechteckigen Artikeln und gleichzeitig beim Anhalten der Stromaufwärtsfördervorrichtung (B) die Bewegung jeder der Lenkrollen (23) der Klebebänder (3) zwischen einer Lenkposition, in der diese Rolle (23) das Klebeband (3) auf eine zu den Artikeln parallele Bahn lenkt, und einer Rückzugposition, bei der das Klebeband (3) eine Bahn (3d) beschreibt, die bezüglich der Bewegungsbahn des Loses (A') schräg ist und sich dieser von der Lenkrolle (23) ausgehend in Richtung des letzten Artikels (102b) des in der Bildung befindlichen Loses (A') nähert, zu bewegen, dann, nach Anhalten des Loses und vor dem Betreiben der Messer (24), jede Rolle (23) in ihre anfängliche Position zur Lenkung des Klebebandes und seiner Aufbringung an dem ersten Artikel (102c) des folgenden Loses zurückzubringen.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1, umfassend:eine Stromaufwärtsfördervorrichtung zur Zufuhr (B), welche die Artikel in einer fortlaufenden Reihe bewegt,eine Stromabwärtsfördervorrichtung (C) zum Ausstoßen der Lose, welche in der Verlängerung der Stromaufwärtsfördervorrichtung (B) angeordnet sind,Mittel, die zu beiden Seiten der Bewegungsbahn der Artikel angebracht sind und jeweils ein sich von einer Spule (22) abrollendes Klebeband (3) liefern, wobei jedes einerseits eine Rolle (23) zum Lenken und Aufbringen des entsprechenden Bands (3) an einer der Längsseiten des Loses (A) umfasst und andererseits ein Messer (24) zum Zertrennen des Bands (3) im Intervall (E) zwischen zwei Losen umfasst, wobei dieses Messer mit Mitteln (35) zum Andrücken der Enden (4, 5) der Bänder an den Losen versehen ist,eine Kontroll- und Steuervorrichtung (13) dieser verschiedenen Mittel,und wenigstens einen Stromabwärtsfühler (38), der das Vorbeibewegen der Artikel (2a, 2b) erfasst und auf die Kontroll- und Steuervorrichtung (13) reagiert, um die Bewegung der Stromabwärtsfördervorrichtung (C) zu unterbrechen und die Bewegung der Messer (24) zum Zertrennen des Bands in Gang zu setzen,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stromaufwärtsfördervorrichtung (B) einerseits eine horizontale Fördervorrichtung (6) umfasst, welche frei drehbare Rollen (7) vorsieht und sich bis zur Stromabwärtsfördervorrichtung (C) erstreckt, und andererseits zwei Seitenelemente (B1, B2) umfasst, die an beiden Seiten und über dieser horizontalen Fördervorrichtung (6) angeordnet sind und jeweils angetriebene Endlosbänder (10) umfassen, deren gegenüberliegende Stränge parallel verlaufen und ungefähr um die Dicke der Artikel (2a, 2b) eines Loses (A) voneinander entfernt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lenkrolle (23) frei drehbar in einer Kappe (25) angebracht ist, welche mit dem freien Ende der Stange (26) eines pneumatischen Zylinders (27) verbunden ist, während jedes Messer (24) an dem freien Ende der Stange (32) eines weiteren pneumatischen Zylinders (33) befestigt ist, dessen Versorgung von der des Zylinders (27) verschieden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgung des pneumatischen Zylinders (27) jeder Rolle (23) im Sinne seiner Verlängerung, um die Rolle (23) in ihre Position zum Aufbringen und Klemmen des Klebebands auf den stromaufwärts gelegenen Teil des ersten zylindrischen Artikels des folgenden Loses zu bringen, durch den Stromabwärtsfühler (38) gesteuert ist, welcher auch die Messer betätigt, jedoch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt, während die Versorgung dieses Zylinders im Sinne seiner Verkürzung, um die Rolle (23) in ihre Lenkposition zurückzubewegen, durch die Kontroll- und Steuervorrichtung (13) ausgelöst wird.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgung des pneumatischen Zylinders (27) jeder Rolle (23) im Sinne seiner Verlängerung, um die Rolle (23) in eine Rückzugposition zu bringen, in der das Klebeband von den rechteckigen Artikeln des folgenden Loses entfernt wird, durch den Stromaufwärtsfühler (37) gleichzeitig mit dem Anhalten der Stromaufwärtsfördervorrichtung (B) gesteuert ist, während seine Versorgung im Sinne seiner Verlängerung, um die Rolle (23) in ihre normale Lenkposition zu bringen, durch den Stromabwärtsfühler (38) gleichzeitig mit dem Anhalten der Stromabwärtsfördervorrichtung (C), aber vor der Betätigung der Messer (24) ausgelöst wird.
