Claims (20)
- Verfahren zum Knoten eines Fadens an einer Spule, bei welchem das Ende (3) des Fadens vorher gefasst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren im wesentlichen darin besteht,den Faden unter Spannung in der Verlängerung der letzten Spulenwindung zu positionieren,eine lockere Schlinge parallel zu dem Ende (3) des gespannten Fadens zu bilden,dann durch ein Verdrehen eines Teils der lockeren Schlinge mit dem Ende (3) des gespannten Fadens eine Verzwirnung zu bilden,anschließend die gebildete Verzwirnung an der Spule (1) festzulegen, wobei die Festlegung durch Ziehen an dem Ende (3) des gespannten Fadens erfolgt,und das übrige Ende des Fadens abzuschneiden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fassen des Endes (3) des Fadens und seine Positionierung unter Spannung in der Verlängerung der letzten Spulenwindung erfolgen durch das Ansaugen des Endes (3) und eine Drehung der Spule (1) zum Abwickeln von Faden durch den Träger (2), wobei gleichzeitig eine vorgegebene Spannfadenlänge gewonnen wird, dann durch ein Bewegen des Spannfadenstücks quer zur Längsachse der Spule (1) und durch ein teilweises Zurückspulen des Fadens, um eine geradelaufende Windung zu erreichen, die mit dem gespannten Faden ausgerichtet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Verlauf der Ansaugung oder am Ende derselben ein Raum vorgesehen ist, in welchem der Faden gespannt wird und in welchen am Ende der Ansaugung ein Mittel zum Umlenken des Fadens eindringen kann, so dass letzterer unter Spannung in eine Position gebracht werden kann, die bezogen auf die Längsachse der Spule (1) transversal geneigt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der festgehaltene Faden beim Zurückspulen des Fadens im Anschluss an das Ende der Ansaugung bis zur Bildung einer geradelaufenden Windung aufrollt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildung der lockeren Schlinge parallel zu dem Ende (3) des gespannten Fadens erfolgt, indem unter Beibehaltung der Spannung des freien Endes (3) des Fadens in der Richtung der Aufspuldrehung eine Windung mit einem Umfang gebildet wird, der deutlich größer als jener der Windungen der Spule (1) ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildung der lockeren Schlinge durch Ziehen an dem freien Ende (3) des Fadens und gleichzeitiges Drehen der Spule (1) und eines in Bezug auf den maximalen Durchmesser der Spule (1) verlagerten Haltemittels im Aufwickelsinn erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildung der lockeren Schlinge durch ein in Bezug auf den maximalen Durchmesser der Spule (1) verlagertes Haltemittel bewirkt wird, das sich im Aufwickelsinn um die Spule (1) bewegt, wobei das Spannfadenende (3) festgehalten und die Spule (1) an dem Träger (2) frei drehbar gehalten wird, wobei die lockere Schlinge oder Windung mit größerem Umfang durch ein entsprechendes teilweises Abwickeln von der Spule (1) unter Ausübung einer Zugkraft erhalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildung der Verzwirnung mittels Verdrehen durch ein gleichzeitiges Fassen eines Teils der lockeren Schlinge und des Endes (3) des gespannten Fadens, gefolgt von einer dem Teil der Schlinge mechanisch oder pneumatisch aufgeprägten Drehbewegung um das Ende (3) des gespannten Fadens erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Festlegung der gebildeten Verzwirnung an der Spule (1) durch die Ausübung einer Zugkraft auf das Spannfadenende (3) unter der Wirkung einer Drehung der Spule (1) im Wicklungssinn bei ortsfest gehaltenem Spannfadenende (3) oder unter der Wirkung einer direkten Zugkraft an dem Spannfadenende (3) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, umfassend eine Einrichtung (5) zum Fassen des Endes (3) des Fadens, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (5) zum Fassen des Endes (3) des Fadens auch eine Einrichtung zum Positionieren des Endes des aufgerollten Fadens bildet und dass sie im wesentlichen aus einem Mittel (6) zum Bilden einer lockeren Schlinge, einer Einrichtung (7) zum Bilden einer Verzwirnung und einem Mittel (8) zum Abschneiden des übrigen Endes (3) des Fadens besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (5) zum Fassen und Positionieren des freien Endes (3) des aufgerollten Fadens gebildet ist durch eine Saugdüse (9), die mit einer Fadendetektorzelle versehen ist und die in einer durch die Längsachse der Spule (1) verlaufenden Ebene hin zur und weg von der Spule (1) bewegbar ist, und durch eine Positionierungsplatte (10), die parallel zur Längsachse der Spule (1) von einer äußeren Position an der Längsabmessung der Spule (1) bewegbar ist und mit einer Indexkerbe (10') für den durch die Düse (9) angesaugten Faden versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugdüse (9) innen mit einem durchlässigen Rückhalteelement wie einem Feingitter oder einer unterschäumten Folie versehen ist, das zum Zurückhalten des angesaugten Fadenendes (3) bestimmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (6) zur Bildung einer lockeren Schlinge in Form eines zurückziehbaren Stifts (11) vorgesehen ist, der mittels eines schwenkbaren Gestänges (12), das durch eine Winde betätigt wird, an einer drehbaren Muffe (13) montiert ist, die ausrückbar koaxial zur Spule (1) angeordnet ist und drehend angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb der Muffe (13) mittels eines unabhängigen Motors oder auch mittels einer mit dem Drehantrieb der Spule (1) zusammenwirkenden Kupplungsvorrichtung realisiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehmuffe (13) koaxial zur Spule (1) verschiebbar montiert ist und dass ihre Verschiebung mittels einer Winde bewerkstelligt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gestänge (12) in Form eines Parallelogramms vorgesehen ist, dessen dem entsprechenden Ende der Spule gegenüberliegende Längsseite geringfügig länger ist als jene, die mit der den zurückziehbaren Stift (11) tragenden Schmalseite gelenkig verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zurückziehbare Stift (11) koaxial an einem Dorn (14) für die Aufnahme und den Drehantrieb der Spule (1) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (6) zum Bilden einer lockeren Schlinge in Form eines von dem Antrieb der Spule (1) unabhängigen zurückziehbaren Stifts vorgesehen ist und dass dessen Drehachse koaxial zu jener der Spule (1) ist, wobei der zurückziehbare Stift entlang einer elliptischen Bahn geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (7) zur Bildung einer Verzwirnung durch eine Luftdüse (15) mit offenem Kanal (15') gebildet ist, der eine Kammer für die Aufnahme eines Abschnitts des gespannten Fadens (3) und eines entsprechenden parallelen Teilabschnitts der lockeren Schlinge aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (7) zur Bildung einer Verzwirnung durch ein mechanisches Reibsystem gebildet ist, das zwei Bänder (16) umfasst, die sich gegensinnig bewegen und sich an beide Seiten der durch das Ende des gespannten Fadens (3) und durch den entsprechenden Teil der lockeren Schlinge gebildeten Gesamtheit legen.
