Claims (24)

1. Durchlaufverfahren zur Herstellung einer Längsverstärkung auf einem flexiblen Folienband aus Kunststoff, bei dem ab einem durchgehenden Band ohne Verstärkung ausgegangen wird, das in Längsrichtung abgelaufen lassen wird und bei dem innerhalb mindestens einer Phase der Längsfaltung zwei Längsfaltzonen (3A, 3B), die an das anlaufende Band mit einer Flachüberlappung anstoßen, übereinandergelegt werden, um eine Längsfalte (7) zu bilden, wobei sich das Verfahren an erster Stelle dadurch auszeichnet, daß auf relative Weise einerseits eine erste Längszone (3A) des Bandes entlang der Länge und gegen die erste Kufe (11) durchläuft, die sich auf einer ersten Fläche (6A) des Bandes (1) längs erstreckt und begrenzt ist und andererseits eine zweite Längszone (3B) des Bandes entlang der Länge und gegen eine zweite Kufe (12), die sich auf einer zweiten Fläche (6B) des Bandes (1) erstreckt und begrenzt ist durchläuft; an zweiter Stelle wird die erste und zweite Kufe (11, 12) so angeordnet, daß ihre Endteile oberhalb (15, 16) sich quer auseinanderspreizen und sich ihre Endteile oberhalb (15, 16) an die Endteile unterhalb (13, 14) annähern und daß sich ihre Endteile unterhalb (13, 14) wenigstens teilweise überlappen und sich rechtwinklig im Lot spreizen und sich an beiden Seiten von mindestens einem Teil einer der Längsfaltzonen befinden.
2. Durchlaufverfahren zur Herstellung einer Längsverstärkung auf einem flexiblen Folienband aus Kunststoff, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß ab einer durchgehenden Längsgebläsehülle ausgegangen wird, die in Längsrichtung abgelaufen lassen wird und die innerhalb mindestens einer Phase der Längsöffnung geschlitzt und quer geöffnet wird, d.h. rechtwinklig zu ihrer Längsachse (5) und auf ihrer eigenen Ebene, wobei das Gebläse beibehalten wird, mindestens teilweise, so daß die offene Hülle ein Flachband bildet, bei dem das Längsgebläse die Längsverstärkung (2) bildet.
3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß während und mindestens unverzüglich nach der Phase der Längsfaltung oder nach der Phase der Längsöffnung das Flachband (1) in Längsrichtung gespannt gehalten wird.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß nach der letzten Längsfaltung oder Längsöffnung das Band (1) mit der Längsverstärkungszone (2) auf einen Träger aufgetragen wird, wie eine Spule, auf die das Band (1) mit der Längsverstärkungszone (2) aufgerollt wird, oder wenigstens eine mobile Rolle einer Maschine, die das Band (1) mit der Längsverstärkung einsetzt und auf der dieses Band abläuft, bzw. eine Ladung (10), die mit dem Band (1) mit der Längsverstärkungszone bedeckt wird, insbesondere eine zu verpackende Ladung.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß zwischen den zwei Längsfaltzonen (3A, 3B) ein Körper (9) eingesetzt wird, der in die Längsverstärkungszone (2) eingegliedert ist.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß zwischen den Längsfaltzonen (3A, 3B) der Längsverstärkungszone (20) eine Verbindung durch Punkt-, Linien- oder Zonenschweißen durchgehend oder diskontinuierlich, längs bzw. quer hergestellt wird.
7. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung im Durchlaufverfahren einer Längsverstärkung (2) auf einem Band, zum Einsetzen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß es mit Durchlauf-Zuführungsmitteln vom Band ohne Verstärkung versehen ist, sowie mit einem Antrieb im Längsdurchlauf dieses Bandes und einer Auslaufeinrichtung des Bandes (1) mit Verstärkung; mit Mitteln, um das Band in Längsrichtung gespannt zu halten; mindestens einer ersten und zweiten Kufe (11, 12), die sich längs erstrecken und begrenzt sind, dere, Endteile oberhalb (15, 16) quer auseinanderspreizen und deren Endteile unterhalb (13, 14) im aktiven Zustand mindestens teilweise übereinanderlappen und rechtwinklig zu ihrer Ebene auseinanderspreizen, wobei sich die Kufen (11, 12) quer an ihren Endteilen oberhalb (15, 16) den Endteilen unterhalb (13, 14) annähern, wobei eine Kufe (11, 12) wie ein angeordnetes Schneideblatt wirkt, damit das Band auf der Oberfläche gleiten kann, das mit einer verjüngten Längsangriffskante (19) versehen ist, die aber nicht schneidet, auf der das Band fortlaufend aufgetragen wird und abläuft, um eine Längsfalte (7) zu bilden.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß mindestens eine Kufe (11, 12) beweglich ist, damit wenigstens das Endteil unterhalb (13, 14) vom Endteil unterhalb (14, 13) der anderen Kufe (12, 11) gespreizt werden kann, wobei Antriebsmittel (17) es ermöglichen, die bewegliche Kufe zu versetzen, die sich in ihren beiden Endstellungen auf derselben Ebene befindet.
9. Vorrichtung nach einer der Ansprüche 7 und 8, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß eine Kufe (11, 12) wie ein Schneideblatt mit einem Längsvorsprung (20 im Verhältnis zu ihrer Ebene wirkt und als. Schrumpfvorrichtung dient.
10. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung im Durchlaufverfahren einer Lägsverstärkung auf einem Band (2), zum Einsatz des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 2, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß sie mit Mitteln zur durchlaufenden Bandzuführung in Form einer Gebläsehülle versehen ist, sowie mit einem Antrieb im Längsdurchlauf und einem Auslauf des Bandes (1) mit Verstärkung; Mitteln, um die Hülle längs zu schlitzen und Mitteln, um die Hülle quer, das heißt rechtwinklig zu ihrem Längsverlauf und auf ihrer Ebene zu öffnen, wobei das Gebläse wenigstens teilweise geformt gehalten wird.
11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 10, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß sie mit Mitteln (21) versehen ist, um einen Körper (9) zwischen zwei Längsfaltzonen (3A, 3B) einzusetzen, die mit einer Kufe versehen sind, mit der der sogenannte Körper (9) zusammenarbeitet, wobei die Kufe (21) zur Funktion hat, den sogenannten Körper (9) zu gleiten, um ihn zwischen die Längsfaltzonen (3A, 3B) zu führen.

Ein nach dem Verfahren laut einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder ab der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11 erhaltenes Band, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß es mindestens vier Längsfaltzonen enthält (3A, 3B,... 3N), die die Längsverstärkungszone (2) bilden. Die Längsfaltzonen sind verschoben oder haben verschiedenen Breiten, wobei die Längsverstärkungszone (2) in Querrichtung einer unterschiedliche Dicke hat und in der Längsmittellinie dicker ist und an der Längskante dünner ist, und insbesondere eine abnehmende Dicke ab der Längsmittellinie bis zur Längskante aufweist.
13. Verpackte Ladung, wobei die Verpackung mindestens einen Längsabschnitt des flexiblen Bandes enthält, das insbesondere aus einer Kunstsfollfolie besteht, die sich darin auszeichnet, daß der Längsabschnitt aus einem Band (1) mit Verstärkung besteht, das ab dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder mit dem Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11 erhalten wird, wobei der Abschnitt des Bandes (1) auf die verpackte Ladung (10) mit einer Längsverstärkungszone (2) des Bandabschnitts (1) aufgetragen wird, die sich an der Stelle befindet, an der die Verpackung verstärkt oder die Ladung (10) stärker geschützt werden muß, wie z.B. eine Zone der Ladung (10) mit Vorsprung (Winkel, Kante, Ecke).
14. Verpackungsverfahren einer Ladung (10) miut einem flexiblen Band aus Kunststoff, das mit einer Längsverstärkung versehen ist und das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß die Längsverstärkungszone mit einem Längsverstärkungsband versehen wird, das ab dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder mit der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11 erhalten wird, wobei das Längsverstärkungsband an der Stelle aufgesetzt wird, an der die Ladung (10) stärker geschützt werden muß, wie z.B. eine Zone der Ladung (10).
15. Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 14, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß eine durch Wärme einziehbare Kunststoffolie benutzt wird und das Band (1) erhitzt wird, nachdem es auf die Ladung (10) gesetzt worden ist, um den Einzug herbeizuführen.
16. Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 14, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß eine dehnbare Folie aus Kunststoff eingesetzt wird, wobei das Band bei Auftragen der Ladung (10) gedehnt oder vorgedehnt wird.
17. Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 14, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß es mindestens eine Phase enthält, in der die Verstärkungszone (2) hergestellt wird und mindestens eine Phase, in der nicht eine solche Verstärkungszone (2) hergestellt wird, wobei dann das Band ohne eine Verstärkungszone (2) geliefert und benutzt wird.
18. Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 14, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß die Ladung (10) allgemein zylinderförmig und die Folie dehnbar ist; in einer mindestens eventuell ersten Phase wird das Band eventuell geteilt, ohne eine Verstärkung auf dem Band herzustellen, und das Band ohne Verstärkung wird auf mindestens einen Teil der zylinderförmigen Oberfläche (27) der Ladung (25) aufgetragen, und wird innerhalb einer mindestens zweiten Phase das Band geteilt, auf dem eine Längsverstärkungszone (2) hergestellt wird. Das Band mit Verstärkung (1) wird auf eine Längsverstärkungszone ((2) auf eine Endkante (28) der zylinderförmigen Oberfläche (27) aufgetragen; mindestens in der oder den zweiten Phase(n) wird die Folie, die das Band (1) bildet, gedehnt oder vorgedehnt, wodurch hervorgerufen wird, daß das Band (1) auf die Endvorderseite(n) (29) der Ladung (25) aufgetragen wird; das Folienband (1) wird quer geschnitten und an seinem Endteil mit der Ladung (25) verbunden oder mit dem Zwischenteil des Folienbandes (1) verbunden, auf dem die Ladung (25) bereits aufgetragen worden ist.

Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 18, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß es eine erste Ausgangsphase enthält, der sich eine zweite Phase für eine erste Endkante (28) anschließt, die von einer ersten Zwischenphase gefolgt wird, anschließend von einer zweiten Phase für eine zweite Endkante (28), die von einer ersten Endphase gefolgt wird.
20. Verpackungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18, 19, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß die Folie ebenfalls während der oder den ersten Phasen gedehnt oder vorgedehnt wird.
21. Verpackungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß in einer zweiten Phase eine Längsmitte1verstärkungszone hergestellt wird.
22. Verpackungsanlage für eine im allgemeinen zylinderförmige Ladung mit ihrer horizontal plazierten Drehachse (26), wobei die Ladung insbesondere aus einer Papierspule (25) und der dehnbaren Folie besteht, um das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21 einzusetzen. Die Anlage zeichnet sich darin aus, daß sie aus Trägermitteln (30) für eine Folienbandspule mit horizontaler Achse besteht, sowie aus angetriebenen Trägermitteln (31) für die Ladung (25), durch die sie um ihre Umdrehungsachse (26) geschwenkt werden kann, eine Vorrichtung (32), um im Durchlaufverfahren eine Längsverstärkungszone (2) auf einem Folienband nach einem der Ansprüche 7, 10 herzustellen, und die zwischen die Trägermittel (2), die Folienbandspule selber, und die Trägermittel (31), die Ladung selber, eingesetzt wird, wobei das Folienband in dieser Vorrichtung (32) durchläuft; Querschneidemitteln (33) für das Folienband; Verbindungsmitteln (33), mit denen das Folienband mit sich selber bzw. mit der Ladung verbunden wird; Mitteln zum relativen horizontalen Schieben der Vorrichtung (32) und Trägermitteln (31) für die zur Achse (26) parallel liegende Ladung; sowie Dehnungs- oder Vordehnungsmitteln der unter die Vorrichtung (32) plazierten Folie, um die Verstärkung herzustellen; Steuerungsmittel für die Vorrichtung (32), insbesondere an die Mittel angeschlossen, die das relative Schieben der sogenannten Vorrichtung (32) gewähren und Trägermitteln (31) für die Ladung, so daß die sogenannte Vorrichtung (32) aktiv ist, wenn die Mittel zum relativen Schieben das Folienband rechtwinklig zur Endkante (28) zuführen.
23. Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 18, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß die Ladung (36) eine allgemein parallelepipede Form aufweist und die Folie dehnbar ist; innerhalb mindestens einer Phase wird das Band geteilt und auf dem Band eine Längsverstärkungszone (2) hergestellt. Die Folie wird gedehnt oder vorgedehnt und das Band mit Verstärkung (1) wird gleichzeitig auf die Ladung (36) aufgetragen, insbesondere auf die obere Endkante (38) bzw. untere Endkante (39) bzw. auf die Seitenfläche (40) nahe der oberen horizontalen Seite (41) oder unteren horizontalen Seite (42); bzw. auf die Ecken; bzw. an der Schnittstelle der zwei überlagerten Träger der elementaren Pakete, die die Ladung (36) bilden, bzw. in regelmäßigen beständen zwischen die oberen und unteren horizontalen Seiten.
24. Verpackungsmaschine einer Ladung (36) mit einer allgemein parallelepipeden Achse, die vertikal plaziert ist, wobei die Ladung (36) insbesondere eine Palettenladung ist, um das Verfahren nach Anspruch 23 einzusetzen. Die Maschine zeichnet sich darin aus, daß sie aus Trägermitteln (44) mit einer Folienbandspule mit vertikaler Achse besteht; Trägermitteln (45) für die Ladung; Mitteln zum relativen Versetzen der Trägermittel (44), die Folienbandspule, und die Trägermittel (45), die Ladung (36), mit einem Schwenkgelenk um eine vertikale Achse (46), einer Vorrichtung (47) zur Herstellung im Durchlaufverfahren einer Längsverstärkungszone (2) auf einem Folienband nach einem der Ansprüche 7, 10, wobei die Vorrichtung zwischen die Trägermittel (44), die Folienbandspule selber, und die Trägermittel (45), die Ladung (36) selber, eingesetzt wird, wobei das Folienband in dieser Vorrichtung (44) durchläuft; Querschneidemitteln (33) für das Folienband; Verbindungsmitteln, mit denen das Folienband mit sich selber bzw. mit der Ladung verbunden wird; sowie Dehnungs- oder Vordehnungsmitteln für die Folie (48).
