Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Anbringen einer elastischen Verpackungs-Schutzhülle auf einer auf Paletten verpackten Ladung, welche Schutzhülle aus einem streckbaren Folienschlauch erhalten wird, welches Verfahren in folgenden Schritten besteht:Öffnen der Schutzhülle (10) durch Abspreizen an den vier Ecken zur Volumengebung über der Ladung,Fälteln der seitlichen Bereiche der Schutzhülle nach Art eines Akkordeons um die Finger (12) zum Fälteln und Strecken,Strecken des gefältelten Schutzbezugs (10) durch Abspreizen der Finger (12) in transversaler Horizontalrichtung zum Erhalt einer Öffnung, die größer ist als der Umfang der zu umhüllenden Ladung,und Bewegen der gestreckten Schutzhülle (10) über die Ladung entsprechend einer vertikalen Richtung, wobei die Falten nach und nach auseinandergezogen werden und die Folie anschließend beim Umhüllen um die Ladung (10) herum zusammengezogen wird,man den Transversalstreckungshub der Finger (12) abhängig von Parametern, die sich auf die Eigenschaften der Folie beziehen, und den Abmessungen und der Art der Produkte der Ladung anpasst, sodass man den Schlauch überstreckt, um ihn auf einen Umfang zu bringen, der über dem der für die Schutzumhüllung erforderlichen Öffnung liegt,und man anschließend die Finger (12) in Richtung auf die erste Position zurückführt, sodass der Schlauch auf die auf Paletten verpackte Ladung mit einer seitlichen Kohäsionskraft gedrückt wird, die im Wesentlichen gleich der halben Kraft der Transversalstreckung ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man einen anpassbaren Teil des gefältelten Schlauchs während des Vorgangs der Transversalstreckung der Schutzhülle (10) lockert, wobei dieses Lockern des anpassbaren Teils des Schlauchs durch Schaffung eines Zwischenraums zwischen motorgetriebenen Rollen (14) während des Streckungsvorgangs erfolgt, um sie von der Folie zu entfernen und dieser zu ermöglichen, teilweise über die Finger (12) zu gleiten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den anpassbaren Teil des Schlauchs mittels motorgetriebener Rollen (14) abrollt, die in Kontakt mit den Fältel- und Streckfingern (12) geblieben sind, wobei die Motorisierung der Rollen (14) beim Abrollen die Dickenverringerung des Schlauchs nahe den Fingern (12) begrenzt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motorisierung der Rollen (14) beim Abrollen des Schlauchs mit einer Drehrichtung erfolgt, die entgegengesetzt zu derjenigen ist, die beim Akkordeonfälteln eingesetzt wird, wobei sich das Abrollen während mindestens eines Teils des Streckungsvorgangs abspielt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abrollen eines Teils des gefältelten Schlauchs zum Ende des Transversalstreckungswegs hin mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der anfängliche Grad der transversalen Längung des Schlauchs über 50%, vorzugsweise zwischen 70% und 150% liegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wert des Transversalstreckungs- und Überstreckungshubs der Finger (12) mittels eines Automaten abhängig von unterschiedlichen gespeicherten Parametern angepasst wird, insbesondere dem Umfang der zu umhüllenden Ladung und den Eigenschaften der Folie.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der abgeschnittene Schlauch zur Herstellung der Schutzhülle vor dem Aufziehen auf die Finger (12) verschweißt wird; die Schweißstelle ist dadurch beim transversalen Strecken optimal abgekühlt.
- Vorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Schutzhülle aus einer streckbaren Folie auf einer auf Paletten verpackten Ladung, die umfasst:Mittel zum Öffnen der Schutzhülle (10) durch Abspreizen an den vier Ecken zur Volumengebung über der Ladung,Mittel zum Fälteln der seitlichen Bereiche der Schutzhülle nach Art eines Akkordeons um die Fältel- und Streckfinger (12),Mittel zum Strecken des gefältelten Schutzbezugs (10) durch Abspreizen der Finger (12) in transversaler Horizontalrichtung zum Erhalt einer Öffnung, die größer ist als der Umfang der zu umhüllenden Ladung,und Mittel zum Bewegen der gestreckten Schutzhülle (10) über die Ladung entsprechend einer vertikalen Richtung, wobei die Falten nach und nach auseinandergezogen werden und die Folie anschließend beim Umhüllen um die Ladung (10) herum zusammengezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:einen Automaten mit einem zur Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 erstellten Programm,und einen Steuerschlitten (18), der dazu bestimmt ist, den Transversalstreckungshub der Finger (12) abhängig von Parametern, die sich auf die Eigenschaften der Folie beziehen, und von den Abmessungen und der Art der Produkte der Ladung anzupassen, sodass man den Schlauch überstreckt, um ihn auf einen Umfang zu bringen, der über dem der für die Schutzumhüllung erforderlichen Öffnung liegt, und anschließend die Finger (12) in Richtung auf die erste Position zurückzubringen, sodass der Schlauch auf die auf Paletten verpackte Ladung mit einer seitlichen Kohäsionskraft gedrückt wird, die im Wesentlichen gleich der halben Kraft der Transversalstreckung ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Schutzhülle aus einer streckbaren Folie nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Rollen (14) umfasst, die mittels Getriebemotoren (24) mit Umkehrung der Drehrichtung angetrieben werden, und zwar jeweils beim Fälteln des Schlauchs um die Finger (12) und beim Abrollen des Schlauchs am Ende der Transversalstreckung.
- Vorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Schutzhülle aus einer streckbaren Folie nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fältel- und Streckfinger (12) im oberen Teil (12B) Streckungskeile (22) umfassen, die jeweils einen mittleren, bezüglich der halbmondförmig gebogenen Form zurückspringenden Bereich (26) aufweisen, der eine Begrenzung der Dickenverringerung in dem Streifen des Schlauchs ermöglicht, der später in Kontakt mit den Ecken von auf Paletten verpackten Produkten kommt.
- Vorrichtung zum Anbringen einer Schutzhülle aus einer streckbaren Folie nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fältel- und Streckfinger (12) paarweise auf ein Paar Längsträger (30, 32) montiert sind, die sich parallel zum Förderer (28) erstrecken, wobei die Finger zur Positionierung der Folie unter den vier Ecken der Ebene der Ladung auf jedem Längsträger (30, 32) einander angenähert und voneinander entfernt werden können.
