Claims (17)

  1. Paket (8) von Rollen (1), die von einem Isolierband (24) aus einem faserigen Produkt, das eine Ausgangsdichte aufweist, gebildet sind, umfassend:
    - mehrere Rollen (1), die jeweils eine Achse (2), eine Umfangsfläche (3) und erste und zweite Enden (4, 5) aufweisen und Seite an Seite mit ihren parallelen Achsen in mehreren übereinander liegenden Reihen (6) angeordnet sind,
    - eine Verpackungsfolie (25), die mindestens die Umfangsfläche (3) jeder Rolle des Isolierbandes bedeckt, das um sich selbst gewickelt ist und eine größere Dichte als die Ausgangsdichte aufweist, und
    - eine Umhüllungsfolie (7), die jede Reihe (6) von mehreren Rollen in einem aneinander gedrückten Zustand der Rollen in eine erste Richtung (F1) senkrecht auf die Achsen (2) der Rollen umhüllt und mindestens einen Teil der Umfangsfläche (3) der Rollen der Reihe bedeckt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner umfasst:
    - eine Hülse (10), die die übereinander angeordneten Reihen (6) von umhüllten Rollen (1) in einem aneinander gedrückten Zustand der Reihen in eine zweite Richtung (F2) senkrecht auf die Achsen (2) der Rollen und senkrecht auf die erste Richtung (F1) umhüllt und die ersten und zweiten Enden (4, 5) der Rollen des Pakets und mindestens einen Teil der Umfangsfläche (3) der Rollen einer oberen Reihe und einer unteren Reihe der übereinander angeordneten Reihen des Pakets (8) bedeckt,
    wobei das so gebildete Paket eine Enddichte mindestens gleich 90 %, vorzugsweise gleich 95 %, der größeren Dichte als die Ausgangsdichte aufweist.
  2. Paket nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enddichte des Pakets größer oder gleich der größeren Dichte als die Ausgangsdichte ist.
  3. Paket nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Paket die Rollen einen an den Ecken abgerundeten quadratischen Querschnitt haben.
  4. Paket nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Umhüllungsfolie (7) auf dem mindestens einen Teil der Umfangsfläche der Rollen, den sie bedeckt, vom ersten Ende (4) der Rollen bis zum zweiten Ende (5) erstreckt.
  5. Paket nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Hülse (10) auf der Gesamtheit der ersten und zweiten Enden (4, 5) aller Rollen (1) des Pakets erstreckt.
  6. Paket nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackungsfolie (25), die Umhüllungsfolie (7) und/oder die Hülse (10) aus einem nicht dehnbaren Kunststoff sind.
  7. Stapel (21) von mindestens zwei Paketen (8) von Rollen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
  8. Stapel nach Anspruch 7, bei dem die Rollen (1) jedes Pakets (8) mit ihren Achsen (2) in vertikaler Position angeordnet sind, und der Stapel eine Unterseite und eine Oberseite aufweist, die von einer oben genannten Hülse (10) bedeckt sind.
  9. Stapel nach dem einen oder dem anderen der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Hülle (22) umfasst, die die mindestens zwei gestapelten Pakete umgibt.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Rollenpakets nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend:
    - ein Aufrollen eines Isolierbandes aus einem faserigen Produkt, das eine Anfangsdichte aufweist, um Rollen (1) zu bilden, die nun eine größere Dichte als die Anfangsdichte aufweisen,
    - ein erstes Umhüllen jeder Rolle (1) mit einer Verpackungsfolie, die mindestens ihre oben genannte Umfangsfläche umgibt,
    - ein Anordnen mehrerer Rollen nebeneinander in Reihen, wobei ihre Achsen parallel sind,
    - ein erstes Aneinanderdrücken der Rollen jeder Reihe (6) in einer ersten Richtung senkrecht auf die Achsen der Rollen,
    - ein zweites Umhüllen jeder Reihe (6) von mehreren Rollen mit einer Umhüllungsfolie in einem zusammengedrückten Zustand, der sich aus dem ersten Zusammendrücken ergibt, um mindestens einen Teil der Umfangsfläche der Rollen der Reihe abzudecken,
    - ein Übereinanderlagern mehrerer so umhüllter Reihen von Rollen, und
    - ein zweites Gegeneinanderdrücken von übereinander gelagerten, umhüllten Rollenreihen in eine zweite Richtung senkrecht auf die Achsen der Rollen und senkrecht auf die erste Richtung,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner umfasst:
    - eine dritte Umhüllung der übereinander gelagerten, umhüllten Reihen (6) von Rollen mit einer Hülse (10) in einem zusammengedrückten Zustand, der sich aus dem zweiten Zusammendrücken ergibt, um die beiden Enden der Rollen des Pakets und mindestens einen Teil der Umfangsfläche der Rollen einer oberen Reihe und einer unteren Reihe der übereinander gelagerten Reihen des Pakets (8) zu bedecken,
    wobei das so gebildete Paket (8) eine Enddichte aufweist, die mindestens gleich 90 %, vorzugsweise 95 %, der größeren Dichte als die Anfangsdichte ist.
  11. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Umhüllung ein Vorschieben der übereinander gelagerten, umhüllten Reihen (6) von Rollen in eine Vorschubrichtung parallel zu den Achsen der Rollen umfasst.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es umfasst:
    - während dieses Vorschiebens ein Anlegen eines der Enden der Rollen der übereinander gelagerten Reihen (6) an zwei Bänder aus Verpackungsmaterial, die Stoß an Stoß verschweißt sind, und ein Bedecken des einen Endes der Rollen und dann mindestens eines Teils der Umfangsfläche der Rollen der oberen und unteren Reihe mit diesen Bändern,
    - ein Verbinden der beiden Bänder, wobei sie entlang des anderen der Enden der Rollen der übereinander gelagerten Reihen angelegt und miteinander verschweißt werden, und
    - ein Abschneiden der verschweißten Bänder, um so einerseits ein Hülle (10) zu bilden, die die übereinander gelagerten Rollenreihen umgibt, und andererseits wieder zwei Stoß an Stoß verschweißte Bänder aus Verpackungsmaterial zu bilden.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Umhüllung ein Vorschieben eines Bandes aus Verpackungsmaterial um das Paket (8) von Rollen in eine Vorschubrichtung parallel zu den Achsen der Rollen umfasst, um die Hülse (10) zu bilden.
  14. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oben erwähnte Vorschubrichtung horizontal ist, und dass das Verfahren ferner nach der dritten Umhüllung ein Aufstellen des Pakets (8) umfasst, so dass die Achsen der Rollen vertikal angeordnet sind, und dass jedes Paket eine Unterseite und eine Oberseite aufweist, die mit der Hülse (10) bedeckt sind.
  15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner ein Stapeln von mindestens zwei Paketen (8) von Rollen umfasst, um einen Stapel zu bilden, der eine Unterseite und eine Oberseite aufweist, die mit einer Hülse bedeckt sind.
  16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ferner eine Hülle für den Stapel von Rollenpaketen (8) umfasst.
  17. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des zweiten Zusammendrückens die Rollen (1) einen an den Ecken abgerundeten quadratischen Querschnitt erhalten.
