Claims (67)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken einer Ladung, das folgende Schritte umfaßt, die darin bestehen:- die zu verpackende Ladung einer Verpackungsstation zuzuführen;- zumindest einen starren Kantenschutzstreifen (4) aus einem Magazin (15) von Kantenschutzstreifen (4) mit einer Vorrichtung (14) zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten von Kantenstreifen (4) zu entnehmen;- zumindest einen starren Kantenschutzstreifen auf zumindest eine Kante der zu verpackenden Ladung (1) mit der Vorrichtung (14) zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten von Kantenstreifen (4) zu legen;- den Kantenstreifen (4) auf der Kante (3) in einer ersten Zone (16) mit der Vorrichtung (14) zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten von Kantenstreifen (4) zu halten und gleichzeitig auf die Ladung und den Kantenstreifen Mittel zum starren und dauerhaften Halten des Kantenstreifens auf der Ladung aufzubringen;- die Vorrichtung (14) zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten von Kantenstreifen (4) abzunehmen;- die verpackte Ladung von der Verpackungsstation zu entfernen;- gewisse Flächen der Ladung (1) oder eines Verpakkungselements derselben und des Kantenstreifens (4), die mit der Vorrichtung (14) in Position gehalten wird, mit zumindest einem Band zu umgeben, das auf die Ladung (1) aufgebracht und in zumindest einer zweiten Zone (17) angeordnet wird, die sich von der ersten (16) unterscheidet, so daß das Band ein Halten des Kantenstreifens (4) gewährleistet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu verpakkende Ladung eine quaderförmige oder im wesentlichen quaderförmige Ladung ist, die vier vertikale Kanten umfaßt, auf die die starren Kantenschutzstreifen (4) gelegt werden, daß bei der Überbringung von Kantenstreifen (4) von einem Kantenstreifenmagazin (15) auf die Kante (3) die Vorrichtung (14) zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten von Kantenstreifen (4) eine Drehung um die Vertikalachse ausführt, daß der Stützarm (20) um eine Achteldrehung zwischen zwei Endpositionen gedreht wird und daß ständig ein Kantenstreifen der Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Magazins (15) zugeführt wird, unabhängig vom Befüllungsstand des Magazins (15), und eine Kraft ausgeübt wird, die dazu neigt, sie daran zu hindern, sich weiter in das Magazin (15) zurückzuziehen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein schmales Band, wie beispielsweise ein Stahlband (56) eingesetzt wird, das eine lokale Abstützung des Kantenstreifens (4) gewährleistet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein breites Band eingesetzt wird, das in der Lage ist, im wesentlichen die Flächen der Ladung (1) abzudecken, indem es eine auf den Kantenstreifen (4) verteilte Abstützung gewährleistet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band in Form einer Umreifung oder einer geraden Umwicklung eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band in Form von spiralförmiger Umwicklung eingesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Umwicklung in einer zweiten Zone (17) begonnen wird, so daß das Halten des Kantenstreifens (4) ermöglicht wird, und daß sodann, wenn die Vorrichtung (14) abgenommen ist, die Umwicklung der Ladung (1) und des Kantenstreifens (4) fortgesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch zwei zweite Zonen (17), die voneinander entfernt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kantenstreifen (4) auf die Ladung (1) oder ein Verpackungselement derselben geklebt, geschweißt, geklammert, geklemmt oder mit dieser/diesem verbunden wird, um ein Halten des Kantenstreifens (4) zu gewährleisten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verpackungselement der Ladung (1), mit dem der Kantenstreifen (4) starr verbunden ist, aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die die Palette (1a), eine Zwischenlage, eine Endplatte bzw. einen Endrahmen (52), einen Bestandteil der Ladung (1) selbst umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kantenstreifen (4) auf die Ladung (1) oder ein Verpackungselement derselben geklebt, geschweißt, geklammert, geklemmt oder mit dieser/diesem in oder mit dem Abstand einer ersten Zone (16) verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kantenstreifen (4) auf die Ladung (1) an zumindest einem seiner Enden in einer von der ersten Zone (16) getrennten Zone (17) mittels einer Endplatte oder eines Endrahmens (52) geklemmt wird, die einen Rand (53) aufweisen, der auf den Kantenstreifen (4) umgelegt wird, wobei er diese einklemmt, und daß zu diesem Zweck: der Kantenstreifen (4) auf die Kante (3) gelegt wird, und eine Endplatte oder ein Endrahmen (52) mit nicht umgelegtem Rand (53) auf zumindest eine Endfläche (6, 7) der Ladung (1) gelegt wird; daß sodann der Rand (53) der Platte bzw. des Rahmens (52) positiv auf den Kantenstreifen (4) umgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kantenstreifen (4) an seinen beiden Enden durch zwei Endplatten oder Endrahmen auf die Ladung (1) geklemmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 8 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens teilweise zumindest gewisse Flächen der Ladung (1) und des Kantenstreifens (4), der in Position gehalten wird, mit einer Verpackungsfolie (2) bedeckt werde, die auf die Ladung (1), den Kantenstreifen (4) und möglichen Organe zum Halten derselben - Band, Kleber, Klammer, Klemme, Verbindungsteil, umgelegter Rand von Endplatte oder Endrahmen - aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Kantenschutzstreifen (4) verwendet wird, der im wesentlichen die Länge der entsprechenden Kante (3) der Ladung (1) aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Kantenschutzstreifen (4) auf die vier im wesentlichen parallelen Seitenkanten (3) der Ladung (1) gelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu verpackende Ladung (1) eine palettierte Ladung ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Förderung eines Kantenschutzstreifens (4) vom Magazin (15) bis zu der entsprechenden Kante (3) der Ladung (1) mittels der Vorrichtung (14) mit derselben Vorrichtung (14) ihre relative Drehung von ungefähr 180° in bezug auf ihre allgemeine Längsrichtung gewährleistet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ladung (1) und der Kantenstreifen (4) durch Umwicklung mit einer Verpackungsbandfolie (2) bedeckt werden, die von einem Folienwickel (9) stammt, und daß zu diesem Zweck hintereinander ein freier Anfangsendteil dieses Folienbandes (2) an der Ladung (1) oder einem Verpackungselement derselben, oder einem Kantenstreifen (4) oder einem Organ zum Halten desselben angebracht wird, daß eine relative Verlagerung der Ladung (1) und des Folienwickels (9) ausgeführt wird, so daß sich die Achse des Folienwickels (9) um die Umwicklungsachse der Ladung (1) dreht, daß das Folienband (2) nach vollendeter Umwicklung quer abgeschnitten wird und daß ein freies Ende dieses Folienbandes (2) mit der bereits umwickelten Folie oder der Ladung (1) oder einem Verpackungselement derselben oder einem Kantenstreifen (4) oder einem Organ zum Halten desselben verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ladung (1) und der Kantenstreifen (4) durch einen Haubenüberzug (2) bedeckt werden, der von einem Wickel mit einer flachgelegten Haube stammt, und daß zu diesem Zweck zuerst die Haube geöffnet und sodann quer auf die gewünschte Länge abgeschnitten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine dehnbare Folie (2) verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine dehnbare Folie (2) verwendet wird, die, bevor sie auf die Ladung (1) gelegt und aufgebracht wird, vorgedehnt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von vorgeformten Kantenstreifen (4) ausgegangen wird, daß diese im wesentlichen in diesem vorgeformten Zustand erfaßt, verschoben, angebracht und gehalten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von flachen Kantenstreifen (4) ausgegangen wird, daß diese in diesem flachen Zustand erfaßt und verschoben werden, und daß den Kantenstreifen durch Verformung an Ort und Stelle auf der entsprechenden Kante (3) der Ladung (1) die gewünschte Konfiguration verliehen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, um einem Kantenstreifen (4) seine Form zu verleihen, dieser nur in der Nähe seiner Längsränder (23) erfaßt wird und zwischen diesen an eine vorspringende Kante (3) der Ladung (1) aufgelegt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten eines Kantenschutzstreifens (4) an der Kante (3) einer Ladung (1) durch den Einsatz des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, bestehend aus:- einem Gestell (18);- einem Kantenstreifenmagazin (15), in dem die Kantenstreifen (4) mit ihren Oberseiten zur Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Magazins (15) hin gerichtet gelagert sind;- einem Stützarm (20), der von dem Gestell (18) getragen wird und darauf montiert ist, so daß er zwischen einer Greifposition und einer Ablege- und Halteposition beweglich ist;- ersten Mitteln (21), wie beispielsweise einem Zylinder, der auf den Stützarm (20) einwirkt, um diesen zwischen seinen beiden Endpositionen anzutreiben und zu arretieren;- Mitteln (22) zum Greifen und Halten eines Kantenstreifens (4) an seiner Oberseite, die von dem Stützarm (20) getragen werden und sich entweder im aktiven oder im inaktiven Zustand befinden, wie beispielsweise ein Saugnapf (27);- speziellen Mitteln zur Steuerung der Mittel (22), die den Übergang von einem Zustand in den anderen und das vorübergehende Halten des einen oder anderen Zustandes ermöglichen;- allgemeinen Steuermitteln, die die Koordination der ersten Antriebsmittel (21) und der speziellen Steuermittel gewährleisten, wobei der Stützarm (20) die Mittel (22) zum Greifen und Halten an seinem zweiten Endteil (26) trägt, wobei die ersten Antriebsmittel (21) das Schwenken des Stützarms (20) zwischen seinen beiden Endpositionen gewährleistet, die in Umfangsrichtung um einen Bruchteil einer Umdrehung entfernt sind, und wobei die Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22), wie beispielsweise ein Saugnapf (27), in der Greifposition des Stützarms (20) im wesentlichen in der Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Magazins (15) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützarm (20) mit seinem ersten Endteil auf dem Gestell (18) um eine im wesentlichen vertikale Gelenkachse (25) schwenkbar montiert ist, daß dieses Schwenken des Stützarmes (20) zwischen seinen beiden Endpositionen ungefähr eine Achteldrehung ausmacht, und daß die Vorrichtung zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten ferner Mittel (41) umfaßt, die einerseits ständig einen Kantenstreifen der Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Magazins (15) zuführen können, unabhängig vom Befüllungsstand des Magazins (15), und andererseits zumindest auf den in dieser Öffnung (19) befindlichen Kantenstreifen eine Kraft ausüben können, die dazu neigt, sie daran zu hindern, weiter in das Magazin (15) zurückzugleiten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22) zumindest zwei Saugnäpfe (27) umfassen, die sich in der Greifposition des Stützarmes (20) in der Nähe der Längsränder (19b) der Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Magazins (15) befinden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22) zumindest ein Formgebungsorgan (28) zur Verleihung einer allgemeinen Kantenstreifenform umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22) auf dem Stützarm (20) zwischen zwei relativen Endpositionen verschiebbar angeordnet sind, nämlich einer Greifposition und einer Ablegeposition; wobei zweite Antriebsmittel (29) der Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22) deren Verlagerung zwischen ihren Endpositionen und die Arretierung in diesen gewährleisten; wobei die allgemeinen Steuermittel deren Koordination mit den ersten Antriebsmitteln und den speziellen Steuermitteln gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22) auf dem Stützarm (20) schwenkbar um eine im wesentlichen zu der allgemeinen Längsrichtung (19a) der Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Magazins (15) parallelen Achse (30) montiert sind; wobei die zweiten Antriebsmittel (29), wie beispielsweise mit Zylinder (31), das Schwenken dieser Mittel (22) zwischen ihren beiden Endpositionen gewährleisten, die winkelmäßig um den Bruchteil einer Umdrehung, insbesondere um ungefähr eine halbe Drehung, beabstandet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22) ein Stützprofil (35) umfassen, das im wesentlichen parallel zur allgemeinen Längsrichtung (19b) der Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Magazins (15) verläuft, entlang dem mehrere Paare von Saugnapf(27)-Formgebungs-Einheiten (28) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützprofil (35) drehbar auf dem Stützarm (20) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Mittel (41) eine Platte (42) zur hinteren Abstützung der Kantenstreifen umfassen, die quer gleitbar ist und zu der Ausgabeöffnung des Magazins durch ein entsprechendes Organ (43), wie beispielsweise eine Fördereinrichtung (44) zur Abstützung der Kantenstreifen des Magazins (15), hingeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (18) in seiner Gesamtheit verschiebbar und in der Position arretierbar montiert ist, die für die Einstellung der Vorrichtung in Abhängigkeit von den Abmessungen der betreffenden Ladung (1) erforderlich ist, mit Hilfe von beweglichen Stützmitteln (46), insbesondere Rollen, und Antriebsmitteln (47), insbesondere Zylindern, in Abhängigkeit der Steuermittel der Vorrichtung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (18) in eine im wesentlichen zur Längsrichtung (19a) der Ausgabeöffnung (19) des Magazins (15) orthogonale Richtung verschiebbar montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22) auf dem Stützarm (20) entlang eines Weges verschiebbar montiert sind, welcher je nach Einstellung der Vorrichtung in Abhängigkeit von den Abmessungen der betreffenden Ladung (1) in Abhängigkeit der Steuermittel der Vorrichtung einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Antriebsmittel (21) einstellbar angeordnet sind, was den Weg des Stützarmes (20) zwischen seinen beiden Endpositionen betrifft, unter der Abhängigkeit der Steuermittel der Vorrichtung, im Hinblick auf die Einstellung der Vorrichtung (14) in Abhängigkeit von den Abmessungen der Ladung (1).
- Vorrichtung zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten eines Kantenschutzstreifens (4) auf der Kante (3) einer Ladung (1) nach Anspruch 25, bestehend aus einer Vorrichtung zum Zuführen und Ablegen (51) einer Endplatte oder eines Endrahmens (52) mit Umschlagkante (53), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie besteht aus:- einem Gestell (58);- zumindest einem Magazin (59) für die Platten oder Rahmen (51);- Mitteln zum Greifen (60) einer Platte oder eines Rahmens (52), die sich im aktiven oder inaktiven Zustand befinden;- Stützmitteln (61), Greifmitteln (60);- Antriebsmitteln (62), Stützmitteln (61) zwischen einem Greifpunkt, an dem sich die Greifmittel in oder in der Nähe der Überlastöffnung (63) des Magazins (59) befinden, und einem Ablegepunkt, an dem sich die Greifmittel in oder in der Nähe der Zone befinden, in der die Platte oder der Rahmen (52) auf der Ladung (1) sein muß;- Steuermitteln, die die Funktion der Greif- (60) und Antriebsmittel (62) koordinieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Magazin (59) derart angeordnet ist, daß es eine Übereinanderstapelung der horizontal angeordneten Platten oder Rahmen (52) ermöglicht, da sich die Ausgabeöffnung (63) oberhalb befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magazin (59) eine gemeinsame Öffnung zur Ausgabe (63) und Nachfüllung von Platten oder Rahmen umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifmittel (60) Unterdrucksaugnäpfe sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel (62) derart angeordnet sind, daß sie ein zweifaches vertikales bzw. horizontales Gleiten für einerseits die Tätigkeit des Greifens und Ablegens bzw. andererseits die Tätigkeit der Überführung von einem Punkt zu einem anderen gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 37 bis 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (58) zum Teil der Verpackungsmaschine gemein ist, ohne mit den beweglichen Organen derselben zu interferieren, und insbesondere darüber und nach außen hin angeordnet ist; daß das Magazin (59) horizontal neben der Verpackungsmaschine angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 37 bis 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mehrere Magazine (59) und Mittel umfaßt, die eine relative Verlagerung der Magazine (59) und der Stützmittel (61) gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 37 bis 43, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Magazin (59) eine Vorrichtung (64) umfaßt, die ein konstantes Greifniveau in dem Magazin (59) unabhängig von dessen Befüllungsstand gewährleistet, wie beispielsweise ein Hubtisch.
- Vorrichtung zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten eines Kantenschutzstreifens (4) auf der Kante (3) einer Ladung (1) nach Anspruch 25, bestehend aus einer Vorrichtung (54) zum Umlegen einer Umschlagkante (53) einer Endplatte oder eines Endrahmens (52), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie umfaßt:- ein Gestell (65);- zumindest ein Organ (66) zum Verlagern der Umschlagkante, das von dem Gestell zwischen einer inaktiven Position, in der die Umschlagkante (53) im wesentlichen koplanar mit der Platte oder dem Rahmen angebracht werden kann, und einer aktiven Position beweglich getragen wird, in der die Umschlagkante (53) im wesentlichen orthogonal zur Platte oder zu dem Rahmen angebracht wird;- Mittel (67) für den Antrieb des beweglichen Organs (66) zwischen seinen beiden Positionen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine getrennte Struktureinheit bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in eine Vorrichtung zum Zuführen und Ablegen (51) nach einem der Ansprüche 54 bis 61 integriert ist, wobei das Gestell (65) in die Stützmittel (61) in der allgemeinen Form einer Platte integriert ist, an deren Umfang zumindest ein Organ (66) angeordnet ist, wobei die Antriebsmittel (67) von der Platte (65) getragen werden und die Steuermittel die Koordination der Bewegungen, auch jene des Organs (66), gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 47, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Organ (66) in Form eines Zapfens darstellt, der drehbar auf der Gestellplatte (65) entlang eines ihrer Ränder montiert ist, wobei der Zapfen (66) in der inaktiven Position im wesentlichen koplanar mit der Gestellplatte (65) und nach außen gerichtet ist und in der aktiven Position im wesentlichen zu der Gestellplatte (65) orthogonal und zum Greifmittel hin gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in eine Außenverpackungsmaschine integriert ist, indem sie frei drehbar von einer Achse (48) derselben, die zu jener (11) des Tisches (8) koaxial ist, getragen wird, wobei diese Achse (48) selbst von einem Träger (49) getragen wird, der gleitbar auf einer Säule (50) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in einen Tisch (8) einer Verpackungsmaschine, der mit einer Durchgangsöffnung (68) versehen ist, integriert ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine, um zumindest einen Kantenschutzstreifen (4) auf einer Kante (3) einer Ladung (1) starr und dauerhaft zu befestigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zumindest eine Vorrichtung (14) zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten eines Kantenstreifens (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 44 und zumindest eine Vorrichtung umfaßt, um eine starre dauerhafte Verbindung des auf der Ladung (1) durch diese Vorrichtung (14) abgelegten und gehaltenen Kantenstreifens (4) mit der Ladung (1) oder einem Verpackungselement derselben zu gewährleisten, wobei die beiden Vorrichtungen auf koordinierte Art und Weise funktionieren.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 51, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung zur Gewährleistung einer starren dauerhaften Verbindung des auf der Ladung (1) abgelegten und gehaltenen Kantenstreifens (4) mit dieser oder einem Verpackungselement derselben aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die umfaßt: eine Vorrichtung, um die Ladung (1) und den Kantenstreifen (4) mit einem Band zu umgeben und dieses darauf aufzubringen; eine Vorrichtung zum Kleben, Schweißen, Anklammern, Anklemmen, Verbinden des Kantenstreifens (4) auf der Ladung (1) oder einem Verpackungselement derselben; eine Vorrichtung zum Umlegen des Randes einer Endplatte bzw. eines Endrahmens, wodurch der Kantenstreifen eingeklemmt wird; eine Maschine zur Außenverpackung der palettierten Ladung, wobei die Außenverpackungsfolie zumindest die Funktion des Haltens des Kantenstreifens (4) sichert.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 51, 52, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an sie funktionsmäßig im Nachlaufbereich eine Maschine zur Außenverpackung der Ladung mit dem starr und dauerhaft befestigten Kantenstreifen angeschlossen ist, deren wesentliche Funktion die Außenverpackung der Ladung ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 53, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschine zur Außenverpackung der Ladung, deren wesentliche Funktion in der Außenverpackung derselben besteht, aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die umfaßt: die Vorhangmaschinen, die Umreifungsmaschinen, die Überzugsmaschinen.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 51, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an sie funktionsmäßig zumindest eine Vorrichtung (51) zum Zuführen und Ablegen einer Endplatte bzw. eines Endrahmens (52) mit umlegbarem Rand oder Umschlagkante (53) angeschlossen ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 51, 52 oder 55, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtungen (14) zum Zuführen oder Ablegen (51) einer Endplatte bzw. eines Endrahmens (52), (54) zum Umlegen des Randes oder der Umschlagkante (53) derselben (desselben) funktionsmäßig in einer Aufeinanderfolge verbunden sind, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die folgende Aufeinanderfolgen umfaßt: die Vorrichtung (51) zum Ablegen einer Endplatte bzw. eines Endrahmens (52) wird zuerst eingesetzt, sodann die Vorrichtung (54) zum Umlegen des Randes (53), schließlich die Vorrichtung (14), wobei der Kantenstreifen (4) nun außerhalb des umgelegten Randes (53) angeordnet wird; die Vorrichtung (14) und die Vorrichtung (51) zum Ablegen einer Platte bzw. eines Rahmens (52) werden zuerst eingesetzt, sodann die Vorrichtung (54) zum Umlegen des Randes (53), wobei der Kantenstreifen (4) nun innerhalb des umgelegten Randes (3) angeordnet wird.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 51, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenverpackungsmaschine, die zumindest die Funktion des Haltens des Kantenstreifens (4) sichert, aus der Gruppe ausgewählt wird, die umfaßt: die Vorhangmaschinen, die Umreifungsmaschinen, die Überzugsmaschinen.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 51 bis 53, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieselbe Außenverpakkungsmaschine sowohl die Funktion des Haltens des Kantenstreifens als auch jene der eigentlichen Außenverpackung der Ladung gewährleistet.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 58, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (14) und die Vorrichtung zur Gewährleistung einer starren Verbindung strukturell getrennt sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 59, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (14) und die Vorrichtung zur Gewährleistung einer starren Verbindung strukturell zumindest teilweise gleich sind.
- Maschine zum Verpacken einer Ladung (1), bestehend aus zumindest einem starren Kantenschutzstreifen (4) auf zumindest einer Kante (3) der Ladung (1), wobei eine Verpackungsfolie (2) die Ladung umgibt und auf sie aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie umfaßt:- Mittel zur Abstützung (8) der Ladung;- Mittel zur Zuführung (9) der Verpackungsfolie;- bewegliche Mittel (10), um die Bedeckung einer von den Stützmitteln (8) getragenen Ladung (1) mit der Folie (2), die von den Zuführmitteln (9) kommt, zu ermöglichen;- und zumindest eine Vorrichtung zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten (14) eines Kantenschutzstreifens (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 36.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 61, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Mehrzahl von Vorrichtungen zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten (14) von im wesentlichen untereinander ähnlichen Kantenschutzstreifen (4) für eine selbe Mehrzahl von Kanten (3) der zu verpakkenden Ladung (1) umfaßt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 62, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die allgemeinen Längsrichtungen (19b) der Öffnungen der Magazine (15) der Vorrichtungen zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten (14) im wesentlichen untereinander parallel sind; daß sich ihre Stützarme (20) im wesentlichen in einer selben gemeinsamen Ebene befinden und die Vorrichtungen (14) um eine an die Stützmittel (8) angrenzende Zone, in der sich die Ladung (1) befindet, verteilt sind; und daß die allgemeinen Steuermittel den Synchronbetrieb der Mehrzahl von Vorrichtungen (14) gewährleisten, wobei die Mehrzahl der Mittel zum Greifen und Halten (22) in den Greifpositionen einerseits und in den Ablege- und Haltepositionen andererseits voneinander am weitesten entfernt bzw. einander am nächsten sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 61 bis 63, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (8) zur Abstützung der Ladung ein Tisch mit im wesentlichen vertikaler Achse ist; daß die beweglichen Mittel (10), um die Bedeckung einer Ladung (1) mit der Folie (2) zu gewährleisten, Mittel zur Gewährleistung einer relativen Drehung des Tisches um seine Achse in bezug auf die Achse des Folienwickels umfassen; und daß eine Vorrichtung (14) zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten ein Magazin (15) allgemeiner vertikaler Längsrichtung (19a) umfaßt, dessen unteres Ende (40) im wesentlichen mit dem Tisch (8) koplanar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 64, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie vier Vorrichtungen zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten (14) umfaßt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 64, 65, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tisch (8) unbeweglich ist; daß die Mittel zur Zuführung (9) einer Verpackungsfolie und zur Bedeckung der Ladung mit dieser Folie einen Kranz (12) umfassen, der einen Folienwickel trägt und im wesentlichen zu dem Tisch (8) koaxial ist und vertikal entlang der Achse zwischen einer unteren Position nahe der Ebene des Tisches (8) und einer oberen entfernten Position gleitbar ist, wobei Mittel zur Abstützung des Folienwickels einen selben Bewegungsweg für den Folienwickel beschreiben und gewährleisten, wobei der Kranz (12) einen Bewegungsweg für die Vertikalachse eines Folienbandwickels definiert; daß die Vorrichtungen (14) zum Greifen, Fördern, Ablegen und Halten im wesentlichen außerhalb und nahe des Kranzes (12) und seines Verschiebeweges angeordnet sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 64, 65, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tisch (8) derart montiert ist, daß er sich um seine Achse (11) drehen kann; daß die Mittel zur Zuführung (9) der Folie zum Verpacken und Abdecken der Ladung mit der Folie einen Wagen umfassen, der von einer im allgemeinen vertikal gleitenden Säule (50) getragen wird; daß diese Maschine auch eine Vorrichtung (54) zum Umlegen eines Randes oder einer Umschlagkante (53) einer Endplatte oder eines Endrahmens (52, 52b) umfaßt, die frei drehbar von einer Achse (48) getragen wird, die zu der Achse (11), die von einem Träger (49) getragen wird, der gleitbar von der Säule (50) getragen wird, koaxial ist.
