Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken eines palettierten Gutstapels (CH) mit einer Haube aus wärmeschrumpfbarem Kunststoff, das umfasst:- Anordnung des Gutstapels (CH) auf einem Auflagetisch (13), wobei eine Bodenplane (14) dazwischengelegt wird, die die Oberseite (15) der Palette (12) bedeckt,- eine Erwärmung der vorab auf dem Gutstapel (CH) angeordneten Haube (18), um deren Anschrumpfen an die Seiten des Gutstapels (CH) sicherzustellen,- Abzug der zwischen der Haube (18) und dem Gutstapel (CH) eingeschlossenen Luft, und zwar durch deren Herauspressen durch einen seitlichen Austrittsspalt (24), der durch Rückhaltemittel hergestellt wird, die unter dem unteren Rand (29) der Haube angeordnet werden und ein vertikales Schrumpfen der Haube während des Wärmeschrumpfens verhindern sollen,- und in einem Entfernen der Rückhaltemittel, um den unteren Rand (29) der Haube (18) an die herabhängenden Ränder der Bodenplane (14) zu schrumpfen und so die Verpackung dicht zu machen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- nach dem Umhüllen des Gutstapels (CH) Anordnung von Rückhaltemitteln unter dem unteren Rand (29), um die Haube (18) leicht von unten her zu spannen, indem der untere Rand (29) an den vier Ecken und in einem vorbestimmten Abstand um den Gutstapel (CH) von diesem entfernt gehalten wird, damit während des gesamten Wärmeschrumpfungsvorgangs der Spalt (24) am Umfang offen erhalten bleibt,- und Absaugung der eingeschlossenen Luft durch diesen seitlichen Abzugsspalt (24), damit während des Wärmeschrumpfens die Haube (18) komplett entleert wird.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Anbringen der Rückhaltemittel in das Innere der Haube (18) vorteilhafterweise Luft eingeblasen wird, um im Einführungsbereich (31) den unteren Rand (29) vom Gutstapel (CH) entfernt zu halten.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst die Rückhaltemittel vertikal von einer unteren Ebene außerhalb der Haube (18) zu einer oberen Ebene innerhalb der Haube eingeführt und diese Rückhaltemittel dann horizontal zu den vier Ecken des unteren Rands (29) hin entfernt werden, um die Haube (18) offen zu halten.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Absaugen der Luft ein Gas eingeblasen wird, um den Innenraum der Haube keimfrei zu machen oder zu behandeln.
- Verpackungsverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhaltemittel während des Heißsiegelns des unteren Rands (29) an die Bodenplane (14) von der oberen Ebene zur unteren Ebene außerhalb der Haube weggezogen werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Verpacken eines palettierten Gutstapels (CH) mit einer Haube (18) aus wärmeschrumpfbarem Kunststoff, die umfasst:- einen Auflagetisch (13) für den palettierten Gutstapel (CH),- Umhüllungsmittel zum Ziehen der offenen Haube (18) um und auf den Gutstapel (CH),- Mittel zum Erwärmen mit einem Schrumpfrahmen (20) zum Erwärmen der Haube (18) im Hinblick auf deren Aufschrumpfen auf den Gutstapel (CH),- Rückhaltemittel, die unter dem unteren Rand (29) der Haube angeordnet werden, um einen Spalt herzustellen, durch den die Luft entweichen kann, und die so vorgesehen sind, dass sie ein vertikales Schrumpfen der Haube während des Wärmeschrumpfens verhindern,- und eine Vorrichtung zum Ansaugen und Einblasen von Luft, die in dem Auflagetisch (13) und unter der Palette (12) angeordnet ist,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückhaltemittel einen Aufnahmemechanismus (23, 123) mit vier beweglichen Steuerfingern (26) umfassen, die voneinander entfernt werden sollen, um die Haube (18) nach unten zu spannen, wobei sie diese während des gesamten Wärmeschrumpfungsvorgangs an den vier Ecken und in einem vorbestimmten Abstand von dem Gutstapel (CH) entfernt halten.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerfinger (26) horizontal und vertikal beweglich und in zwei Gehäusen (30) angeordnet, die fest mit den beiden entgegengesetzten Seiten des Auflagetisches (13) verbunden sind.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Gehäuse (30) ein Paar Steuerfinger (26) beherbergt, die mit Antriebsmitteln (32) zusammenwirken, um eine angenäherte oder abgespreizte Position einzunehmen.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (32) des Aufnahmemechanismus (23) eine von einem Getriebemotor (34) gesteuerte Übersetzungsvorrichtung (33) zum Bewegen jedes Fingers (26) entweder entlang einer schrägen oder gebogenen Schiene (35) oder mittels Gelenkarmen umfassen, deren Endpositionen jeweils der angenäherten bzw. der entfernten Position der Finger (26) entsprechen.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel (32) des Aufnahmemechanismus (123) einen Steuerungszylinder (39) umfassen, der mit einem Schwenkhebel (36) zusammenwirkt, um jeden Finger (26) zwischen der angenäherten und entfernten Position zu bewegen.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rückholfeder (38) mit jedem Hebel (36) verbunden ist, um ihn aus der entfernten in die angenäherte Position zurückzuführen.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansaug- und Einblasvorrichtung von einem Ventilator (21) gebildet wird, der mit einem Elektromotor (22) mit umkehrbarer Drehrichtung verbunden ist.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerfinger (26) hohl sind und Ansaugöffnungen umfassen, die ein Gleiten der Folie auf die Finger während des Schrumpfungsvorgangs verhindern sollen.
- Verpackungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerfinger (26) hohl und mit einer Vorrichtung zum Einblasen von Gas verbunden sind, wodurch eine Entkeimung oder eine beliebige andere Behandlung innerhalb der Haube (18) durchgeführt werden kann, wobei das Einblasen von Gas kurz vor dem Heißsiegeln erfolgt.
