Claims (36)

1. Verfahren zum Überschieben eines rohrförmigen, mit Faltenbälgen versehenen und anfänglich flach zusammengefalteten Schlauchstücks über eine Ladung von oben her, bei dem die beiden Partien jedes Schlauch-Faltenbalges dank einer Spreizvorrichtung auseinandergebracht werden;
bei dem der Schlauch positiv geöffnet wird;
bei dem der geöffnete Schlauch zum Umschließen der Ladung nach unten gezogen wird;
bei dem der flach zusammengefaltete Schlauch in Querrichtung abgeschnitten und so ein Schlauchstück, das der Höhe der Ladung entspricht, erhalten wird; und
bei dem der Schlauch in unmittelbarer Nähe des querverlaufenden Schnittes verschweißt wird, damit die obere horizontale Fläche der Ladung bedeckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine teilweise, querverlaufende Verschweißung des Schlauchs (1) derart vorgenommen wird, daß die beiden Partien (5) jedes Faltenbalges (3) zumindest von ihrem äußeren freien Rand (7) an nicht miteinander fest verbunden sind, damit von diesem äußeren freien Rand aus ein fortlaufender Zugang (13) zum Inneren des Faltenblages (3) einschließlich im rechten Winkel zur querverlaufenden Verschweißung vorgesehen ist, und daß die beiden Partien jedes Faltenbalges (3) unmittelbar vor dem Öffnen des Schlauches ständig auseinandergezogen werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die querverlaufende Verschweißung zeitlich vor und unabhängig vom querverlaufenden Schnitt vorgenommen wird.
3. Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die querverlaufende Verschweißung räumlich entfernt und unabhängig vom querverlaufenden Schnitt vorgenommen wird.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die quesverlaufende Verschweißung während des Verpackungsvorgangs vorgenommen wird.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die querverlaufende Verschweißung vor dem Verpackungsvorgang vorgenommen wird, wobei der Schlauch ein solcher ist, der bereits vorverschweißt ist.
6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum positiven Öffnen des Schlauches (1) die beiden Partien (5) jedes Faltenbalges (3), die dann nachträglich auseinandergezogen sind, mitgezogen werden und daß beim Auseinanderziehen der beiden Partien die beiden Stirnseiten des Schlauchs sich verschwenken.
7. Maschine zum Überschieben eines rohrförmigen, mit Faltenbälgen versehenen Schlauchstücks, das auf einer Schlauchtrommel (20) mit flach zusammenfalteten Faltenbälgen vorgesehen ist, über eine Ladung (2) von oben her, mit einem Maschinenrahmen (14);
mit einer Vorrichtung (15) zum Herführen, Halten und Wegführen der Ladung (2);
mit einer Vorrichtung (16) zum Heranführen des Schlauches (1) von oben her und senkrecht zur Haltevorrichtung (15);
mit einer Spreizvorrichtung (12) zum Auseinanderziehen der beiden Partien (5) jedes Faltenbalges (3) des Schlauchs (1);
mit einer positiven Öffnungsvorrichtung (17) für den Schlauch (1), die unterhalb der Spreizvorrichtung (12) integriert angeordnet ist;
mit einer Vorrichtung (18) zum Ziehen des geöffneten Schlauchs nach unten und zum Umschließen der Ladung mit dem Schlauch, wobei sich diese Vorrichtung zwischen den freien äußeren im Abstand angeordneten Bereichen der positiven Öffnungsvorrichtung (17) und der Vorrichtung (15) zum Halten der Ladung zu deren beiden Seiten erstreckt;
mit einer Vorrichtung (19) zum Querschneiden des Schlauchs (1), die oberhalb der positiven Öffnungsvorrichtung (17) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spreizvorrichtung (12) ständig und in ihrer Gesamtheit ortsfest ist und einen oberen Teil (12a), der am Ausgang der Schlauchtragewalze (16a) angeordnet ist, einen unteren Teil (12b) der den oberen Teil (12a) nach unten hin in Richtung zur positiven Öffnungsvorrichtung (17) für den Schlauch verlängert, und im mittleren Teil eine Queröffnung (12d) für den Durchtritt der Schneidevorrichtung (19) aufweist, und daß die Maschine dazu bestimmt ist, daß sie mit einem Schlauch, der eine teilweise, querverlaufende Verschweißung aufweist, betriebbar ist.
8. Maschine nach Anspruch 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (12d) nach einer Zone (12e) sichelförmiger Dicke des oberen Teils (12a) angeordnet ist.
9. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Queröffnung (12d), die in der Spreizvorrichtung (12) vorhanden ist, eine sehr geringe Höhe aufweist, die den Durchgang des Schlauches mit seinem Anfgangsende zuläßt.
10. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Antriebsrollen (23) für den Schlauch auf der Spreizvorrichtung (12) aufweist.
11. Maschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Antriebsrollen (23) auf der Spreizvorrichtung (12) an der Verbindung des oberen Teils (12a) mit dem unteren Teil (12b) angeordnet sind.
12. Maschine, mit einer Querschweißvorrichtung (24) für den Schlauch, nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Schweißvorrichtung dazu geeignet ist, eine teilweise querverlaufende Verschweißung des Schlauches derart zu verwirklichen, daß die beiden Partien (5) jedes Faltenblages (3) zumindest von ihrem äußeren freien Rand (7) aus nicht miteinander verbunden sind, damit von diesem äußeren freien Rand (7) aus ein kontinuierlicher Zugang zum Inneren des Faltenbalges einschließlich im rechten Winkel zur querverlaufenden Verschweißung vorgesehen ist.
13. Maschine nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweißvorrichtung (24) in Schlauchbewegungsrichtung vor der Schneidevorrichtung (19) im Abstand und nicht der Spreizvorrichtung (12) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist.
14. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweißvorrichtung (24) hinsichtlich ihrer Anordnung insgesamt von der Schneidevorrichtung (19) und der Spreizvorrichtung (12) getrennt ist.
15. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schweißvorrichtung (24) vom Maschinenrahmen (14) seitlich an dessen oberen Teil oder mittleren oder unteren Teil nahe bei oder entfernt von der Schlauchtrommel (20) gehalten ist.
16. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß sie eine Speichervorrichtung (25) für den Schlauch aufweist, die zwischen der Schweißvorrichtung (24) und der Schneidevorrichtung (19) angeordnet ist.
17. Maschine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Speichervorrichtung (25) durch zumindest zwei losen Walzen (25a, 25b) mit parallelen Achsen gebildet ist, welche relativ zueinander in Querrichtung mit einer Relatiwerschieberichtung für die beiden Achsen beweglich verschiebbar sind.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen auf der Trommel (20) vorgesehenen Schlauch verwendet, der in Querrichtung und teilweise derart vorgeschweißt ist, daß von den äußeren freien Rändern aus ein kontinuierlicher Zugang zum Inneren der Faltenbälge einschließlich im rechten Winkel zur querverlaufenden Verschweißung erreicht ist.
19. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Grundöffnungseinheit ein Halteband (26), ein Antriebsorgan (27) für den Schlauch (1) auf dem Halteband (26) und eine Vorrichtung (28) zum Verschieben des Haltebandes (26) und des Antriebsorgans (27) zwischen einer Position zu Beginn der Öffnungsvorganges und einer Position am Ende des Öffnungsvorganges aufweist.
20. Maschine nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsorgane (27) durch die Antriebsrollen (23) in der Position zu Beginn des Öffnungsvorganges angetrieben sind.
21. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Position am Ende des Öffnungsvorganges oder in einer Zwischenposition, die von der Position am Ende des Öffnungsvorganges abweicht, die Antriebsorgane (27) nicht angetrieben sind.
22. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltebänder (26) und die Antriebsorgane (27) erste und zweite endlose Bänder sind.
23. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Paar der ersten und zweiten endlosen Bänder (26, 27) das Bewegen einer vorbestimmten Länge des Schlauches funktionell sicher stellen und aus diesem Grunde ggf. eine kurze Länge aufweisen.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (28) zum Verschieben jeder Hauptöffnungseinheit eine Schwenkachse (29) der Haltebänder und der Antriebsorgane (26, 27) und zumindest einen Antriebszylinder (30) aufweist, der eine Pendelbewegung zwischen den beiden Positionen zu Beginn bzw. am Ende der Öffnungsbewegung ermöglicht.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Haltebänder und die beiden Antriebsorgane (26, 27) jeder Hauptöffnungeinheit durch zwei dreieckförmige Lagerflansche (32) an deren unteren Schmalseiten gehalten sind, wobei die beiden Lagerflansche (32) in Querrichtung im Abstand voneinander angeordnet und durch Abstandshülsen (31) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Schwenkachse (29) durch die oberen Scheitel verläuft.
26. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schwenkachsen (29) der beiden Hauptöffnungseinheiten zumindest etwa in Höhe der Querschneidevorrichtung (19) angeordnet und in der Symmetrieebene des gefalteten Schlauches im Abstand angeordnet sind.
27. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Lagerflansche (32) derselben Haupteinheit in ihrem Abstand einstellbar auf ihren Abstandshülsen (31) befestigt sind.
28. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Position zu Beginn des Öffnungvorganges die Haltebänder (26) in etwa 45° zur Vertikalen geneigt sind.
29. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Position am Ende des Öffnungsvorganges die Haltebänder (26) im wesentlichen horizontal verlaufen.
30. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Regelvorrichtung (33) für die Position am Ende des Öffnungsvorganges derart aufweist, daß das Verpacken von Ladungen unterschiedlicher Dimensionen ermöglichst ist.

Maschine nach Anspruch 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelvorrichtung (33) zumindest einen Schaft (33a) aufweist, der um eine Achse (33b) an einem Lagerflansch (32) drehbar gehalten ist, auf welchem Schaft ein Stellring (33c) befestigt ist, wobei dieser Schaft (33a) mit einer Öffnung (33d) im Maschinenrahmen zusammenwirkt, an der der Stellring (33c) anliegt.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteband (26) in seiner Einheit gegenüber dem Lagerflansch (32) um eine horizontale und dazu senkrechte Achse schwenkbar gehalten ist und zwischen seiner normalen Halteposition und einer eingezogenen vertikalen Position mittels einer Antriebsvorrichtung (36) bspw. eines Stellzylinders bewegbar ist.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Steuervorrichtung für die Schneidevorrichtung, die eine Ortungsvorrichtung (37) für die Position der querverlaufenden Linie der Verschweißung aufweist, und eine Handhabungsvorrichtung für die Schneidevorrichtung besitzt.
34. Maschine nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ortungsvorrichtung die Linie der Verschweißung insbesondere durch optische, mechanische, elektrische oder Mittel ausrichtet.
35. Maschine nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ortungsvorrichtung den Abstand der Verschweißungslinie insbesondere durch eine Zählwalze für die Schlauchmenge markiert.
36. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Bremsvorrichtung oder eine kurzzeitige Anhaltevorrichtung für die Walze (16a) aufweist, die eine ausreichende Zugspannung auf den Schlauch zwischen dieser Walze (16a) und den Antriebsrollen (23) zum Unterstützen des Abschneidens sichergestellt.
