Claims (11)

1. Maschine zur automatischen Banderolierung einer Ladung mit einem Band aus Kunststoffolie dessen Breite gleich einem Bruchteil der Höhe der zu banderolierenden Ladung ist, mit einem Maschinenrahmen (8), einem Tragtisch (9) für die Ladung, der feststehend ist, wenn die Maschine in Funktion ist; mit einer Tragvorrichtung (10) für eine Folientrommel (2a) mit im wesentlichen vertikaler Achse, welche Haltevorrichtung um eine vertikale Achse (11), die durch den Tisch (9) führt, schwenkbar befestigt und zumindest teilweise oberhalb des Tisches (9) und der zu banderolierenden Ladung (1) angeordnet ist;
- mit einer Vorrichtung (12) zum rotierenden Antreiben der Tragvorrichtung (10) der Trommel (2a);
- mit einer ersten Vorrichtung (13) zum Verschieben der Trommel (2a) in einer vertikalen Richtung;
- mit einer Vorrichtung (14) zum zeitweise Halten des freien äußeren Anfangs des Folienbandes (2) nahe oder an der Ladung (1):
- mit einer Vorrichtung (15) für einen querverlaufenden Schnitt des Folienbandes (2);
- mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (16) für das Folienband (2),
gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination, daß erstens die Maschine eine zweite Vorrichtung (33) zum Verschieben der Haltevorrichtung (14), der Schneidevorrichtung (15) und der Befestigungsvorrichtung (16) in einer vertikalen Richtung, welche Verschiebevorrichtung eine zweite Säule (38), auf welcher eine einen Wagen bildende Konsole (29) befestigt ist, und eine Antriebsvorrichtung zum vertikalen Verschieben des Konsolenwagens (29) aufweist; daß zweitens der freie äußere untere Teil des Lagerzapfens (2c) bzw. der Trommel (2a) stets unterhalb oder in gleicher Ebene wie das untere freie Ende (37) der ersten Säule (24), die sie trägt, und in einer relativ zu ihr feststehenden Position zu ihm angeordnet ist; und daß drittens
das untere freie Ende des Lagerzapfens (2c) bzw. der Trommel (2a) ständig in einer Ebene oberhalb der des Konsolenwagens (29) angeordnet ist.
2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Synchronisierungsvorrichtung für die Antriebsvorrichtugen zum Verschieben der Trommel (2a) und der Halte- (14), der Schneide-(15) und der Befestigungsvorrichtung (16) derart besitzt, daß die Halte-(14), die Schneide- (15) und Befestigungsvorrichtung (16) bzgl. der Trommel (2a) im wesentlichen am Anfang und am Ende jedes Grunderolierungszyklus angeordnet sind.
3. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß sie eine Stuervorrichtung für die Antriebsvorrichtungen zum Verschieben der Trommel (2a) und für die eine Halte- (14), Schneide- (15) und Befastigungsvorrichtung (16) derart aufweist, daß die Trommel (2a) und die Halte- (14) Schneide-(15) und Befestigungsvorrichtung (16) zwischen jedem Grundzyklus und dem folgenden Grundzyklus um einen Schritt verschiebbar sind.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Tragvorrichtung (10) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß die Länge der ersten Säule (24) zwischen dem Haltearm (25) und ihrem unteren freien äußeren Teil (35) variabel ist, wobei der Haltearm (25) im wesentlichen in einer festen horizontalen Eben verbleibt.
5. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Säule (24) formbeständig ist und am Arm (25) derart befestigt ist, daß sie gegenüber dem Arm (25) vertikal verfahrbar ist.
6. Maschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Säule (24) teleskopartig ist und eine lineare umkehrbare Antriebsvorrichtung (36) aufweist.
7. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragvorrichtung (10) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Länge der ersten Säule (24) zwischen dem Arm (25) und ihrem unteren freien äußeren Teil (35) fest ist, wobei die horizontale Verschiebeebene des Haltearms (25) in vertikaler Richtung beweglich ist.
8. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Säule (38) teleskopartig ist.
9. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Konsolenwagen (29) vertikal verschiebbar an der ortsfesten zweiten Säule (38) gehalten ist.
10. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Säule (38) insgesamt vertikal verschiebar gehalten ist, während der Konsolenwagen (29) dieser gegenüber ortsfest ist.
11. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtung (14) zwei Spannbacken (27a, 27b) besitzt, die an ihrem unteren Ende um eine Achse (28) angelenkt sind.
