Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zum Zuschneiden einer Vliesstoffbahn (2) in einem Verfahren zum Aufwickeln der Bahn (2) auf eine Aufnahmerolle (3), die in eine Drehbewegung versetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren mindestens die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Anhalten des Aufwickelns der zuzuschneidenden Bahn (2), indem die Rolle (3) nicht mehr in eine Drehbewegung versetzt wird;
    - Herstellen einer quergerichteten Schwächungslinie (8) auf der Bahn (2), bevor diese die Rolle (3) erreicht, mit Hilfe einer Klinge (5a), welche ein Sägezahnprofil umfasst und der Wirkung eines Stellzylinders (5c) unterliegt, um gegen eine Oberfläche (5b) gedrückt zu werden, welche ein komplementäres Sägezahnprofil umfasst;
    - Wiederanfahren des Aufwickelns der Bahn (2) mit gesteuerter Geschwindigkeit und Spannung, indem die Rolle (3) mit gesteuerter Geschwindigkeit wieder in eine Drehbewegung versetzt wird, sodass die Schwächungslinie befördert wird;
    - Festklemmen der Bahn (2) vor der Schwächungslinie mit Hilfe von Klemmmitteln (6), die im Bereich der Klinge (5a) angeordnet sind;
    - Ausüben einer Zugkraft auf die Bahn (2) hinter der Schwächungslinie, um die Bahn (2) entlang dieser Schwächungslinie endgültig zuzuschneiden.
  2. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Ausübens einer Zugkraft auf die Bande (2) darin besteht, die Rolle (3) weiterhin in eine Drehbewegung zu versetzen.
  3. Zuschneideverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es nach dem Zuschneiden der Bahn (2) einen Schritt umfasst, der darin besteht, einen Anpressarm (7) über die Breite der Rolle (3) anzulegen, während die Rolle (3) weiterhin mit gesteuerter Geschwindigkeit in eine Drehbewegung versetzt wird um mindestens einen Umlauf ausführt, und das freie Ende der Stoffbahn (2) gegen die Rolle (3) zu pressen.
  4. Zuschneideverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Anlegens eines Anpressarms (7) darin besteht, eine Querrolle (7a) anzulegen.
  5. Modul (1) zum Zuschneiden einer Vliesstoffbahn (2) in einem Verfahren zum Aufwickeln der Bahn (2) auf eine Aufnahmerolle (3), die in eine Drehbewegung versetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine Klinge (5a), welche ein Sägezahnprofil umfasst und der Wirkung eines Stellzylinders (5c) unterliegt, um gegen eine Oberfläche (5b) gedrückt zu werden, welche ein komplementäres Sägezahnprofil umfasst, um die Bahn (2) mit einer quergerichteten Schwächungslinie zu versehen, bevor diese die Rolle (3) erreicht;
    - Mittel (6) zum Festklemmen der Bahn (2) vor der Schwächungslinie, wobei diese im Bereich der Klinge (5a) angeordnet sind;
    - Mittel, mit denen hinter der Schwächungslinie eine Zugkraft auf die Bahn (2) ausgeübt werden kann, um die Bahn entlang dieser Schwächungslinie endgültig zuzuschneiden.
  6. Modul (1) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, mit denen eine Zugkraft ausgeübt werden kann, aus Mitteln bestehen, die es ermöglichen, die Rolle (3) in eine Drehbewegung zu versetzen, wobei sie Bestandteil des Verfahrens zum Aufwickeln der Bahn (2) sind.
