Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Aufwickeln eines Kunststofffilms, um eine Spule herzustellen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - der Film (F) auf ein Rohr (1) augewickelt wird, das vorübergehend als Aufwickeldorn dient;
    - Beaufschlagen des Rohrs (1), auf das der Film aufgewickelt ist, mit der Wirkung eines Stellzylinders (2), dessen Kolbenkopf (2a) auf dichte Weise mit einem Ende des Rohrs (1) zusammenwirkt, um es in Kombination mit einem Druckluftstoß, um am äußeren Umfang des Rohrs ein Luftkissen zu erzeugen, auszuwerfen, derart, dass eine Spule ohne Dorn gebildet wird;
    - erneutes Einführen des Rohrs in die Wicklungsmaschine für eine nachfolgende Aufwicklung.
  2. Vorrichtung für die Ausführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Aufwickelrohr (1) aus einem starren Material umfasst, das dafür ausgelegt ist, nach dem Aufwickeln des Films mit einem Druckluftstellzylinder (2) zusammenzuwirken, der eine Schubkraft ausüben kann und Druckluft ausstoßen kann, derart, dass am Umfang des Rohrs (1) ein Luftkissen order ein Luftfilm erzeugt wird, um es auszuwerfen, um eine Spule ohne Dorn zu bilden.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufwickelrohr (1) eine interne Vertiefung (1a) begrenzt, die einerseits mit der äußeren Umgebung über mehrere Mikroperforationen (1b), die im Umfang des Rohrs (1) gebildet sind, und andererseits mit einem inneren Zentrierungsbereich (1c), der dafür ausgelegt ist, auf dichte Weise den Kopf (2a) des mit einem Druckluftkompressor verbundenen Kolbens aufzunehmen, kommuniziert.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der interne Zentrierungsbereich (1c) an einem der Enden des Rohrs (1) gebildet ist und mit der internen Vertiefung (1a) des Rohrs und mit einem internen Kanal des Kopfes und der Stange des Kolbens kommuniziert, um Luft einzuleiten.
  5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (2a) des Kolbens am Umfang Merkmale aufweist, die die Dichtigkeit nach der Einführung des Zentrierungsbereichs gewährleisten können.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Merkmale durch wenigstens eine Ringdichtung (4) gebildet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohr (1) aus einem nicht verformbaren, starren Material, insbesondere aus Stahl, verwirklicht ist.
