Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rolle ohne Dorn (10') mit verkleinertem Mittenloch, bestehend aus einer Folie (10) aus einem nicht feuchten biegsamen Material, wie einem absorbierenden Fasermaterial, hergestellt durch Wickeln der Folie um eine Wickelachse, umfassend einen zentralen Abwickelansatz (10B), der einen Vorsprung entlang der Achse in Bezug zu mindestens einem Teil der Ebene einer der Seiten der Rolle bildet, wobei der Ansatz (10B) zwischen 0,3 und 20 cm und vorzugsweise zwischen 1 und 15 cm beträgt, wobei der Ansatz (10B) von einem Abschnitt des inneren Endes der Folie (10) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle durch Wickeln der Folie auf einen Wickelträger gebildet wird,
    - die Rolle vom Träger abgenommen wird, und
    - der Endabschnitt aus der Öffnung, die durch den Träger ausgespart ist, geschoben wird, bevor das Loch in sich zusammenfällt, um den Ansatz (10B) zu bilden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem
    - vorher eine breite Folie aus einem biegsamen Material aus einer Vielzahl von Einzelfolien, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind, ausgeschnitten wird,
    - die Folien um einen Wickelträger (11) gewickelt werden, und
    - jede der Rollen nach ihrer Bildung abgetrennt wird, bevor jeder der Abschnitte ihres Endes aus der von der Stütze ausgesparten Öffnung geschoben wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem
    - eine breite Folie aus einem biegsamen Material um einen Wickelträger (11) gewickelt wird, um ein "Log" mit der Gesamtbreite der Folie und dem Durchmesser der endgültigen individuellen Rolle zu bilden,
    - die Rollen durch Zersägen dieses "Log" hergestellt werden, bevor jeder der Abschnitte ihres Endes aus der von der Spindel ausgesparten Öffnung geschoben wird.
