Claims (13)
- Rolle, zusammengesetzt aus einer Bahn (F) aus schmiegsamem Material, wie einem absorbierenden faserartigen Material, die durch Aufwickeln der Bahn um eine Aufspulachse erzeugt ist, welche in der Mitte ein Loch offen hält, und die eine erste Gruppe (10) von unter sich verbundenen Windungen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass sie zwischen dem Loch in der Mitte und der ersten Gruppe (10) eine zweite Gruppe (20) von nicht unter sich verbundenen Windungen aufweist.
- Rolle gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei deren Anzahl der Windungen der zweiten Gruppe (20) größer als oder gleich 2 ist.
- Rolle gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei deren Anzahl der Windungen der ersten Gruppe (10) größer als oder gleich 2 ist.
- Rolle gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche eine Abfolge von nicht aneinander grenzenden Gruppen von verbundenen Windungen (10, 11, 12) aufweist, welche voneinander durch nicht verbundene Windungen getrennt sind.
- Rolle gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verbundenen Windungen ein Verbindungsmittel umfassen.
- Rolle gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Verbindungsmittel eine flüssige Substanz ist, vorzugsweise Wasser oder eine Klebsubstanz.
- Rolle gemäß dem Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei das Verbindungsmittel zwischen jeder verbundenen Windung der gleichen Rolle sich gemäß mindestens einem der folgenden Parameter unterscheidet: Art des abgeschiedenen Mittels, dessen Menge, dessen Position oder der Fläche oder der Form, die bedeckt ist.
- Rolle gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei deren Ausführung von der Art der strammen Bewickelung ist.
- Rolle gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei deren Ausführung von der Art der mittigen Abwickelung ist.
- Rolle gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das freie Ende der ersten Windung ausgehend von dem mittigen Loch seitlich verschoben ist.
- Rolle gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 von der Art der tangentialen Abwickelung.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rolle gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gemäß welchem eine Bahn (F) um eine Aufspulachse gewickelt wird und wobei nach Erzeugen einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von nicht untereinander verbundenen Windungen ein Verbindungsmittel aufgebracht wird, um die Windungen unter sich zu verbinden.
- Verfahren gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Aufbringung des Verbindungsmittels durch Ausstoßen einer flüssigen Substanz verwirklicht wird, vorzugsweise von Wasser oder einer Klebsubstanz.
