Claims (18)

  1. Maschine zum Wickeln einer vorgestreckten Folie von einer Zuführspule (32) zu einer Aufnahmespule (38) für vorgestreckte Folien, umfassend Mittel für den Drehantrieb der Aufnahmespule (38) für vorgestreckte Folien und/oder der Zuführspule (32) von Folien und Mittel, um die Position der Kanten der Folie (36) entlang der Achse (5) der Aufnahmespule (38) periodisch zu verändern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur periodischen Veränderung der Position der Kanten der Folie Mittel umfassen, um zumindest die Zuführspule (32) in Bezug auf die Aufnahmespule (38) zu verschieben, so dass die Kante (21) der aufgespulten Folie (36) ein kegelstumpfförmiges oder im Wesentlichen konisches Profil aufweist.
  2. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verschieben (23) der Zuführspule (32) in Bezug auf die Aufnahmespule (38) eine relative Verschiebeamplitude gewährleisten, die auf der Aufnahmespule die Ausbildung eines kegelstumpfförmigen oder im Wesentlichen konischen Profils der Kante (21) der Folie ermöglicht, die mit einer Achse (5) der Aufnahmespule einen Winkel α zwischen 3° und 45° bildet.
  4. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verschieben (23) der Zuführspule (32) in Bezug auf die Aufnahmespule (38) Mittel (23) für den oszillierenden Wechselantrieb der Zuführspule (32) parallel zu ihrer Achse (77) umfassen.
  5. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Verschieben der Zuführspule in Bezug auf die Aufnahmespule Mittel zum Kippen der Achse (77) der Zuführspule umfassen.
  6. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel (27) umfasst, um die Aufnahmespule (38) in Bezug auf die Zuführspule (32) zu verschieben.

  10. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Streckmittel (33, 34) für eine streckbare Folie (36), Führungsmittel (40, 41, 42, 57, 35) für Folien und Mittel (45, 35, 37) zum Wickeln von gestreckten Folien (36) auf die Aufnahmespule (38) umfasst.
  11. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Mittel (42, 35) umfasst, um die mechanische Spannung in der Folie nach dem Strecken und vor ihrem Wickeln auf die Aufnahmespule (38) teilweise zu entspannen.
  12. Verfahren zum Wickeln von vorgestreckten Folien, umfassend einen Schritt des Streckens einer Folie (36) und einen Schritt des Wickelns der gestreckten Folie auf eine Aufnahmespule (38), wobei sich die Position der Kanten der Folie (36) periodisch entlang der Achse (5) der Aufnahmespule (38) verändert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Wickeln zumindest eine Verschiebung der Zuführmittel (32) der Folien (36) in Bezug auf die Aufnahmespule (38) gewährleistet wird, so dass die Kante (21) der aufgewickelten Folie (36) ein kegelstumpfförmiges oder im Wesentlichen konisches Profil auf der Aufnahmespule (38) aufweist.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebung der Zuführmittel (32) der Folien (36) in Bezug auf die Aufnahmespule (38) eine Verschiebung einer Zuführspule (32) parallel zu ihrer Achse (77) ist.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Spulen die Aufnahmespule (38) ebenfalls parallel zu ihrer Achse (5) verschoben wird.
  15. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebeamplitude zwischen 1% und 4%, vorzugsweise zwischen 2% und 2,4%, der Breite der Maschinenbreite der Folie (36) ausmacht.
  16. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wickeln mit einer periodischen Veränderung der Position der Kanten der Folie (36) entlang der Achse (5) der Aufnahmespule (38) am Ausgang der Streckmittel (33, 34) der Folie (36) erfolgt.
  17. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Aufnahmespule (38) eine Verpackungsfolie aufgewickelt wird, die unter einer Spannung zwischen 10 und 20 N/mm2 Ausgangsquerschnitt der Maschinenbreite gestreckt wurde, und dass das Aufspulen und die Entspannung der Folie auf der Aufnahmespule (38) unter einer mechanischen Spannung zwischen 10 und 90% der Streckspannung erfolgen.
