Claims (11)

1. Verfahren zum leichten Abwickeln von Draht von Spulen (2), unabhängig von der Art der Bewicklung, bei dem :
die besagten Spulen (2) flach auf einer Palette angeordnet sind, die auf eine Platte (9) aufgesetzt ist, wobei die Achse der zentralen Spulenbohrung vertikal angeordnet ist,
der Draht (53) zunächst durch eine über der Spule befestigte axiale Öse (48), und danach über eine obere Umlenktrommel (50) geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß :
a) die Spule (2) von außen festgehalten wird, wozu sie durch eine starre, feststehende Vorrichtung (12) bis (28) während des Abwickelns geklemmt wird,
b) der Draht (53) von der zentralen Bohrung nach oben gezogen wird, und dabei jede sich abwickelnde Windung unter einer horizontalen Druckrolle (43) hindurchgeführt wird und bei zunehmender Krümmung sich dem Zentrum nähert, wobei die Druckrolle außerhalb der Spule (2) in radialer Richtung fliegend montiert ist und nach unten auf die Spule (2) drückt, bis der Draht vollständig abgewickelt ist.
2. Apparat zur Anwendung des Verfahrens gemäß Anspruch 1, aus einer horizontalen Platte (9), die dazu bestimmt ist, die Spulenhaltepalette (7) zu tragen, einer feststehenden horizontalen Öse (48), die in mindestens einem Meter Abstand über dem Zentrum der Spule (2) angeordnet ist, und aus einer über der Öse (48) gelegenen Umlenktrommel (50) mit horizontaler Achse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aufweist :
a) eine vertikale Hauptstütze (10), die auf dem Rand der Platte (9) stabil befestigt ist, und in der die horizontalen Traversen (12) einer gelenkigen Manschette aus mehreren, teilweise zylindrischen Flügeln (13) bis (20) drehbar gelagert sind, wobei diese Manschette nach innen überstehende, vertikale Stützen (21) bis (28) aufweist, um die Spule (2) außen festzuhalten, und die äußersten Flügel (17), (18), (19), (20) Mittel (29), (30) zum Schließen und Spannen der Manschette aufweisen, und diese Flügel sich weit genug öffnen, um die Spulen über der Platte (9) einführen zu können und auf ihre Handhabungspalette (7) aufsetzen zu können ;
b) eine horizontale Druckrolle (43), die bezüglich der Spule (2) radial angeordnet ist, wobei die Achse der besagten Rolle (43) auf einem Schlitten (44) starr befestigt ist, der in dem oberen Teil der feststehenden Stütze (10) durch einen geeigneten Zylinder (47) vertikal verschoben werden kann, dessen Hub ausreicht, damit die besagte Rolle (43)
während einer ersten Zeit den Zugang zu der Platte (9) freigibt, um dort die Spule (2) auf die Palette (7) aufzusetzen,
während einer zweiten Zeit, während der der Draht abgewickelt wird, dauernd auf die Oberseite der besagten Spule (2) drückt, und die Länge der besagten Rolle geringfügig kleiner als der äußere Radius der Spule ist und zu diesem Zweck eine Einstellvorrichtung für ihre Länge aufweist, damit die Länge an die verschiedenen Spulendurchmesser angepaßt werden kann.
3. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß :
a) die Platte (9) feststehend ist,
b) die feststehende vertikale Hauptstütze (10) einen quadratischen Querschnitt hat und mittels Scharnieren (11) mindestens zwei Flügel (13), (14) trägt, von denen jeder ungefähr ein Drittel des Umfangs der Spule (2) mißt, und deren am weitesten von den feststehenden Scharnieren (11) entfernte Randstützen (21), (22), (23), (24) so ausgelegt sind, daß sie auf der Spule (2) aufliegen und mobile Scharniere von weiteren äußersten Flügeln (17), (18), (19), (20) aufweisen, von denen jeder ungefähr ein Sechstel des Umfangs der Spule mißt, wobei die freien Stützen (25), (26) dieser äußersten Flügel (17), (18) zusätzliche Verschlüsse (29), (30) aufweisen, die das Verriegeln und das Spannen der gelenkigen Manschette um die Spule (2) sicherstellen, so daß die Spule von außen durch mindestens drei Stützen (10), (21), (22) festgehalten wird, die im Abstand von ungefähr einem Drittel des Umfangs, oder 120°, angeordnet sind,
c) die horizontale Druckrolle (43) durch einen pneumatischen Zylinder (47), der wie der Schlitten (44) in der vertikalen Stütze (10) gelegen ist, vertikal verschoben werden kann, wobei die besagte Stütze (10) in ihrem oberen Teil im Bereich des Schlittens (44) mindestens einen vertikalen Spalt (46) aufweist, um die Achse der Rolle (43) hindurchzuführen, und der Zylinder eine genügende Kraft hat, um die Oberseite der Spule (2) und alle ihre Windungen festzuhalten,
d) die Öse (48) durch eine horizontale Halterung festgehalten wird, die an dem oberen Teil der feststehenden Stütze (10) befestigt ist,
e) die Umlenktrommel (50) seitliche Flansche (51), (52) aufweist.
4. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feststehende vertikale Hauptstütze (10) aus zwei U-Eisen besteht, deren freie Schenkelränder miteinander verschweißt sind.
5. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegeln und Spannen der Manschette durch Schwenkriegel (29), (30) mit Spiralprofilnocke erfolgt.
6. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegeln und Spannen der Manschette durch Zylinder, insbesondere pneumatische Zylinder, erfolgt.
7. Apparat gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3, 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er bei symmetrischer Anordnung bezüglich der feststehenden Hauptstütze aufweist :
a) eine zweite Platte (9),
b) eine zweite Reihe von Flügeln (15), (16), (19), (20) mit Verriegel- und Spannvorrichtung,
c) eine zweite horizontale Druckrolle (43), die durch denselben Schlitten (44) und denselben Zylinder (47) betätigt wird,
d) eine zweite Öse (48), die durch eine Halterung über der feststehenden Stütze festgehalten wird,
e) eine zweite Umlenktrommel (502), um auf diese Weise bei zwei Spulen (2) gleichzeitig oder nacheinander den Draht abzuwickeln.
8. Apparat gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit einem weiteren, identischen Apparat kombiniert ist, und zwar in einer solchen Weise, daß insgesamt nur zwei Umlenktrommeln (503), (504) vorhanden sind, um gleichzeitig oder nacheinander den Draht bei vier Spulen abzuwickeln.
9. Apparat gemäß einem der Ansprüche 3, 4, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit mehreren, nebeneinander angeordneten Apparaten kombiniert ist, die Spulen aufweisen, deren abgewickelter Draht über eine einzige Umlenktrommel (505) geführt ist.
10. Apparat gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mindestens zwei Platten (91, 92) und eine einzige Öse (481) von länglicher Form aufweist, wobei diese Öse (481) parallel zu der Ebene angeordnet ist, in der die Achsen der Spulen liegen, und in einem deutlichen Abstand über den besagten Spulen angeordnet ist, und daß eine Vorrichtung zur Verbindung der Platten (91, 92) vorgesehen ist.
