Claims (4)
- Métier à filer comprenant un dispositif de détection d'anomalie pour un dispositif d'étirage (11), une pluralité de lignes dans lesquelles des rouleaux d'étirage (12, 13, 14) sont entraînés par une pluralité de moteurs (16a, 16b, 17a, 17b, 18a, 18b) et où un moyen de détection de couple (SA) est prévu pour détecter les couples de charge d'au moins deux moteurs parmi la pluralité de moteurs (16a, 16b, 17a, 17b, 18a, 18b),
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de détection d'anomalie est doté d'un moyen d'estimation (31) pour estimer qu'il y a une anomalie lorsque la différence entre les couples de charge des deux moteurs quitte une gamme établie. - Métier à filer comprenant un dispositif de détection d'anomalie pour un dispositif d'étirage (11) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le métier à filer est un métier à filer en fin comprenant en plus des rouleaux d'étirage (12, 13, 14) entraînés des deux côtés,
caractérisé en ce que les deux moteurs sont des moteurs entraînant les rouleaux d'étirage (12, 13, 14) dans une même ligne correspondante à partir des deux côtés, et
le moyen d'estimation (31) compare des couples de charge des deux moteurs entraînant les rouleaux d'étirage (12, 13, 14) dans la même ligne. - Métier à filer comprenant un dispositif de détection d'anomalie pour un dispositif d'étirage (11) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux d'étirage (12, 13, 14) sont divisés en deux dans la direction longitudinale, et
le moyen d'estimation (31) identifie un côté du rouleau d'étirage dans lequel une anomalie a été générée selon que la différence entre les couples de charge est négative ou positive. - Métier à filer comprenant un dispositif de détection d'anomalie pour un dispositif d'étirage (11) selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux d'étirage (12, 13, 14) sont divisés en deux dans la direction longitudinale, et
le moyen d'estimation (31) identifie un rouleau d'étirage (12, 13, 14) dans lequel une anomalie a été générée sur la base de la différence entre les couples de charge des deux moteurs et sur la base de la différence entre le couple de charge de chaque moteur par rapport au couple de charge correspondant à l'état normal.
