Claims (13)
- Folienspleißstation mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Abrolleinrichtung für je eine Folienrolle, einer Spleißeinrichtung zum Spleißen von Folien der ersten und zweiten Abrolleinrichtung an einer Spleißposition, einer bewegbaren Transfereinrichtung zum Transferieren einer Folie einer Abrolleinrichtung zu der Spleißposition, gekennzeichnet durch eine Halteeinrichtung (11, 12a, 12b) zum ortsfesten Halten der Folie (3) die durch die Transfereinrichtung (10) transferiert werden kann.
- Folienspleißstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (11, 12a, 12b) zum Halten des Folienanfangs geeignet ist.
- Folienspleißstation nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spleißeinrichtung eine Schweißeinrichtung (13, 14) umfasst.
- Folienspleißstation nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transfereinrichtung (10) als ein Wiederlager für das Schweißen mit der Schweißeinrichtung (13, 14) ausgebildet ist.
- Folienspleißstation nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißeinrichtung einen Schweißkopf (13, 14) umfasst, der ein Heizelement (19) trägt und vorzugsweise beweglich ist.
- Folienspleißstation nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizelement (19) zwei Heizflächen (20, 21) hat, die beabstandet sind und sich quer zur Folientransportrichtung über die gesamte Folienbreite erstrecken können.
- Folienspleißstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einrichtung (15) zum Erhöhen der Folienspannung vorgesehen ist, die vorzugsweise auf der Seite der Spleißposition angeordnet ist, auf der die beim Spleißen zurückbleibende Folie liegt.
- Folienspleißstation nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folienspanneinrichtung einen Schieber (15) umfasst, der in die Bahn einer Folie bewegt werden kann.
- Folienspleißstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sensor (22) zur Erkennung von einem Folienmuster vorgesehen ist.
- Folienspleißstation nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Wegmesssystem zum Messen der Länge von abgeförderter Folie vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zum Spleißen einer Folie einer ersten Abrolleinrichtung und einer zweiten Folie einer zweiten Abrolleinrichtung mit den Schritten: ortsfestes Halten einer Folie einer Abrolleinrichtung mit einer Halteeinrichtung,Transferieren der Folie zu einer Spleißposition, wobei die Folie an einer anderen Stelle ortsfest gehalten wird und Spleißen der ersten und zweiten Folie an der Spleißposition.
- Folienspleißstation mit einer ersten und einer zweiten Abrolleinrichtung für je eine Folienrolle, einer Schweißeinrichtung mit zwei benachbarten und beabstandeten Schweißzonen zum Verschweißen von Folien der ersten und zweiten Abrolleinrichtung und einer Einrichtung zum Erhöhen der Folienspannung, sodass die Folie an einer der einen Schweißzone entsprechenden Stelle durch die erhöhte Spannung getrennt wird und wobei die Folien an der der anderen Schweißzone entsprechenden Stelle verschweißt werden können.
- Verpackungsmaschine zum Verpacken mit Folie gekennzeichnet durch eine Folienspleißstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 oder 12.
