Definitions
- the invention relates to an applicator tip holder for a Application liquid capillary pumping mine, especially for a finelinermine according to the preamble of claim 1.
- pens should have the optional functionality for their respective Purpose, i. for example for writing or cosmetic purposes exhibit.
- these pins must be inexpensive be produced.
- the stabilization sleeve Due to the one-piece design of the stabilization sleeve with the There is a possibility of only one type of material for both Use components. This may advantageously be a Plastic material, which in the thermal disposal of the pen after consumption of the application or writing fluid a complete elimination of the spent pen allows. About that In addition, depending on the selected manufacturing process of the manufacturing process simplifies and thereby the cost of such a pen considerably be reduced.
- the stabilizing sleeve so with the socket is integrally connected, that the stabilization sleeve together with the mine or the ink conductor axially elastic with respect to the socket is movable.
- the axial direction of the movement is the direction the at least approximately the direction of the central longitudinal axis of the socket or the pen body corresponds.
- the axial elasticity can be for example, by forming a portion of the stabilizing sleeve or the connecting portion between the stabilizing sleeve and the socket are achieved in such a way that the section the stabilizing sleeve or the connecting portion at appropriate Compressive forces radially bulge and thus the mine or the mine together with the stabilization sleeve opens the possibility to dip axially into the pen body and thus the applied Dodge pressure elastically. If a radial elasticity for the ink conductor or the ink conductor and the stabilization sleeve desired should be, this can through another section on the stabilization sleeve or through the sections already mentioned above be given, which usually the radial elasticity lower is considered the axial elasticity.
- the inventive Tip holder can only be designed so that alone one axial movement for the mine or the ink conductor and the stabilization sleeve given is.
- the socket is at least approximately hollow throughout and if between the inner wall of the hollow socket and the outer wall of the Stabilization sleeve except for its one-piece connection with the socket a preferably surrounding the stabilizing sleeve concentric Interspace is provided, preferably the bending stiffness or Ausbauchsteiftechnik the one-piece compound is smaller than the the stabilization sleeve and / or the socket.
- the smaller bending stiffness or Ausbauchsteiftechnik the one-piece compound can both by a corresponding geometric configuration of the one-piece Connection and / or through an appropriate choice of materials be achieved for the one-piece connection.
- the space also serves to the above-mentioned radial Bulging of the stabilizing sleeve or the one-piece connection for the axial elasticity and / or the optionally required radial mobility the stabilization sleeve or the integral connection to enable the version.
- a particularly favorable connection between the stabilization sleeve and the socket is achieved in that the stabilizing sleeve over her pointing in the direction of the pen body second end with the socket, esp. Is connected to the inside of the socket.
- This solution allows that in an area between the one-piece connection from the second end of the stabilizing sleeve and the inner wall the socket as well as the section with which the stabilization sleeve the mine includes firmly, the above already mentioned several times Elastic region can be provided, which has an axial Elasticity of the stabilization sleeve allows. It is advantageous here when the stabilization sleeve and the gap concentric with the Center longitudinal axis of the socket are arranged.
- the axial length of the stabilizing sleeve is smaller than that of the socket and that portion of the stabilizing sleeve, which the at least axial mobility of stabilizing sleeve and Ink guide allows or the one-piece connection between the Stabilization sleeve and the socket has a greater axial length as the portion of the stabilizing sleeve which is in touching contact or holding contact to the mine stands. This will then become a sufficient bulge ability for the axial mobility of Stabilization sleeve and / or ink conductor reached.
- connection of the third Sleeve section is designated on the inner wall of the socket.
- material thickening and the third sleeve section are called. It is only crucial that between the inner wall of the socket and the outside of the stabilizing sleeve is a continuous, i. integral connection is present, which the axial and if desired radial mobility of the mine M or the mine M and the Stabilization sleeve allows.
- the stabilization sleeve at least one of their first sleeve end of extending first sleeve portion, whose Inner wall enclosing the mine in the assembled state and possibly holds, and extending from its second sleeve end third sleeve portion extending from the first sleeve portion extended to the second end of the sleeve truncated cone.
- the one-piece connection between the stabilization sleeve and the socket by a radially towards the inner wall of the socket extending and the second sleeve end of the stabilization sleeve be formed surrounding approach, in which the truncated cone of the third sleeve section ends.
- the stabilization sleeve with at least their first sleeve portion from the first socket end to the outside protrudes can also be provided that in the assembled state the Mine with the stabilizing sleeve preferably by a non-positive connection, such as by merging, by heat bonding and the like, is firmly connected.
- the one-piece connection and / or a portion of the stabilizing sleeve with at least one, preferably three equidistant from each other Venting openings is provided.
- the one-piece design of the stabilizing sleeve be achieved with the version even if for the Stabilization sleeve and for the version each one different Plastic material is used.
- the Inventive tip holder in two-component technology be made. It would then be conceivable, the top holder in the way a co-extrusion process in which the mine or the Ink conductor as insert during the co-extrusion process with is processed.
- the applicator tip holder according to the invention manufacture is that an injection molding process used is, in which preferably the ink conductor or the mine, if necessary, automatically positioned in the injection mold and with a hot plastic mass is overmoulded.
- the stable connection between the stabilization sleeve and the mine or the ink conductor can be done in different ways. That is how it is on the one hand the possibility that this happens in a forceful manner, preferably by fusing or heat bonding. Alternatively or possibly even in addition thereto can continue to be provided be that the mine with the stabilizing sleeve form-fitting, preferably by at least one toothing between mine and stabilization sleeve is firmly connected.
- the mine or the ink conductor may vary depending on the requirements the mine will be chosen a suitable material.
- the mine and the stabilization sleeve of different Be made of plastic materials.
- the mine and the stabilization sleeve are made of the same plastic material.
- the one discussed here Art is an essential factor for the economic success of the manufacturing costs and thus the final price.
- the applicator tip holder by an injection molding process be prepared, the mine optionally as an insert during injection molding the socket and the stabilizing sleeve frictionally and / or positively is connected to the stabilizing sleeve.
- the stabilization sleeve and the socket made of different plastic materials manufactured, can be a particularly cost-effective production the integrally connected stabilizing sleeve and socket Achieve by both produced in a co-extrusion process where appropriate, the mine as an insert in the co-extrusion process frictionally connected to the stabilizing sleeve can.
