Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen eines bahnförmigen Materials und zum Abgeben desselben mit einer gegenüber der Geschwindigkeit beim Aufnehmen zeitlich schwankenden, im Mittel jedoch übereinstimmenden Geschwindigkeit,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassmit zwei endlos umlaufenden Förderbändern (10,11), die je einen in Materialtransportrichtung bewegten Hinlaufabschnitt aufweisen, die zusammen einen Aufnahmeort (A) zum Aufnehmen der Materialbahn zwischen diese Abschnitte und einen Abgabeort (B) zum Abgeben der Materialbahnen definieren, zwischen dem Aufnahmeort (A) und dem Abgabeort (B) zum Klemmen der Materialbahn eng nebeneinander geführt sind und von dem Abgabeort (B) zum Aufnahmeort (A) voneinander getrennt geführte Rücklaufabschnitte aufweisen, undmit einer Einrichtung (12,21,27,30), mit deren Hilfe die Längen der Hinlaufabschnitte gegenüber denen der Rücklaufabschnitte bei Aufrechterhaltung der Gesamtlängen der Förderbänder (10,11) veränderbar sind, wobeidie Hinlaufabschnitte der Förderbänder (10,11) jeweils einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Wegabschnitt aufweisen, in dem die Förderbandabschnitte gemeinsam über eine im wesentlichen zur Hälfte umschlungene Umlenkwalze (12) geführt sind,
die Rücklaufabschnitte der Förderbänder (10,11) jeweils über U-förmige Wegabschnitte geführt sind, die sich entgegengesetzt zu dem U-förmigen Wegabschnitt der Hinlaufabschnitte der Förderbänder (10,11) erstrecken und dabei jeweils eine weitere Umlenkwalze (21,27) etwa zur Hälfte umschlingen, und
die drei Umlenkwalzen (12,21,27) in einem gemeinsamen Rahmen (30) drehbar gelagert sind, der für die gegenseitige Längenveränderung der hinlaufenden und rücklaufenden Förderbandabschnitte im wesentlichen parallel zu den auf die Umlenkwalzen (21,21,27) zu bzw. von diesen weg verlaufenden Teilabschnitten der Förderbänder (10,11) in einem Gestell der Vorrichtung (9) verstellbar beweglich gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Umlenkwalzen (12,21,27) haltende Rahmen (30) mittels einer Pendelanordnung (31) in dem Gestell der Vorrichtung (9) beweglich gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Umlenkwalzen (12,21,27) haltende Rahmen (30) mittels eines Schlittens in dem Gestell der Vorrichtung (9) beweglich gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (30) um die Achse der gemeinsamen Umlenkwalze (12) der Hinlaufabschnitte der Förderbänder (10,11) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der U-förmig geführten Teilabschnitte des Rücklaufabschnitts eines (11) der Förderbänder (10,11) über eine weitere, im wesentlichen zur Hälfte umschlungene Umlenkwalze (28) geführt ist, die in dem Gestell verstellbar gelagert und von einer Spanneinrichtung (33) entgegengesetzt zu den sich auf sie zu erstreckenden Teilabschnitten des Förderbandes (11) vorgespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderbänder (10,11) jeweils über eine eigene Antriebswalze (23,29) und ihre Hinlaufabschnitte gemeinsam über eine angetriebene, gemeinsame Antriebswalze (12) geführt sind, und dass zur Veränderung der Abgabegeschwindigkeit gegenüber der Aufnahmegeschwindigkeit der Vorrichtung die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der gemeinsamen Antriebswalze (12) gegenüber den Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der erstgenannten Antriebswalzen (23,29) veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderbänder (10,11) jeweils über eine eigene Antriebswalze (23,29) geführt sind und die in dem Rahmen gelagerte gemeinsame Umlenkwalze (12) ebenfalls eine Antriebswalze ist, und dass zur Veränderung der Abgabegeschwindigkeit gegenüber der Aufnahmegeschwindigkeit der Vorrichtung (9) die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der gemeinsamen, angetriebenen Umlenkwalze (12) gegenüber den Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten der erstgenannten Antriebswalzen (23,29) veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem Steilarm-Vliesleger (1) integral verbunden ist, der wenigstens zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundene Arme (2,3) aufweist, von denen ein erster (2) Arm an einem unteren Ende ortsfest in dem Gestell schwenkbar gelagert ist und ein zweiter, als Legearm (3) ausgebildeter Arm am oberen Ende des ersten Arms (2) angelenkt ist und sich von dort nach unten über ein endlos umlaufendes Ablegeband erstreckt und quer zu diesen beweglich ist, wobei die Hinlaufabschnitte der Förderbänder (10,11) gepaart an den Armen (2,3) bis zum unteren Ende des Legearms (3) geführt sind und dort getrennt über zwei Umlenkwalzen (16,17) geführt sind, die den Abgabeort (b) für die Materialbahn bilden, und die Förderbänder (10,11) über die Arme (2,3) getrennt voneinander zu dem Aufnahmeort (a) zurückgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hinlaufabschnitte der Förderbänder (10,11) an den Armen (2,3) gemeinsam über mehrere in Laufrichtung der Förderbänder (10,11) hintereinander angeordnete Führungswalzen (34) geführt sind, die abwechselnd an der einen und an der anderen Seite der gepaarten Hinlaufabschnitte der Förderbänder (10,11) anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rücklaufabschnitte der Förderbänder (10,11) zwischen dem ersten Arm (2) des Vlieslegers (1) und den U-förmig verlaufenden Teilabschnitten jeweils über eine Antriebswalze (20,26) geführt sind, die von dem jeweiligen Förderband (10,11) um mehr als 90° umschlungen ist.
