Definitions
- the invention relates to a ring having the features of the preamble of Main claim.
- the invention relates to a piece of jewelry with such a ring.
- Rings such as those used as jewelry, consist essentially of a closed or open Ring body, which serves as a carrier for the ring head.
- the head turns up for the viewer is usually considered the essential element, with gems, Semi-precious or decorative elements, mostly of precious metal, Usually the ring head is the essential and most expensive element of the ring, while the ring body only Carrier function has.
- Form in the production of known rings Ring head and ring body one unit. The ring body must therefore from its diameter either individually to the finger diameter the wearer must be adjusted or in the jewelry store must have a Variety of rings with same ring heads and different Ring bodies are kept ready to give the buyer one from the seller to allow preferred spontaneous purchase. This increases the Storage costs and in the business can be fewer variants of different Rings are kept ready. However, this prevents spontaneous purchases.
- an open ring has two ends which face each other and between which an object can be used, in particular clamped, the object, which is usually the elaborate ring head with, for example, gemstones and is the same, is thus independent of that for carrying the Ring head certain ring body produced.
- the ring body can be industrial, inexpensive, effective and in one Variety of variants and ring sizes are produced. To do this z. B. so-called ring rails bent, regardless of it a variety of ring heads are made, with the Manufacture simplified by the fact that the ring heads are insulated and are not an integral part of the ring.
- Another advantage is that the most valuable Ring head with changed demands of the ring owner easily and immediately placed in a shop on a higher quality ring body can be. The owner can therefore at a later date the initially purchased cheap stainless steel ring body against a Replace ring body made of precious metal.
- the bearings of a material other than the open ring body exist in order to Selection of the material for the ring body no compromise in terms
- a comparison to the stainless steel of the counter bearing of the crown soft gold ring body, at the camp only by depressions in the two golden Ends of the ring would wear out over time, abrade, shear off and visibly deform.
- the Edges of the bearing are depressed over time, there is the Danger that the valuable ring head falls out, Will turn the ring Made of stainless steel, so are the wear problems stainless steel is of value and appreciation the customer behind a precious metal ring body.
- a stainless steel ring body hardened stainless steel bearings used, which are better to work on separately; a stainless steel body is provided with recesses that pressed, milled and / or be polished that a surface hardening occurs.
- the invention leaves because of the absence of wear of the Warehouse pressure does not decrease over time and the head also becomes years old and held securely despite relative movements.
- the invention offers Moreover, the advantage that non-allergenic for the ring body Materials can be used and regardless of a mechanically optimal material for the bearing It can be used, however, not directly in contact with the skin comes. The latter material therefore does not have to be so secure non-allergenic.
- Preferred materials for the ring body are all Precious metal alloys, in particular with gold, white gold, silver, platinum and copper or their sub-alloy groups, since these are the Appreciation of the audience, familiar and familiar.
- Bearings or storage areas are all materials into consideration, the known for their hardness and wear resistance, ie in particular Steel, stainless steel, carbide, ceramics. These can also have Teflon or such a coating, if necessary, a slight mobility of the Ring head to allow.
- the bearings are therefore not recognized by the eye as such and the high-quality overall impression of a precious metal ring remains receive.
- the camp is on the end of the ring put on for a special design effect achieve.
- the end of the ring with an inward or outward stepped step be provided, on which the bearing is placed.
- the bearing is flush with the annular body.
- the supernatant bearing with a to the ring body be provided adapted coating, for. B. by gilding or an adapted hard metal layer of z. TiN.
- the object fixes when inserted into the camps of quasi alone in the right position.
- a bullet has that regardless Advantage that depending on the design of the surrounding camp in one or more axes is pivotable or rotatable. It is particularly preferred that the inserted object without tools order at least one axis is pivotable, in particular rotatable. Of the Jewelry owner can thereby the object at any time give a changed look. If several rings in a row a finger or, are attached to each other on several fingers, it is also possible to align the ring head accordingly, z, B. perpendicular or longitudinal to the finger.
- Particularly eye-catching jewelery with For example, "oversize" can be placed in a folded-down rest position and brought up a folded presentation position.
- An elongated one Ring head for example, times aligned with the ring body and times be aligned transversely to what the jewel Appearance completely changes.
- the risk of injury decreases, since the Fold the head away or turn away.
- the ball has also the advantage that they do not have significant torque on the Can exercise bearing and thus levering out the ring head is difficult.
- the annular body and the Object designed so that the object only by means of a tool
- a spreader bar in the thus-expanded annular body can be used. This will cause an accidental removal or Falling out of the object prevented.
- the bias is of the ring so that the tension by hand means a pliers can be overcome and no more expensive Special machine is required.
- the object and the bearings are designed such that the Object can be used without tools between the bearings, z. B. by a wedge-like leadership, the onset of a spreading of the ring body with can then snap in, can in the store without Aids and in a matter of seconds a ring be assembled.
- a plurality of annular bodies via a common object can be connected to each other.
- Modular can thus be particularly coordinated different colored ring body firmly against rotation, but still flexible be connected together to form a new, larger ring.
- An annular body according to the invention is not limited to rings for Pinning on the fingers. This includes all those Components of all trinkets, which by spreading an insertion and secure holding a piece of jewelry belonging to the component enable.
- Fig. 1 shows a ring 1 consisting of a circular to a Ring body curved ring rail 2, which is shaped such that the two end surfaces 21 in the upper region of the ring face.
- bearings 4 is the Ring head 5 at its abutment 51 between the ends 21 by Clamping forces held.
- Fig. 2 shows in the detail view that in the ring rail 2 in the end 21 holes 22 are recessed. In these are in the stainless steel formed bearing 4 used.
- a conical bore 41 at the Outside of the bearing 4 forms the bearing surface 41 for fixing a Stainless steel ball 51, which via a web 52 with the visible part 53 of the Ring head 53 is connected.
- the ring head 53 is usually the most important and expensive part of the ring and contains for example a gemstone, in the described embodiment is to recognize that ring head 53 because of the ball 51 on the one hand firmly between the bearing surfaces 41 is clamped in the ring rail 2 and on the other but rotatable about its own axis.
- the narrow web 52 a pivoting of the ring head 5 in page level to for lateral stop on the ring ends 21 possible.
- the ring head can be swiveled out of the leaf level by 360 °.
- the geometry of the bearing 41 is according to standard scales on the ball 51 adjusted. If you have certain mobilities of the ring head you want to prevent, instead of the ball and non-rotationally symmetric Objects, e.g. Dice and the like use. These are nevertheless able, with appropriate Design of the bearing 4 to center itself when inserting.
- an anti-rotation 52b is used between pin and ball.
- This can be a positive connection, eg, tongue and groove connection or in the manner of a sprocket.
- the anti-twist device 52b may be formed directly in the ball 5 as shown in FIG be, for example, as a groove or notch.
- Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the rotation, in which the Ball 51 a two-stage essay 51 a, 51 b receives, on the visible part of the ring head 53 can be placed.
- the essay widens the Contact surface between appropriately shaped and form-fitting interlocking serrated profiles 51c and 52c, respectively, on the upper or underside of the attachment 51 b or ring head 53, whereby a safer non-rotating connection is achieved as soon as the pin 52 in bottom area of the ball 51 is anchored, which is already in Connection with Fig. 2 has been explained.
- the through hole in the lower portion of the ball 51 can also be an expansion 51 d, so that the pin 52 is securely fixed after upsetting and a Pulling it out is not possible.
- the contact surfaces 51 c, 52 c can also be designed less expensive be. It is crucial that these are in a vertical direction towards each other can be moved while doing a positive connection is achieved, which makes the twisting at least difficult (oblique Contact surfaces) or prevented (partially vertical contact surfaces),
- Fig. 3 finally explains the manufacturing process of an open Ring body 2 with inserted bearings 4, in a conventional manner manufactured annular body 2 is optionally in one place cut open, so that form two end surfaces 21.
- the Ring body bent out of the ring body level out, in the bottom area a torsion point 23 is formed.
- the end surfaces are positioned so that they can easily handle too otherwise, the gap between them would otherwise be too small for editing the end surfaces. It has been shown that at one Do not bend the necessary accuracies in the ring plane can be maintained and the ring body is deformed too much.
- the end surfaces 21 in succession be planed. It follows the introduction of the bore 22 (see FIG. 2) for inserting the already prepared bearing 4 made of stainless steel.
