Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schmuckstück mit einem Trägerteil, wie etwa einem Ring, einer Brosche, einem Armband, einer Kette, einer Ziermanschette od.dgl. und einem an diesem Trägerteil abnehmbar befestigbaren Schmuckelement, wie etwa einem Edelstein, einer Perle oder einem aus Edelmetall gefertigten Schmuckteil.
Ein derartiges Schmuckstück ist beispielsweise aus der deutschen Patentschrift 2 306 657 bekannt. Das Schmuckstück wird dort mittels einer Koppelmechanik nach Art eines Druckknopfes an den, Trägerteil befestigt. So können mit einem Trägerteil, wie beispielsweise einem Ring, verschiedene Schmuckelemente, die die entsprechende Koppelmechanik aufweisen, getragen werden. Ein Nachteil dieses bekannten Schmuckstückes liegt jedoch darin, daß ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Druckverbindung bei starken Zugbelastungen, z.B. beim Hängenbleiben an einem Kleidungsstück od. dgl., nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann. Weiterhin ist der Koppelmechanismus mechanisch aufwendig und läßt sich bei manchen Schmuckelementen, wie etwa Edelsteinen oder Perlen, nur schwierig zu einem ästhetisch befriedigenden Gesamteindruck verarbeiten.
Ein anderes Verfahren zur Befestigung von Schmuckelementen an einem Trägerteil ist der Spannring, bei dem ein offener Ring als Trägerteil dient, der einen lose eingesetzten Edelstein od.dgl. unter Spannung sicher in seiner Fassung hält. Ein Austauschen des Edelsteines kann in diesem Falle jedoch vom Träger des Schmuckes nicht selbst, sondern muß von fachlich geschultem Personal durchgeführt werden. Außerdem sind für einen solchen Spannring aufwendige Materialien, wie beispielsweise Platinlegierungen, erforderlich.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Schmuckstück mit einem Trägerteil und einem abnehmbaren Schmuckelement so auszubilden, daß das Schmuckelement einerseits von dessen Träger ohne Schwierigkeiten abnehm- und wiedereinsetzbar ist, andererseits ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Verbindung zwischen Trägerteil und Schmuckelement sicher verhindert wird.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit einer ersten Ausführungsform durch das in Anspruch 1 beschriebene Schmuckstück, bei dem zur Fixierung des Schmuckelementes am Trägerteil elastisch bewegbare Haltestifte zum Eingriff in im Schmuckelement ausgebildete Ausnehmungen angeordnet sind. Vorzugsweise werden die Ausnehmungen durch eine Durchgangsbohrung im Schmuckelement gebildet. Dadurch läßt sich das Schmuckelement nicht nur mit dem Trägerteil, sondern beispielsweise auch zusammen mit anderen Schmuckelementen als Kette tragen. Vorzugsweise ist das Schmuckelement bezüglich der Durchgangsbohrung rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet.
Vorteilhaft sind an dem Trägerteil einander gegenüberliegend angeordnete Haltestifte vorhanden, die in beide Enden der Durchgangsbohrung eingreifen. Die Haltestifte können mittels einer Feder elastisch gegenüber dem Trägerteil abgestützt sein.
In einem Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die Haltestifte einen umfangsseitigen Flanschabschnitt auf. Im Trägerteil kann ein Schlitz ausgebildet sein, durch den der Flanschabschnitt wenigstens eines der Haltestifte zur Bewegung zwischen einer Fixierungsposition und einer Austauschposition des Schmuckelementes zugänglich ist. Vorzugsweise können die Haltestifte durch Angreifen eines geeigneten Werkzeuges, wie einer Spezialzange, am Flanschabschnitt bewegt werden.
Zur leichteren Herausnehmbarkeit des Schmuckelementes weisen die Haltestifte vorzugsweise abgerundete Endkappen auf.
Die Aufgabe wird gemaß einer weiteren Ausführungsform gelöst durch das im Anspruch 3 beschriebene Schmuckstück, bei dein das Schmuckelement mittels eines Steges abnehmbar am Trägerteil fixiert ist, wobei der Steg durch eine im Schmuckelement ausgebildete Durchgangsbohrung geführt wird und in eine im Trägerteil ausgebildete Vertiefung einschiebbar ist. Vorzugsweise kann der Steg wenigstens ein elastisch einschiebbares Endteil aufweisen.
Die Halterung des Schmuckelementes an, Trägerteil mittels des Steges ermöglicht einerseits eine sichere Verbindung beider Teile und erlaubt andererseits ein einfaches Entfernen und Wiedereinsetzen des Schmuckelementes. Desweiteren erfordert die erfindungsgemäße lösbare Verbindung von Trägerteil und Schmuckelement lediglich zwei Vertiefungen im, Trägerteil und eine Bohrung im Schmuckelement, wodurch dem Schmuckdesigner vielfältige Variationsmöglichkeiten bei der Gestaltung des Schmuckstückes gegeben sind. Die Bohrungen und Vertiefungen sind weitgehend unsichtbar, so daß der ästhetische Gesamteindruck des Schmuckstückes gewahrt bleibt.
Bei einer Weiterbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Schmuckstückes ist in dem Trägerteil anschließend an eine der Vertiefungen eine Durchgangsbohrung ausgebildet, durch welche das verschiebbare Endteil des Steges beispielsweise mit einer Stecknadel od. dgl. betätigbar ist. Ein unbeabsichtigtes Betätigen des Verschlusses kann so sicher verhindert werden.
Der Steg kann abgerundete Kappen aufweisen, die beim Eindrücken des wenigstens einen elastisch verschiebbaren Endteils leicht aus den Vertiefungen entfernbar sind. Zur weiteren Vereinfachung der Austauschbarkeit des Schmuckelementes können im Trägerteil an die Vertiefung anschließende Ausfräsungen ausgebildet sein.
Der Steg kann auch als Federsteg mit hohlzylinderförmigem Hauptteil ausgebildet sein, in dem sich eine Spiralfeder befindet, welche eine nach außen wirkende Kraft auf beidseitig befestigte einschiebbare Endteile ausübt.
Das Schmuckelement kann auch um den Steg drehbar angeordnet sein.

Die Erfindung wird anhand des ersten Ausführungsbeispieles beschrieben, bei dem das Trägerteil 1 als Ring und das Schmuckelement 2 kugelförmig ausgebildet sind. Es sei jedoch erwähnt, daß das Trägerteil beliebige andere Formen annehmen kann und beispielsweise als Brosche, als Armband, als Kette, als Ziermanschette od.dgl. ausgebildet sein kann. Auch das Schmuckelement ist keinesfalls auf die Kugelform beschränkt. Es kann sich dabei auch um einen geschliffenen Edelstein beliebiger Form, um ovale oder polygonförmige Schmuckelemente oder um andere, nicht rotationssymmetrische Formen handeln.
Wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt ist, weist das Trägerteil 1 elastisch bewegbare Haltestifte 3 und das Schmuckelement 2 eine zentrale Durchgangsbohrung 4 auf. Das Schmuckelement 2 wird durch Einschiehen in die Öffnung des Trägerteiles 1 angebracht und durch Eingreifen der Haltestifte 3 in der Bohrung 4 fixiert. Es ist jedoch offensichtlich, daß zur Fixierung des Schmuckelementes 2 keine Durchgangsbohrung erforderlich ist. Beidseitige Vertiefungen oder Sackbohrungen sind ebenfalls möglich. Die Durchgangsbohrung hat jedoch den Vorteil, daß das Schmuckelement 2 zusammen mit anderen Schmuckelementen auch beispielsweise als Kette getragen werden kann.
In Fig. 2 ist der Haltestiftmechanismus im Detail dargestellt. Der Haltestift 3 ist in Radialrichtung in einer in dem Trägerteil 1 ausgebildeten Öffnung beweglich und stützt sich mittels einer Feder 5 elastisch gegen die Rückwand der Öffnung ab. Ein fest mit dem Haltestift 3 verbundener Flanschabschnitt 6 verhindert ein Herausfallen des Stiftes 3 aus der Öffnung. Vorzugsweise ist, wie am besten aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, in der Ringebene zum Zentrum des Ringes 1 hin ein schmaler Schlitz 7 ausgebildet. Durch diesen Schlitz 7 ist der Flanschabschnitt 6 des Haltestiftes 3 mittels eines geeigneten Werkzeuges, beispielsweise einer schmalen Zange, zugängig. Zum Lösen des Schmuckelementes 2 von dem Trägerteil 1 wird mittels des Werkzeuges der Flanschabschnitt 6 und damit der Haltestift 3 in die Öffnung des Trägerteils hineingedrückt, wodurch das Schmuckelement 2 freigegeben wird.
Die Erfindung ermöglicht ein Schmuckstück, bei dem Trägerteil und Schmuckelement variabel einsetzbar sind. Das Schmuckelement ist sicher an, Trägerteil fixiert und kann dennoch vergleichsweise einfach vom Trägerteil entfernt werden. Der Befestigungsmechanismus und auch der Schlitz zur Betätigung der Haltestifte ist weitgehend unsichtbar, so daß ein ästhetisch befriedigender Gesamteindruck des Schmuckstückes ermöglicht wird.
Die Erfindung wird anhand des in den Figuren 4 und 5 gezeigten zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben, in dem das Trägerteil 1 als Ring ausgebildet ist. Alternativ kann das Trägerteil jedoch eine Brosche, ein Armreif, ein Ohrring, eine Manschette, eine Ziernadel oder ein anderes Schmuckstück sein. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Schmuckelement 2 kugelförmig, beispielsweise aus Edelstein oder als Perle ausgebildet. Das Schmuckelement kann aus jedem geeigneten Material gefertigt sein und kann eine beliebige Form aufweisen, wobei eine rotationssymmetrische Form jedoch wegen der Drehbarkeit um den Steg 3a besonders bevorzugt ist.
Der offene Ring 1 weist an den Stirnseiten der Öffnung beidseitig Vertiefungen 5a auf, in deren Verlängerung Durchgangsbohrungen 6a mit kleinem Durchmesser ausgeführt sind. In die Vertiefungen 5a passen die abgerundeten Kappen der beweglichen Endteile 7a des Steges 3a. Vorzugsweise werden die Endteile 7a mittels einer Spiralfeder 8a nach außen gedrückt, so daß diese nur gegen die Federkraft nach innen eindruckbar sind. Im Schmuckelement 2 ist eine Durchgangsbohrung 4a ausgebildet, in die das Schmuckelement 2 einschiebbar ist.
Das Schmuckelement 2 wird am Trägerteil 1 befestigt, indem man den Steg 3a in die Durchgangsbohrung 4a schiebt und das Schmuckelement 2 dann in die Öffnung des Ringes 1 schiebt, bis die Endteile 7a des Steges 3a in die Vertiefungen 5a einrasten. Zum Entfernen des Schmuckelementes 2 führt man einen spitzen Gegenstand, wie beispielsweise eine Stecknadel oder eine aufgebogene Heftklammer, durch die gestrichelt dargestellte Durchgangsbohrung 6 im Ring 1 und drückt mit dieser das Endteil 7a des Steges 3a zusammen, bis dieser aus der entsprechenden Vertiefung 5a herausnehmbar ist. Die abgerundete Form der Endteile 7a des Steges 3a sowie die entsprechend geformten Vertiefungen 5a ermöglichen ein leichtes Herausnehmen des Schmuckelementes 2. Diesem Zweck können auch (nicht dargestellte) Ausfräsungen dienen, die unterhalb an die Vertiefungen 5a anschließend in den Stirnseiten der Öffnung des Ringes 1 ausgebildet sein können.
Das erfindungsgemäße Schmuckstück ermöglicht die einfache Befestigung und Entfernung von verschiedenen Schmuckelementen an einem Trägerteil, wobei gleichzeitig ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Verbindung zwischen Trägerteil und Schmuckelement sicher verhindert wird.

Claims (11)

  1. Schmuckstuck, aufweisend ein Trägerteil (1) wie etwa ein Ring oder eine Brosche und ein abnehmbares Schmuckelement (2),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zur Fixierung des Schmuckelementes (2) am Trägerteil (1) elastisch bewegbare Haltestifte (3) zum Eingriff in im Schmuckelement (2) ausgebildete Ausnehmungen (4) angeordnet sind.
  2. Schmuckstück nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Ausnehmungen (4) durch eine Durchgangsbohrung im Schmuckelement (2) gebildet werden.
  3. Schmuckstück, aufweisend ein Trägerteil (1) wie etwa ein Ring oder eine Brosche und ein abnehmbares Schmuckelement (2),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Schmuckelement (2) mittels eines Steges (3a) abnehmbar am Trägerteil (1) fixiert ist, wobei der Steg (3a) durch eine im Schmuckelement (2) ausgebildete Bohrung (4a) geführt wird und in im Trägerteil (1) ausgebildeten Vertiefungen (5a) einschiebbar ist.
  4. Schmuckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Haltestifte (3) mittels Federn (5) elastisch gegenüber dein Trägerteil (1) abgestützt sind und daß die Haltestifte (3) einen umfangsseitigen Flanschabschnitt (6) aufweisen.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß im Trägerteil (1) ein Schlitz (7) ausgebildet ist, durch den der Flanschabschnitt (6) zur Bewegung wenigstens eines der Haltestifte (3) zwischen einer Fixierungsposition und einer Austauschposition des Schmuckelementes (2) zugänglich ist.
  6. Schmuckstück nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Steg (3a) wenigstens ein elastisch einschiebbares Endteil (7a) aufweist.
  7. Schmuckstück nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß im Trägerteil (1) anschließend an wenigstens eine der Vertiefungen (5a) eine Durchgangsbohrung (6a) ausgebildet ist, die einen Durchmesser aufweist, der kleiner ist als der Querschnitt des Endteils (7a) des Steges (3a) und durch welche das elastisch einschiebbare Endteil (7) des Steges (3) eindrückbar und das Schmuckelement (2) dadurch lösbar ist.
  8. Schmuckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Haltestifte (3) bzw. Endteile (7a) abgerundete Endkanten aufweisen, so daß die Haltestifte (3) bzw. der Steg (3a) durch Eindrücken der wenigstens einen elastisch einschiebbaren abgerundeten Endkante leicht aus der entsprechenden Ausnehmung (4) bzw. Vertiefung (5a) entnehmbar ist.
  9. Schmuckstück nach einem der Ansprüche 3, 6-8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Steg (3a) als Federsteg mit einem hohlzylinderförmigen Hauptteil ausgebildet ist, an dem beidseitig elastisch einschiebbare abgerundete Endteile (7a) befestigt sind, die mittels einer im hohlzylinderförmigen Hauptteil angeordneten Spiralfeder (8a) elastisch miteinander verbunden sind.
  10. Schmuckstück nach einem der Ansprüche vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Schmuckelement (2) eine bezüglich der Bohrung rotationssymmetrische Form aufweist und daß das Schmuckelement (2) um den Steg (3a) bzw. die Haltestifte (3) drehbar angeordnet ist.
  11. Schmuckstück nach Anspruch 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß das Trägerteil (1) ein Ring ist und der Schlitz (7) in der Ringebene zum Zentrum des Ringes hin ausgebildet ist.
