Definitions
- the invention relates to a piece of jewelry with a carrier part, such as a ring, one Brooch, a bracelet, a chain, a decorative cuff or the like. and one on this Carrier part detachably attachable jewelry element, such as a gem, one Pearl or a piece of jewelry made of precious metal.
- Such a piece of jewelry is, for example, from the German patent specification 2 306 657 known.
- the piece of jewelry is there by means of a coupling mechanism like a Push button attached to the support part. So with a support part, such as for example a ring, various jewelry elements that match the corresponding Have coupling mechanism, be worn.
- a disadvantage of this known Jewel is, however, that an unintentional loosening of the pressure connection with strong tensile loads, e.g. when getting caught on a piece of clothing or the like, cannot be excluded.
- the coupling mechanism is mechanical complex and can be used with some decorative elements, such as precious stones or Pearls, difficult to process to an aesthetically satisfactory overall impression.
- Tension ring Another method of attaching decorative elements to a carrier part is Tension ring, in which an open ring serves as a carrier part, the one loosely inserted Gemstone or the like under tension while holding it securely.
- complex materials such as platinum alloys, required.
- German patent specification 851419 describes a piece of jewelry with a carrier part, e.g. a pendant, brooch, ring or the like, and a detachable one Jewelry element described in the case of fixing the jewelry element to the carrier part elastically movable holding pins for engaging in the jewelry element Recesses are arranged.
- a carrier part e.g. a pendant, brooch, ring or the like
- a detachable one Jewelry element described in the case of fixing the jewelry element to the carrier part elastically movable holding pins for engaging in the jewelry element Recesses are arranged.
- FR-A-2667486 is a piece of jewelry with a support part in the form of a ring and a removable jewelry element described, in which the jewelry element by means of of a web is removably fixed to the support part, the web being secured by a Jewelry element trained bore is guided and at least one elastic has insertable end part, which in recesses formed in the carrier part can be inserted.
- the invention has for its object a piece of jewelry with a support part and train a removable and versatile jewelry element so that the Decorative element on the one hand can be easily removed from its carrier and is reusable, on the other hand an unintentional loosening of the connection between Carrier part and jewelry element is safely prevented.
- Retaining pins arranged opposite one another on the carrier part are advantageous are present, which engage in both ends of the through hole.
- the holding pins can be supported elastically with respect to the carrier part by means of a spring.
- the retaining pins have a circumferential side Flange section.
- a slot can be formed in the carrier part through which the Flange section of at least one of the retaining pins for movement between one Fixing position and an exchange position of the decorative element is accessible.
- the holding pins can be gripped by a suitable tool, such as using special pliers on the flange section.
- the holding pins have an easier removal from the decorative element preferably rounded end caps.
- the above object is achieved by that in claim 5 described piece of jewelry solved that the carrier part and a removable Has jewelry element, the jewelry element removable by means of a web on Carrier part is fixed, the web through a hole formed on the decorative element is guided and has at least one elastically insertable end part which in Carrier part trained recesses can be inserted, characterized in that between the at least one end part and at least one of the recesses Snap connection is formed, which can be released only by means of a tool, and that in Carrier part adjacent to at least one of the recesses, a through hole is formed, which has a diameter which is smaller than the cross section of the End part of the web and through which the elastically insertable end part of the web can be pushed in and the decorative element can thus be released.
- the support of the jewelry element on the carrier part by means of the web enables on the one hand a secure connection of both parts and on the other hand allows a simple one Remove and reinsert the jewelry element. Furthermore, the releasable connection according to the invention of the carrier part and the decorative element only two Wells in the carrier part and a hole in the jewelry element, which the Jewelry designers have a wide range of variations in the design of the Jewelry are given. The holes and depressions are extensive invisible, so that the overall aesthetic impression of the piece of jewelry is preserved.
- the web can have rounded caps which, when the at least one is pressed in elastically displaceable end part can be easily removed from the depressions.
- Simplification of the interchangeability of the decorative element can be done in the carrier part Deepening subsequent millings.
- the web can also be designed as a spring web with a hollow cylindrical main part, in which is a spiral spring, which has an outward force on both sides attached retractable end parts.
- the decorative element can also be arranged so as to be rotatable about the web.
- the Carrier part 1 as a ring and the jewelry element 2 are spherical.
- the support member can take any other shape and for example as a brooch, as a bracelet, as a chain, as a decorative cuff or the like. educated can be.
- the decorative element is by no means limited to the spherical shape. It can also be a cut gemstone of any shape, oval or polygonal decorative elements or around other, not rotationally symmetrical shapes act.
- the carrier part 1 has elastically movable holding pins 3 and the decorative element 2 has a central through hole 4.
- the decorative element 2 is attached by pushing it into the opening of the carrier part 1 and by engaging the retaining pins 3 fixed in the bore 4.
- no through hole is required. Double sided Wells or blind holes are also possible.
- the through hole has however, the advantage that the jewelry element 2 together with other jewelry elements can also be worn as a chain, for example.
- the holding pin mechanism is shown in detail.
- the holding pin 3 is in Radially movable and supports in an opening formed in the carrier part 1 resiliently against the rear wall of the opening by means of a spring 5.
- a feast with that Retaining pin 3 connected flange section 6 prevents the pin 3 from falling out the opening.
- a narrow slot 7 is formed towards the center of the ring 1. Through this slot 7 is the flange section 6 of the holding pin 3 by means of a suitable tool, for example, narrow pliers, accessible.
- the invention enables a piece of jewelry in the carrier part and jewelry element can be used variably.
- the decorative element is securely attached to the carrier part and can nevertheless be removed comparatively easily from the carrier part.
- the Fastening mechanism and also the slot for actuating the retaining pins largely invisible, so that an aesthetically satisfactory overall impression of the Piece of jewelry is made possible.
- the carrier part 1 is designed as a ring.
- the carrier part can be a brooch, a bangle, an earring, a Cuff, a decorative needle or another piece of jewelry.
- the exemplary embodiment is the ball element 2, for example made of gemstone or designed as a pearl.
- the decorative element can be made of any suitable material be made and can have any shape, with a rotationally symmetrical However, shape is particularly preferred because of the rotatability about the web 3a.
- the open ring 1 has depressions 5a on both sides of the end faces of the opening, in whose extension through holes 6a are made with a small diameter.
- the end parts 7a are preferably turned outwards by means of a spiral spring 8a pressed so that they can only be pressed in against the spring force.
- in the Jewelry element 2 has a through hole 4a into which the jewelry element 2 can be inserted.
- the decorative element 2 is attached to the carrier part 1 by the web 3a in the Through hole 4a pushes and then the jewelry element 2 in the opening of the ring 1 pushes until the end parts 7a of the web 3a snap into the recesses 5a.
- a pointed object such as for example a pin or an open staple through which dashed through hole 6a shown in the ring 1 and presses with this the end part 7a of Web 3a together until it can be removed from the corresponding recess 5a
- the rounded shape of the end parts 7a of the web 3a and the correspondingly shaped ones Recesses 5a allow the jewelry element 2 to be easily removed Milling (not shown) can also be used for this purpose Recesses 5a can then be formed in the end faces of the opening of the ring 1 can.
- the piece of jewelry according to the invention enables easy attachment and removal of different decorative elements on a support part, with a unintentional loosening of the connection between the carrier part and the decorative element safely is prevented.
