- Capsule à portion suivant une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la valeur moyenne statistique du diamètre d'un unique particule de café à extraire se situe entre 400 et 600 µm et que le diamètre d'une seule ouverture (8, 14) pratiquée dans l'élément filtrant (2), à savoir dans l'organe de répartition (3), est plus petite que la valeur moyenne statistique du diamètre d'un seul particule.
