Claims (36)

  1. Composant de pièce de vêtement comprenant deux bords latéraux de composant qui sont configurés pour un assemblage avec deux bords (41, 43) opposés l'un à l'autre de deux parties de pièce de vêtement constituées de matériau de pièce de vêtement,
    le composant présentant un dispositif de fermeture principal (13) muni de deux côtés de fermeture pouvant être reliés entre eux de manière amovible et qui sont chacun reliés avec l'un des deux bords latéraux de composant,
    au moins l'un des deux côtés de fermeture étant relié avec le bord latéral de composant associé par le biais d'un matériau de ventilation (27, 29) qui forme un dispositif de ventilation et par le biais duquel le composant est perméable à l'air de ventilation même lorsque le dispositif de fermeture principal (13) est fermé,
    un dispositif de fermeture supplémentaire sous la forme d'une lisière de recouvrement (31) étant disposé sur le dispositif de fermeture principal (13), lequel est mobile par rapport au dispositif de fermeture principal (13) entre une position fermée dans laquelle il recouvre au moins une partie du matériau de ventilation (27, 29) et une position ouverte dans laquelle il laisse au moins une partie du matériau de ventilation (27, 29) dégagée,
    et un dispositif d'obturation de la ventilation (111 ; 117, 119) étant prévu en plus de la lisière de recouvrement (31) parallèlement au matériau de ventilation, lequel peut être déplacé, au choix, dans une position d'obturation dans laquelle il recouvre au moins une zone partielle du matériau de ventilation et réduit la capacité de ventilation du matériau de ventilation et dans une position de libération dans laquelle il laisse le matériau de ventilation dégagé,
    le dispositif d'obturation de la ventilation présentant une lisière d'obturation (111) disposée entre le matériau de ventilation et la lisière de recouvrement (31), laquelle peut être déplacée par rapport au matériau de ventilation entre une position fermée dans laquelle elle recouvre au moins une partie du matériau de ventilation (27, 29) et une position ouverte dans laquelle elle laisse au moins une partie du matériau de ventilation (27, 29) dégagée, la lisière d'obturation (111) étant constituée d'un matériau d'obturation de la ventilation qui présente un indice de perméabilité à l'air inférieur à l'indice de perméabilité à l'air du matériau de ventilation.
  2. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 1, dont la lisière de recouvrement (31) est réalisée d'une seule pièce et qui, en position fermée, recouvre entièrement le matériau de ventilation (27, 29) et le laisse entièrement dégagé en position ouverte.
  3. Composant de pièce de vêtement comprenant deux bords latéraux de composant qui sont configurés pour un assemblage avec deux bords (41, 43) opposés l'un à l'autre de deux parties de pièce de vêtement constituées de matériau de pièce de vêtement,
    le composant présentant un dispositif de fermeture principal (13) muni de deux côtés de fermeture pouvant être reliés entre eux de manière amovible et qui sont chacun reliés avec l'un des deux bords latéraux de composant,
    au moins l'un des deux côtés de fermeture étant relié avec le bord latéral de composant associé par le biais d'un matériau de ventilation (27, 29) qui forme un dispositif de ventilation et par le biais duquel le composant est perméable à l'air de ventilation même lorsque le dispositif de fermeture principal (13) est fermé,
    un dispositif de fermeture supplémentaire sous la forme d'une lisière de recouvrement (31) étant disposé sur le dispositif de fermeture principal (13), lequel est mobile par rapport au dispositif de fermeture principal (13) entre une position fermée dans laquelle il recouvre au moins une partie du matériau de ventilation (27, 29) et une position ouverte dans laquelle il laisse au moins une partie du matériau de ventilation (27, 29) dégagée,
    et un dispositif d'obturation de la ventilation (111 ; 117, 119) étant prévu en plus de la lisière de recouvrement (31) parallèlement au matériau de ventilation, lequel peut être déplacé, au choix, dans une position d'obturation dans laquelle il recouvre au moins une zone partielle du matériau de ventilation et réduit la capacité de ventilation du matériau de ventilation et dans une position de libération dans laquelle il laisse le matériau de ventilation dégagé,
    le dispositif d'obturation de la ventilation présentant une lisière de recouvrement (31) configurée en plusieurs parties dont les parties de lisière (117, 119) individuelles peuvent être déplacées chacune indépendamment l'une de l'autre dans une position ouverte dans laquelle elles recouvrent respectivement une partie associée du matériau de ventilation et peuvent être chacune déplacées indépendamment l'une de l'autre dans une position fermée dans laquelle elles laissent dégagée la partie respectivement associée du matériau de ventilation, de sorte que la capacité de ventilation dépend du nombre de parties de lisière (117, 119) qui se trouvent en position ouverte.
  4. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, avec lequel la lisière de recouvrement (31) recouvre le matériau de ventilation (27, 29) sur son côté extérieur.
  5. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dont le matériau de ventilation (27, 29) est formé par un produit plat textile perméable à l'air.
  6. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 5, dont le matériau de ventilation (27, 29) présente un matériau de type tressé ou maillé.
  7. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dont le matériau de ventilation (27, 29) présente un indice de perméabilité à l'air d'au moins 30 1/m2/s.
  8. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dont le dispositif de fermeture principal (13) est choisi dans le groupe suivant : fermeture éclair, fermeture à velcro, fermeture magnétique et fermeture par bouton-pression.
  9. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant une lisière intermédiaire (49) qui s'étend parallèlement à la lisière de recouvrement (31) et qui, à l'état fermé, se trouve entre le dispositif de fermeture principal (13) et la lisière de recouvrement (31) et, à l'état ouvert, laisse dégagée au moins une partie du matériau de ventilation (27, 29).
  10. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 9, dont la lisière intermédiaire (49) est réalisée d'une seule pièce et, en position ouverte, laisse dégagée la totalité du matériau de ventilation (27, 29).
  11. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 10, dont la lisière intermédiaire (49) est réalisée en plusieurs parties et dont les parties de lisière (117, 119) individuelles peuvent être déplacées chacune indépendamment l'une de l'autre dans une position ouverte dans laquelle elles laissent respectivement dégagée une partie associée du matériau de ventilation (27, 29).
  12. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, dont la lisière intermédiaire (49) est réalisée étanche.
  13. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, au moins la lisière de recouvrement (31) ou la lisière intermédiaire (49) présentant au moins une partie intermédiaire de lisière (81, 87) qui est disposée entre une partie intérieure de lisière (63, 67) et une partie extérieure de lisière (61, 65) et présente une première extrémité de partie intermédiaire de lisière qui est fixée à la partie intérieure de lisière (63, 67) au moyen d'une couture de partie intermédiaire de lisière (83, 89) et une deuxième extrémité de partie intermédiaire de lisière qui est fixée à la partie extérieure de lisière (61, 65) au moyen de la deuxième couture de lisière (73, 77).
  14. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 13, dont la partie intermédiaire de lisière (81, 87) présente une couche de fonction étanche.
  15. Composant de pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 4 à 12, lorsqu'elles se réfèrent à la revendication 1, dont le matériau d'obturation de la ventilation présente un indice de perméabilité à l'air minimum compris entre environ 30 1/m2/s et 40 1/m2/s.
  16. Pièce de vêtement munie d'un composant de pièce de vêtement selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 15, les deux bords latéraux du composant étant reliés avec les deux bords (41, 43) opposés l'un à l'autre des deux parties de pièce de vêtement constituées du matériau de pièce de vêtement.
  17. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 16, dont la lisière de recouvrement (31) présente un côté de lisière de recouvrement fixe (51) qui est fixé à côté d'un premier côté du dispositif de fermeture principal (13) sur un matériau du dessus (45) de la pièce de vêtement et un côté de lisière de recouvrement libre (53), la lisière de recouvrement (31) pouvant pivoter autour de son côté de lisière de recouvrement fixe (51) entre la position ouverte et la position fermée.
  18. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 17, sa lisière de recouvrement (31) s'étendant pour l'essentiel parallèlement au dispositif de fermeture principal (13), le côté de lisière de recouvrement fixe (51) et le côté de lisière de recouvrement libre (53) étant respectivement formés par un côté longitudinal de lisière de recouvrement et le côté long de lisière de recouvrement fixe étant fixé à côté d'un premier côté long du dispositif de fermeture principal (13) sur le matériau du dessus (45) de la pièce de vêtement.
  19. Pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 16 à 18, avec laquelle le matériau de pièce de vêtement et la lisière de recouvrement (31) sont réalisés étanches et la lisière de recouvrement (31) est fixée de manière étanche au matériau de pièce de vêtement.
  20. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 19, laquelle est constituée, y compris la lisière de recouvrement (31), de matériau perméable à l'eau et à l'air (45) et lequel est doté d'une couche de fonction étanche.
  21. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 16, avec laquelle le dispositif de fermeture principal est réalisé sous la forme d'une fermeture éclair (13), la fermeture éclair (13) présentant deux bandes latérales (15, 17) opposées l'une à l'autre et chaque bande latérale (15, 17) présentant un premier côté long muni de chaînettes de fermeture et un deuxième côté long relié avec un bord de pièce de vêtement (41, 43) associé, et une liaison entre le premier côté long d'au moins l'une des deux bandes latérales (15, 17) et le bord de pièce de vêtement (41, 43) associé étant au moins partiellement formée par le matériau de ventilation (27, 29).
  22. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 21, avec laquelle la fermeture éclair (13) est elle-même réalisée sous la forme d'un dispositif de ventilation en ce qu'au moins l'une des deux bandes latérales (15a, 17a) de la fermeture éclair (13) est réalisée apte à la ventilation en ce qu'elle est constituée de matériau de ventilation sur au moins une partie de son extension transversale et sur au moins une partie de son extension longitudinale.
  23. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 21 ou 22, comprenant une fermeture éclair (13) sans matériau de ventilation (27, 29) propre, avec laquelle le deuxième côté long d'au moins l'une des deux bandes latérales (15, 17) de la fermeture éclair (13) est relié avec le bord de pièce de vêtement (41, 43) associé par du matériau de ventilation (27, 29).
  24. Pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 16 à 23, avec laquelle le dispositif de fermeture principal (13) est prévu pour la fermeture amovible d'une ouverture avant d'une pièce de vêtement de type veste ou manteau.
  25. Pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 16 à 24, avec laquelle le dispositif de fermeture principal (13) est prévu pour l'assemblage amovible de deux parties de pièce de vêtement qui peuvent être séparées l'une de l'autre.
  26. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 16, lorsqu'elle se réfère à l'une des revendications 9 à 12, dont la lisière intermédiaire (49) présente un côté de lisière intermédiaire fixe (55), qui est fixé de manière étanche sur un deuxième côté du dispositif de fermeture principal (13) à l'opposé du premier côté du dispositif de fermeture principal (13) sur le matériau du dessus (45) de la pièce de vêtement, et un côté de lisière intermédiaire libre (57), la lisière intermédiaire (49) pouvant pivoter autour de son côté de lisière intermédiaire fixe (55).
  27. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 16 ou 26, lorsqu'elles se réfèrent à l'une des revendications 9 à 12, sa lisière intermédiaire (49) s'étendant pour l'essentiel parallèlement au dispositif de fermeture principal (13), le côté de lisière intermédiaire fixe (55) et le côté de lisière intermédiaire libre (57) étant respectivement formés par un côté longitudinal de lisière intermédiaire et le côté de lisière intermédiaire fixe (55) étant fixé à côté d'un deuxième côté long du dispositif de fermeture principal (13) sur le matériau du dessus (45) de la pièce de vêtement.
  28. Pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 16 à 27, au moins la lisière de recouvrement (31) ou la lisière intermédiaire (49) présentant une partie intérieure de lisière (63, 67), une partie extérieure de lisière (61, 65) et une zone d'extrémité de lisière qui se trouve dans la zone du côté de lisière fixe (51, 55), lesquelles sont superposées l'une à l'autre vues dans le sens du côté intérieur vers le côté extérieur de la pièce de vêtement.
  29. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 28, dont la partie extérieure de lisière (61, 65) et dont la partie intérieure de lisière (63, 67) sont chacune formées par un tissu et sont reliées entre elles par une première couture de lisière (69, 71) dans la zone du côté de lisière libre (53, 57) et par une deuxième couture de lisière (73, 75, 77, 83) dans la zone du côté de lisière fixe (51, 55).
  30. Pièce de vêtement selon la revendication 29, dont la deuxième couture de lisière (73, 75, 77, 83) est étanche.
  31. Pièce de vêtement selon l'une des revendications 20, 24, 25, 28 à 30, lorsqu'elles se réfèrent à la revendication 20, dont la couche de fonction est étanche et perméable à la vapeur d'eau.
