Claims (8)
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine für Wurst, Käse od. dgl. mit einem von einem Messermotor angetriebenen Kreismesser, einer verstellbaren Anschlagplatte und mit einem die Hub- und Reversierbewegungen der Zyklen eines Schneidevorganges ausführenden elektromotorisch verfahrbaren Schnittgutwagen, der eine Spann- und Vorschubeinrichtung aufweist sowie vorzugsweise mit einer Programmsteuerung zur Ansteuerung einer Anzahl von Schneidezyklen und zur Aktivierung eines allfälligen Ablegesystems, wobei ein Drehknopf zur Schnittstärkeeinstellung und ein Schalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten eines Antriebs oder einer Kupplung für den Schnittgutwagen vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehknopf (14) zur Schnittstärkeeinstellung und der Schalter für den Schnittgutwagen in einem einhandbetätigbaren Steuerkopf (12) zusammengefasst sind und der Schalter als ein gegen Federkraft rückstellender Tastschalter vorzugsweise in Form eines an den Drehknopf (14) auf gleicher geometrischer Achse anschließenden Drehringes (15) ausgebildet ist, der gegen Federkraft aus einer Grundstellung bis zu einem Anschlag winkelverdrehbar ist.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehring (15) aus der Grundstellung in zwei Drehrichtungen gegen Schaltstücke von Schaltern (16, 19) verdrehbar ist und der Drehring (15) zumindest in der einen Drehrichtung selbstrückstellend ist und den Schneidevorgang nach Loslassen des verdrehten Drehringes mit der Beendigung des laufenden Schneidezyklus unterbricht und in der anderen Drehrichtung nach einem vorgegebenen Drehwinkel in einer Schaltstellung des Schalters (19) einrastet, in der der Schnittgutwagen (2) im Dauerbetrieb arbeitet bzw. die Programmsteuerung den Schneidevorgang nach einer eingestellten Scheibenzahl beendet.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehknopf (14) zusätzlich zur Verdrehbarkeit aus einer Grundstellung gegen Federkraft in axialer Richtung verschiebbar ist und als Tastschalter am Ende des axialen Verschiebungsweges gegen Schaltstücke zur Aktivierung der Schneidezyklen aufläuft.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehknopf (14) in axialer Richtung von einer Grundstellung ausgehend sowohl einschiebbar als auch herausziehbar ausgebildet ist, wobei in der einen Richtung eine rückstellende Feder und in der anderen Richtung am Ende des Verschiebungsweges eine Rasteinrichtung, z.B. eine Kugelraste, gegenüber einer Ausnehmung vorgesehen ist.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerkopf (12) auf dem stirnseitigen freien Ende einer zylindrischen bzw. kegelstumpfförmigen Konsole (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Steuerkopf (12) bzw. auf der Konsole (13) ein Stellschalter, z.B. ein Schiebeschalter oder ein Einstellrad (21), zur Vorwahl einer Hubgeschwindigkeit für den Schnittgutwagen (29) bzw. für die Länge eines Zeitintervalls am Ende eines jeden Schneidezyklus vorgesehen ist.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schalter für den Messermotor (4) mit dem Drehknopf (14) für die Schnittstärkeeinstellung verbunden ist.
- Aufschnittschneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schalter für den Messermotor (4) mit dem Tastschalter, insbesondere dem Drehring (15), verbunden ist.
