Abstract

Eine Schneidemaschine mit einer der Schnittstärke entsprechend parallel verschiebbaren, von Führungen (6) in einem Sockelgehäuse (1) frei aufragenden Anschlagplatte (4), weist eine Abstützung (13) für die Anschlagplatte (4) auf, um deren Ausweichen am freien Ende unter dem Einfluss des Schnittgutes (12) beim Schneidvorgang zu verhindern. Diese Abstützung (13) setzt an der Rückseite des freien Endes der Anschlagplatte (4) nächst dem Kreismesser (3) an. Die Abstützung (13) kann synchron mit der Schnittstärke einstellbar sein oder aber unabhängig von dieser aus einer zurückgezogenen distanzierten Stellung bis zum Anschlagen an die Anschlagplatte (4) vorgeschoben werden. Dazu ist ein Elektromotor (15) mit einer Gewindespindel (16) ortsfest vorgesehen, die in eine Gewindebohrung eines verdrehgesichert geführten Bolzens (17) eingreift und diesen gegen die Anschlagplatte (4) ein- und ausschiebt. Sobald der Bolzen (17) die Anschlagplatte (4) auf deren Rückseite berührt, schaltet der Elektromotor (15) ab.
