Die Verankerungsvorrichtung 1 wird zum Einbringen in das Erdreich 3 mit einem am Halteabschnitt 5 ansetzenden Werkzeug gedreht und mittels des Gewindeabschnitts 4 in das Erdreich 3 eingedreht. Eine Schieflage der Längsmittelachse LB des Halteabschnittes gegenüber der Vertikalen ist hierbei nicht wie bei herkömmlichen einbetonierten Pfosten störend, da sie ausgeglichen werden kann. Nach dem Eindrehen der Verankerungsvorrichtung 1 in das Erdreich 3 wird der stab- oder pfostenförmige Gegenstand 2 in den an den Gewindeabschnitt 4 anschließenden Halteabschnitt 5 eingeführt (siehe Figur 2). Der im Halteabschnitt 5 zunächst lose eingeführte Gegenstand 2 wird zur Vertikalen ausgerichtet, wobei die Längsmittelachse LG des Gegenstandes 2 nicht übereinander liegen müssen. Der im Halteabschnitt 5 nicht durch den Gegenstand 2 ausgefüllte verbleibende Füllraum 6 wird nun mit einem grob- oder auch feinkörnigen harten Füllgut 7, wie insbesondere Rollsplitt, bis zum oberen Rand des Füllabschnittes aufgefüllt. Der Gegenstand 2 ist nun an sich im wesentlichen stabil und dauerhaft lagegesichert, und kann in einer Richtung quer zur Vertikalen nurmehr unter Einsatz größerer Kraftaufwendungen verrückt werden. Für ein Überdecken der Einfüllöffnung wird die Platte 10 aufgelegt. Zu einer endgültigen Lagesicherung wird das Abschlußmittel 9 mittels der Schraubenbolzen 16 unter Ausübung einer mechanischen Vorspannung auf die Platte 10 und damit auf das Füllgut 7 angezogen. Durch das Abschlußmittel 9 wird somit ein vollständiger Abschluß der Einfüllöffnung 8 bewirkt und - über die Platte 10 - gleichzeitig eine mechanische Spannung auf das im Füllabschnitt 6 des rohrförmigen Halteabschnittes 5 eingebrachte Füllgut aufgebracht.

der Halteabschnitt einen mit einer Einfüllöffnung (12) versehenen becher- oder rohrförmigen Füllabschnitt (6) zur Aufnahme eines Füllgutes (7) aufweist.
Claims (6)
- Befestigungssystem zum ausrichtbaren Befestigen eines von einer Oberfläche ragenden stab- oder pfostenförmigen Gegenstandes (2), mit einer durch einen Bodendübel, eine Einschlaghülse oder einen Aufsatzständer gebildeten Verankerungseinrichtung (1), die mit einem in den von der Oberfläche begrenzten Untergrund ein- und aus diesem wieder herausbringbaren bzw. auf der Oberfläche lösbar befestigbaren Verankerungsabschnitt (4) und mit einem Halteabschnitt (5) zur ausrichtbaren Aufnahme des Gegenstandes (2) versehen ist, welcher derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Gegenstand (2) in seiner Ausrichtung bezüglich der Verankerungseinrichtung (4) korrigierbar und in ausgerichteter Stellung fixierbar ist, wobei der Halteabschnitt (5) einen mit einer Einfüllöffnung (12) versehenen becherförmigen Füllabschnitt (6) aufweist,
gekennzeichnet durch ein körniges Füllgut (7), das in dem durch den eingesetzten Gegenstand (2) nicht ausgefüllten verbleibenden Füllraum des Füllabschnitts (6) aufgenommen ist und hierdurch den Gegenstand (2) in ausgerichteter Stellung fixiert,
wobei weiterhin ein Abschlussmittel (9) zum mindestens bereichsweisen Überdecken des Füllabschnitts (6) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Abschlussmittel (9) eine Platte (10) aufweist, welche eine den Durchtritt des Gegenstandes (2) gewährende Bohrung und einen über der Platte (10) liegenden Ringabschnitt (11) aufweist, wobei das Abschlussmittel (9) die Einfüllöffnung (12) abschließt und wobei das Abschlussmittel (9) derart ausgebildet ist, dass unter beliebigen Ausrichtungen des Gegenstandes (2) ein überlappender Bereich (13) von Ringabschnitt (11) und Platte (10) gegeben ist, wodurch die Längsmittelachse LB des Halteabschnitts (5) und die Längsmittelachse LG des Gegenstandes (2) in ausgerichteter und fixierter Stellung nicht übereinander liegen müssen. - Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (10) durch eine oder mehrere eigenständige, vorgefertigte Platten aus Kunststoff oder Blech ausgebildet ist, die mit der Querschnittsform des einzusetzenden Gegenstandes (2) angepassten Aussparungen oder Durchtrittsöffnungen versehen ist bzw. sind.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (10) mehrere übereinanderliegende, das Füllgut (7) durch Überlappung abdeckende Platten aufweist.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mehreren übereinanderliegenden, überlappenden Platten eine sichelförmige Formgebung mit einem der Querschnittform des einzusetzenden Gegenstandes (2) angepassten Innenbogen der Sichel und einem dem Krümmungsradius der Einfüllöffnung (12) angepassten Außenbogen der Sichel aufweist.
- Befestigungssystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchtrittsöffnungen der Platten konzentrisch zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Befestigungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Abschlussmittel (9) ein Spannmittel zugeordnet ist, mittels welchem das Füllgut mit einer mechanischen Spannung beaufschlagt ist.
