Abstract
Description
Weiterhin kann der Luftstrom der Blasluftvorrichtung durch die Luftleiteinrichtungen entweder in radialer oder in tangentialer Richtung auf eine Druckfarbe und Feuchtmittel führende Walze des Farbwerkes gerichtet werden.
In bevorzugter Weise wird der Luftstrom auf einen Oberflächenbereich einer Farbwerkswalze gerichtet, in dem ein erhöhter Anteil von Feuchtmittel in der Druckfarbe im Farbwerk nach oben transportiert wird.
Die Filterelemente können als Kunststoffmatte, als Papieroder Kunststoffvlies, aus Papiermaterial, als Stoffvlies oder ähnlichen Materialien ausgeführt sein. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit ein Metallgitter zu verwenden, an dem mittels elektrischer Aufladung die angesaugten Schmutzpartikel abgeschieden werden.
Insbesondere können die Lüfter der Blasvorrichtung zuschaltbar sein, wenn eine Verbindung über wenigstens eine Walze zwischen dem Farbwerk und dem Feuchtwerk schaltbar ausgeführt ist. Hierbei kann bei zugeschalteter Verbindung zwischen dem Farbwerk und dem Feuchtwerk mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung durch gezielte Verdunstung vermieden werden, dass unbeabsichtigt Feuchtmittel in das Farbwerk und im Farbwerk vom Formzylinder bzw. der Verbindung zum Feuchtwerk aus nach oben transportiert wird.
Weiterhin können bei Erreichen eines bestimmten Geschwindigkeitsbereiches der Druckmaschine, in dem in erhöhtem Maße Farbnebel oder Farbspritzer auftreten, die Lüfter der Absaugvorrichtung zugeschaltet werden, um den Luftaustausch in dem Raum vor dem Farbwerk zu erhöhen und die Reinigungswirkung zu verbessern.

Claims (15)
- Farbwerksabsaugung für eine Druckmaschine, insbesondere Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, mit wenigstens einem vor dem Farbwerk angebrachten Lüfter, durch welchen Luft aus dem Farbwerksraum herausförderbar ist und einem dem Lüfter vorgeordnetem Filterelement,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Lüfter (10) der Absaugeinrichtung (10, 11) eine einen Luftstrom innerhalb des Farbwerkes erzeugende Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) zugeordnet ist. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) auf einen Walzenbereich einer Farbwerkswalze (3.1) gerichtet ist, der eine Bewegung von einer Farbwerkswalze, die in Transportrichtung des Farbwerkes näher am Formzylinder (5) angeordnet ist, zu einer entsprechend weiter entfernt liegenden Farbwerkswalze ausführt und dass die Farbwerkswalze (3.1) sich in einem einsträngigen Bereich (3) des Farbwerkes befindet. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) aus einem oder mehreren Axiallüftern (12) ausgebildet ist. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) ein Filterelement (13) zugeordnet ist. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Absaugeinrichtung (10, 11) und der Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) ein gemeinsames Filterelement (11, 13) zugeordnet ist. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gemeinsame Filterelement (11, 13) als von einer Vorratswickelrolle auf eine Aufwickelrolle transportierbare Filterbahn ausgeführt ist und den Axiallüftern (10, 12) jeweils in Strömungsrichtung vorgeordnet angeordnet ist. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaugeinrichtung (10, 11) und die Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) als jeweils eine sich über die Breite der Maschine erstreckende Reihe von nebeneinander angeordneten Axiallüftern (10, 12) besteht. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaugeinrichtung (10, 11) und die Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) an einem Schutz vor den Farbwerkswalzen angebracht ist. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) Luftleitelemente (14) aufweist. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels der Luftleitelemente (14) der Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) ein radial oder tangential auf die Oberfläche einer der Farbwerkswalzen gerichteter Luftstrom erzeugbar ist. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lüfter (10, 12) der Absaugeinrichtung (10, 11) und/oder der Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) einzeln und/oder in Gruppen zusammengefasst ansteuerbar sind. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einstellwerte der Lüfter (10, 12) der Absaugeinrichtung (10, 11) und/oder der Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) abspeicherbar und wieder zur Ausführung bringbar sind. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lüfter (10, 12) der Absaugeinrichtung (10, 11) und/oder der Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) in Abhängigkeit von der Produktionsgeschwindigkeit der Druckmaschine zuoder abschaltbar sind. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Lüfter (10) der Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) bei Zuschalten einer Verbindung zwischen dem Feuchtwerk und dem Farbwerk mittels einer Brückenwalze (8) zuschaltbar sind. - Farbwerksabsaugung nach einem oder allen der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lüfter (10, 12) der Absaugeinrichtung (10, 11) und/oder der Blaseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) von einem der Druckmaschine zugeordneten Leitstand steuerbar sind.
