Claims (21)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Holzfenstern gekennzeichnet durch eine Kombination von folgenden Vorfertigungsschritten:a. ein Schichtholzstab aus mehreren Schichten (42, 44) preiswerter Hölzer mit einer dünnen Deckholzschicht (24) aus hartem Holz wird im Doppelvakuumverfahren ölfrei tiefenimprägniert und durchgehend zu einem Blendrahmenprofil (10) profiliert,b. ein Schichtholzstab aus mehreren Schichten (20, 22) preiswerter Hölzer mit einer dünnen Deckholzschicht (28) aus gleichem oder einer Rauminnenausstattung angepasstem Holz wird im Doppelvakuumverfahren ölfrei tiefenimprägniert und durchgehend zu einem zum Blendrahmenprofil (10) passenden Fensterrahmenprofil (12) profiliert,c. die wetterseitigen Holzflächen beider Profile (10, 12) werden vollständig wetterfest und lichtecht beschichtet undd. auf eine standardisierte Länge abgelängt, sowie
mit folgenden Endfertigungsschritten:e. die profilierten Schichtholzstäbe (10, 12) werden unter 45° auf Gehrung geschnitten,f. die Gehrungsschnittflächen werden versiegelt,g. die aneinander mit ihren Gehrungsschnittflächen aneinander gefügten Schichtholzstäbe (10, 12) miteinander verklebt und verklammert undh. in jeder derart gebildeten Ecke (50) im Inneren in hierfür profilierten Nuten (30, 56, 58) kreuzweise senkrecht zur Eckkante (50) mit je zwei Holzschrauben wechselseitig verschraubt. - Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Holzfenstern gemäß Anspruch 1, dass für die Endfertigung eines Fensterflügel (12) zunächst zwei Unterseitenhölzer mit den jeweils zwei Seitenhölzer verbunden werden und die Oberseite offen bleibt, um eine Scheibe in eine Nut (32) einfügen zu können, um danach ein oberes Flügelholzes lediglich ohne Klebung lösbar zu verschrauben.
- Holzfenster nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fensterrahmen oder das Fensterflügelprofil (12) einem mehrlagigen Mittelholz (20, 22) eines miteinander verklebten preiswerten Holzes besteht, auf dem außen eine Deckschicht (24) aus Massivholz in einer Dünnschicht mit einer Spezialverleimung aufgebracht ist, während innen eine ebenfalls dünne Massivholzdecklage (28) aus der gleichen Holzart wie das Mittelholz oder aus einer Edelholzart aufgebracht ist, die gegebenenfalls der Holzart eines Innenausbaues angepasst ist, wobei das Aufbringen eine Spezialverleimung ist, die zugleich als Dampfdiffusionssperre von innen nach außen dient.
- Holzfenster nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blendrahmen (10) aus einem mehrlagigen Mittelholz (42, 44) eines miteinander verklebten preiswerten Holzes besteht, auf dem außen eine Deckschicht (24) aus Massivholz in einer Dünnschicht mit einer Spezialverleimung spezialverleimt ist, während innen eine ebenfalls dünne Massivholzdecklage (28) aus der gleichen Holzart wie das Mittelholz oder aus einer Edelholzart spezialverleimt ist, die gegebenenfalls der Holzart eines Innenausbaues angepasst ist, wobei das Aufbringen eine Spezialverleimung ist, die zugleich als Dampfdiffusionssperre von innen nach außen dient.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass außen zusätzlich oder alternativ zur Deckschicht (24) und den angrenzenden freiliegenden Kanten eine Schutzschicht (26) aufgebracht ist, um ein jegliches Anstreichen überflüssig zu machen
- Holzfenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter einer außen aufzubringenden Schutzschicht (26) temperaturvergütetes Holz, so genanntes "Thermowood" angeordnet ist.
- Holzfenster nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das temperaturvergütetes Holz, thermobehandelte Buche ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht (26) eine Acrylfolie ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht (26) eine direkt aufgebrachte Acrylschicht ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzschicht (26) ein direkt aufgebrachter dünner Film in Nanotechnologie ist.
- Fenster nach einem oder mehreren der voraufgehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im Fensterflügelprofil (12) fenstereinwärts eine Glasnut (32) für eine Verglasung ohne Glasleiste befindet.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Glasnut (32) unten eine Wassersammelrinne 40 ausgebildet ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Rand der Glasnut (32) auf jeder der beiden Kanten einen Falz (34) für eine Glasversiegelung in der Glasnut (32) ausgebildet ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im unteren Fensterflügelholz an einer markierten Stelle der vorgefertigten Stange (15) zumindest eine Entwässerungsbohrung 54 vorgesehen ist.
- Fenster nach einem oder mehreren der voraufgehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Außenseite des Fensterflügelprofils (12) eine Getriebenut (30) zur Aufnahme von Beschlägen oder Stangen vorgesehen ist, wobei in diese Nut (30) bei der Endmontage des Fensterflügelprofils (12) die Schrauben eingezogen werden.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine weitere Nut (36) der Aufnahme einer Mitteldichtung dient.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine weitere Nut (38) nahe der Massivholzdecklage (28) eine kleine Nut (38) zur Aufnahme einer Überschlagdichtung ausgebildet ist.
- Fenster nach einem oder mehreren der voraufgehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich im vorprofilierten Blendrahmen (10) auf der Außenseite zwei Nuten (56, 58) zum Verbinden angrenzender Blendrahmenprofile (10) in einer Fensterecke 50 (Fig. 2) und sich in Ergänzung zur Getriebenut (30) des Fensterflügelprofils (12) gegenüber hierzu eine Nut (46) für die Beschlagmontage befindet.
- Fenster nach einem oder mehreren der voraufgehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im vorprofilierten Blendrahmen (10) eine umlaufende Wassersammelnut (48) ausgefräst ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem auf der Stange (15) markierten Bereiche, der für die Unterseite des Rahmensprofils 10 vorgesehen ist, unter der alles außen abdeckenden Schicht (24) ein unverrottbarer Block (52) aus "Purenit" eingefügt ist, aus dem die Wassersammelnut (48) ausgebildet ist.
- Fenster nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem auf der Stange (15) markierten Bereiche, der für die Unterseite des Rahmensprofils 10 vorgesehen ist, unter der alles außen abdeckenden Schicht (24) ein Block (52) aus temperaturvergütetes Holz, "Thermowood" eingefügt ist, aus dem die Wassersammelnut (48) ausgebildet ist
