Claims (10)
- Automatischer Spulenwechsler für einen Parallelspulautomaten, mit einer ein Fadenverlegeaggregat (5) für das Bespulen von Randscheibenspulen (S) aufweisenden Spulstation und mit einem Magazin für die Aufnahme der Spulen (S), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Magazin durch einen Drehteller (9) für den schrittweisen Transport von leeren Spulen (S) an die und der vollen Spulen (S) von der Spulstation gebildet ist, wobei die leeren Spulen (S) einen Garnrest aufweisen, und dass im Bereich der Spulstation ein Knoter (K) für die Verbindung des Garnrests auf der nächsten zu bespulenden leeren Spule (S2) mit dem vom Fadenverlegeaggregat (5) gelieferten Spulgarn vorgesehen ist.
- Spulenwechsler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung des genannten Garnrests und des Spulgarns durch Anknoten des Garnrests an das von der gerade voll gespulten Spule (S1) zum Fadenführer (F) der Fadenverlegung (5) verlaufende Garnstück erfolgt, welches nach dem Knoten zwischen dem Knoten und der vollen Spule (S1) durchgetrennt wird.
- Spulenwechsler nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehteller (9) Aufnahmestellen (15) für die Spulen (S) sowie an jeder Aufnahmestelle (15) Haltemittel für ein Ende des Garnrests der an der Aufnahmestelle (15) positionierten Spule (S) aufweist, welche zur Vorlage des genannten Endes des Garnrests an den Knoter (K) vorgesehen sind.
- Spulenwechsler nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Haltemittel durch vom Drehteller (9) nach oben ragende Garnklemmstifte (33) gebildet sind, an die das Ende jedes Garnrests anlegbar ist.
- Spulenwechsler nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Aufnahmestelle (15) zwei zu beiden Seiten der Aufnahmestelle (15) und damit der in dieser positionierten Spule (S) angeordnete Garnklemmstifte (33) zugeordnet sind, wobei das freie Ende des Garnrests von der Spule (S) zum einen und von diesem zum anderen Garnklemmstift (33) geführt und am letzteren fixiert ist.
- Spulenwechsler nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das freie Ende des Garnrests zwischen den beiden Garnklemmstiften (33) in einer relativ zum Drehteller (9) tangentialen Lage erstreckt.
- Spulenwechsler nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Knoter (K) in Drehrichtung (R) des Drehtellers (9) unmittelbar nach der Spulstation angeordnet ist, und dass nach Beendigung des Spulvorgangs die betreffende volle Spule (S1) von der Spulposition (A) an die der nächsten Aufnahmestelle entsprechende Drehstellung des Drehtellers (9) transportiert und dem Knoter (K) vorgelegt wird, wobei das Ende des aufgespulten Garns von der vollen Spule (S1) über die der in der Spulstation positionierten Spule (S2) zugeordneten Garnklemmstifte (33) zum Fadenführer (F) der Fadenverlegung (5) verläuft.
- Spulenwechsler nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl das genannte Ende des auf der vollen Spule (S1) aufgespulten Garns als auch das freie Ende des Garnrests der in der Spulstation positionierten Spule (S2) über die der in der Spulstation positionierten Spule (S2) zugeordneten Garnklemmstifte (33) geführt sind.
- Spulenwechsler nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden genannten Garnenden gemeinsam dem Knoter (K) vorgelegt und von diesem miteinander verknotet werden und der Knoten von der vollen Spule (S1) abgetrennt wird.
- Spulenwechsler nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Beginn des Spulvorgangs der in der Spulstation positionierten Spule (S2) durch deren Rotation das freie Ende des Garnrests dieser Spule zur Spule zurück gezogen und auf dieser aufgespult wird.
