- Verfahren zum Befestigen von Folienbahnen (15) an Bauwerksflächen, insbesondere an Tunnelwänden, bei welchem mindestens ein Folienvorrat, insbesondere eine Folienrolle (5), durch eine Verlegebewegung entlang der zu bedeckenden Fläche (3) bewegt und dabei die Folienbahn (15) von dem Vorrat bzw. der Rolle abgezogen und an die Fläche angelegt wird, wobei die Folienbahn (15) durch von einer Schmelzeinrichtung (7, 8) erzeugten Schmelzklebstoff an der Fläche (3) befestigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schmelzeinrichtung (7, 8) bei der Verlegebewegung mit dem Folienvorrat bzw. der Folienrolle mitgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schmelzeinrichtung (7, 8) geschäumten Schmelzklebstoff erzeugt, wobei insbesondere der Gasvorrat (8) zur Schäumung ebenfalls bei der Verlegebewegung mitgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schmelzeinrichtung (7, 8) auf einer bei der Verlegebewegung im wesentlichen horizontal bleibenden Plattform (10) angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattform (10) als begehbare Arbeitsbühne ausgestaltet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schmelzklebstoff durch einzelne, separat aus der Schmelzeinrichtung gespiesene Auftragsköpfe (17) auf die Folienbahn aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zum Befestigen von Folienbahnen (15) an Bauwerksflächen, insbesondere an Tunnelwänden, bei welchem mindestens ein Folienvorrat, insbesondere eine Folienrolle (5), durch eine Verlegebewegung entlang der zu bedeckenden Fläche (3) bewegt und dabei die Folienbahn (15) von dem Vorrat bzw. der Rolle abgezogen und an die Fläche angelegt wird, wobei die Folienbahn (15) durch Befestigungsmittel, insbesondere durch von einer Schmelzeinrichtung (7, 8) erzeugten Schmelzklebstoff, an der Fläche (3) befestigt wird, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verlegebewegung mittels einer Bewegungseinrichtung (4) erfolgt, die einerends den Folienvorrat, insbesondere die Folienrolle, trägt und die andernends zur Ausführung der Verlegebewegung verfahrbar, insbesondere horizontal verfahrbar, und zudem schwenkbar an einer Tragstruktur (6), insbesondere einem Portalwagen, angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungseinrichtung längenverstellbar ist und insbesondere einen längenverstellbaren Arm (12) und insbesondere einen teleskopisch längenverstellbaren Arm aufweist, wobei die Schwenkachse (11) des Armes an der Tragstruktur verfahrbar angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse (26) der Folienrolle (5) in der durch diese Längsachse bestimmten Horizontalebene aus einer Stellung bei der die Längsachse (26) parallel zur Schnittlinie der Horizontalebene mit der Bauwerksfläche steht, angetrieben in Stellungen schwenkbar ist, in der die Längsachse nicht parallel zur Schnittlinie steht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsachse (26) der Folienrolle (5) aus der durch diese Längsachse bestimmte Horizontalebene angetrieben heraus- und zurückschwenkbar ist, insbesondere so, dass die Längsachse einen Punkt in der Ebene beibehält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkbewegung der Längsachse (26) der Folienrolle (5) durch eine entsprechende Bewegung der Bewegungseinrichtung (4) an der Tragstruktur (6) bewirkt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, 8 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkbewegung der Längsachse (26) der Folienrolle (5) bewirkt wird, indem die Schwenkachse (11) des Armes (12) um eine senkrecht zur Horizontalebene B stehende Drehachse (48) drehbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, 9 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkbewegung der Längsachse (26) der Folienrolle (5) aus der Horizontalebene B heraus bewirkt wird, indem die Schwenkachse (11) des Armes (12) um eine horizontale Kippachse (38) gekippt wird.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Befestigen von Folienbahnen (15) an Bauwerksflächen (3), insbesondere an Tunnelwänden, umfassend eine Tragstruktur (6), eine daran angeordnete, zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Folienvorrates, insbesondere einer Folienrolle (5) ausgestaltete Bewegungseinrichtung, welche zur Ausführung einer Verlegebewegung ausgestaltet ist, bei welcher eine Folienbahn von dem Vorrat bzw. der Rolle (5) abziehbar und an die Bauwerksfläche anlegbar ist, sowie eine Schmelzeinrichtung (7, 8) zur Erzeugung eines geschmolzenen Klebstoffes aus einem festen Schmelzklebstoffmaterial, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schmelzeinrichtung (7, 8) derart mit der Bewegungseinrichtung (4) verbunden oder Teil derselben ist, dass sie die Verlegebewegung mitmacht.
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Befestigen von Folienbahnen (15) an Bauwerksflächen (3), insbesondere an Tunnelwänden, umfassend eine Tragstruktur (6), eine daran angeordnete, zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Folienvorrates, insbesondere einer Folienrolle (5) ausgestaltete Bewegungseinrichtung, welche zur Ausführung einer Verlegebewegung ausgestaltet ist, bei welcher eine Folienbahn von dem Vorrat bzw. der Rolle (5) abziehbar und an die Bauwerksfläche anlegbar ist, insbesondere nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungseinrichtung (4) verfahrbar, insbesondere horizontal parallel verfahrbar, und zudem zur Ausführung der Verlegebewegung schwenkbar an der Tragstruktur (6) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit der Bewegungseinrichtung verbundene Plattform (10), auf welcher die Schmelzeinrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattform (10) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie bei der Verlegebewegung im wesentlichen horizontal bleibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattform als Arbeitsbühne ausgestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegungseinrichtung (4) mindestens einen Arm (12) aufweist, der an der Tragstruktur (6) um eine Achse (11) schwenkbar ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsachse (26) der Folienrollenaufnahme verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (11) an der Tragstruktur (6) in ihrer Neigung zur Horizontalen einstellbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achse (11) um eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Horizontalen stehende weitere Achse (48) drehbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arm ein längeneinstellbarer Arm und insbesondere ein Teleskoparm ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine zusammen mit dem Folienvorrat verfahrbare Vorbehandlungseinrichtung für die Tunnelwandung (3) aufweist, die in Fahrtrichtung der fahrbaren Tragstruktur (6) vor dem Folienvorrat angeordnet ist und insbesondere Drahtbürsten (45, 46) und/oder Fräsen umfasst, die insbesondere im selben Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, wie an der Schmelzeinrichtung angeordnete Auftragsköpfe.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorbehandlungseinrichtung ebenfalls von der Bewegungseinrichtung (4) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine Schweisseinrichtung (49) umfasst, welche insbesondere mittels einer weiteren, vorzugsweise horizontal, verfahrbaren und zudem schwenkbaren Bewegungseinrichtung, insbesondere einem Arm (34, 61) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung der weiteren Bewegungseinrichtung (34, 61) unabhängig von der Verlegebewegung der ersten Bewegungseinrichtung (12, 35) ist, abgesehen von der Schwenkbewegung der Längsachse (26) der Folienrollenaufnahme in der Horizontalebene durch diese und der Neigungsbewegung der Längsachse (26), welche von der zweiten Bewegungseinrichtung (34, 61) ebenfalls mitgemacht werden.
- Verwendung von geschäumtem Schmelzklebstoff zur Befestigung von Folienbahnen an Tunnelgewölben, insbesondere an Spritzbetongewölben.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haftflächen für den Schmelzklebstoff durch Drahtbürsten und/oder Fräsmittel vorbearbeitet werden.
