Claims (9)
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß mit Schließelementen wie Schloßfalle (1) und Sperrklinke (2),
wobei die Schloßfalle (1) und die Sperrklinke (2) jeweils in eine Hauptraststellung und ggf. in eine Vorraststellung verstellbar sind,
wobei die Schloßfalle (1) durch die Sperrklinke (2) in der Hauptraststellung und in der ggf. vorhandenen Vorraststellung arretierbar ist,
wobei ein Sensor (10) zur Überwachung des aktuellen Schließzustands vorgesehen ist und
wobei die Schloßfalle (1) und die Sperrklinke (2) derart mit dem einen Sensor (10) gekoppelt sind, daß das Erreichen der Hauptraststellung der Schloßfalle (1) nur zusammen mit dem Erreichen der Hauptraststellung der Sperrklinke (2) das Auslösen des Sensors (10) bewirkt und der Sensor (10) sich ansonsten im nicht ausgelösten Zustand befindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Sensor (10) ein mechanisches, aus einer Ausgangsstellung heraus vorzugsweise elastisch verstellbares Betätigungselement (11) zugeordnet ist und
daß sowohl die Schloßfalle (1) als auch die Sperrklinke (2) mit dem Betätigungselement (11) gekoppelt sind, also auf das Betätigungselement (11) wirken. - Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (11) als längliches Biegeelement (12) ausgestaltet ist, vorzugsweise, daß das Biegeelement (12) nach Art eines Biegebalkens einseitig an einer Einspannstelle (13) eingespannt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Biegeelement (12) ein Metall- oder Kunststoffstreifen ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellung der Schloßfalle (1) in ihre Hauptraststellung eine Verstellung des Betätigungselements (11) aus seiner Ausgangsstellung heraus bewirkt, daß dadurch das Betätigungselement (11) in den Verstellbereich der Sperrklinke (2) kommt und daß dann die Verstellung der Sperrklinke (2) in ihre Hauptraststellung eine weitere Verstellung des Betätigungselements (11) bewirkt, die das Auslösen des Sensors (10) bewirkt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstellung der Schloßfalle (1) in ihre Hauptraststellung eine erste Biegung des Biegeelements (12) aus seiner Ausgangsstellung heraus bewirkt, daß dadurch das Biegeelement (12), vorzugsweise mit seinem freien Ende (16), in den Verstellbereich der Sperrklinke (2) kommt und daß dann die Verstellung der Sperrklinke (2) in ihre Hauptraststellung eine weitere, zweite Biegung des Biegeelements (12) bewirkt, die das Auslösen des Sensors (10) bewirkt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Biegung des Biegeelements (12) an der Einspannstelle (13) des Biegeelements (12) erfolgt und das Biegeelement (12) dabei mit einer weiteren Stelle des Biegeelements (12) in die Nähe einer feststehenden Anlagefläche (17) kommt und daß die zweite Biegung des Biegeelements an der weiteren Stelle des Biegeelements (12) erfolgt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die Verstellung der Schloßfalle (1) aus ihrer Hauptraststellung heraus in Richtung der Offenstellung als auch die Verstellung der Sperrklinke (2) aus ihrer Hauptraststellung heraus in Richtung der ausgehobenen Stellung eine Verstellung des Betätigungselements (11) aus seiner Ausgangsstellung bewirkt und daß nur das in der Ausgangsstellung stehende Betätigungselement (11) das Auslösen des Sensors (10) bewirkt und der Sensor (10) sich ansonsten im nicht ausgelösten Zustand befindet.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (10) einen tastenden Schalter, vorzugsweise einen Mikroschalter, aufweist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (10) einen berührungslosen Sensor, vorzugsweise ein Hall-Element, aufweist.
