Claims (10)
- 車両(100)の可動部(110)のための自動車用ロック(1)において、
少なくとも1つの爪部(3)および1つの回転ラッチ(4)からなるロック機構(2)を備え、センサ装置(5,6,7)を有し、前記センサ装置(5,6,7)は、前記ロック機構(2)に割り当てられ、固定センサ(6)と、前記回転ラッチ(4)上に設けられた第1感知素子(5)とを有し、あるいは、第1感知素子(5)と、前記回転ラッチ(4)上に設けられた固定センサ(6)とを有し、前記固定センサ(6)は、前記固定センサ(6)の影響区域(E)における前記第1感知素子(5)の有無に関連付けられた少なくとも2つの異なる出力信号を発生させる自動車用ロック(1)であって、
少なくとも一つの第2感知素子(7)が、提供されて前記爪部(3)に設けられ、前記第1感知素子(5)および前記第2感知素子(7)が前記固定センサ(6)によって検出可能であり、前記回転ラッチ(4)の位置(I、II、III、IV)および前記爪部(3)が一つの前記固定センサ(6)によって検出可能であり、前記ロック機構(2)の少なくとも1つのプリロック位置(II)、1つの一次ロック位置(III)、および1つの開放位置(I)を検出することができ、前記固定センサ(6)がホールセンサとして設計され、前記固定センサ(6)の出力信号が前記回転ラッチ(4)の回転角度および/または爪部(3)の回転角度の関数として発生されることを特徴とする、自動車用ロック(1)。 - 前記第1感知素子(5)および前記第2感知素子(7)は、磁気的に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
- 前記第1感知素子(5)及び/又は前記第2感知素子(7)は、磁気的に、特に磁石として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1~2のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
- 前記磁石は、プラスチックボンド磁石として設計され、特に、前記回転ラッチ(4)及び/又は前記爪部(3)のシース(9)が少なくとも部分的にプラスチックボンド磁石として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
- 前記第1感知素子(5)及び/又は前記第2感知素子(7)は、挿入部として設計され、特に、前記回転ラッチ(4)及び/又は前記爪部(3)のシース(9)内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
- 前記爪部(3)及び/又は前記回転ラッチ(4)の切換えカム(8)には、少なくとも1つの感知素子(5,7)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
- 前記切換えカム(8)は、前記爪部(3)または前記回転ラッチ(4)の回転運動を、少なくとも1つの感知素子(5,7)の直線運動に変換することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
- 前記第1感知素子(5)および前記第2感知素子(7)は、前記爪部(3)及び/又は前記回転ラッチ(4)の前記センサ(6)に向けられる側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
- 前記回転ラッチ(4)及び/又は前記爪部(3)の回転角度の関数として、前記センサ(6)の出力電圧が変化することを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
- 前記回転ラッチ(4)の前記第1感知素子(5)と前記爪部(3)の前記第2感知素子(7)とが同時に前記固定センサ(6)の影響区域(E)に位置したときに前記出力信号が最大となることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の自動車用ロック(1)。
