Definitions
- the invention relates to a strand, in particular for weaving machines.
- Loom strands are known per se. They point in the Usually an elongated body made of sheet metal on, formed at its upper and lower ends so-called end loops are for attachment to the mounting rail Serve Web shaft.
- the strand with a thread eye is approximately in the middle provided, which serves to guide a warp thread.
- the openings can be the end eyelet taper area a certain flexibility and thus a buffer effect to lend.
- the Transition area can be viewed as spring means.
- the end eyelet tapering region preferably has an arcuate shape curved edge whose radius is less than or equal to Is 60 mm. This measure reduces the area of the end taper area compared to conventional strands, resulting in a Weight loss without loss of strength contributes.
- the end loop of the strand is preferably through a mouth opening formed with a mouth end area, the longitudinal extent measured thickness is preferably greater than the width of the material otherwise surrounding the mouth opening. Longitudinal measured the length of the mouth end is preferably at most 3 mm, which in turn is preferably larger than 2 mm to 2.5 mm. So the end loop has a good one Strength with low weight.
- the width of the strand shank is preferably one Value of maximum 1.6 mm for the narrowest area of the same reduced.
- the strand shaft can have a width that is smaller is than the width of the thread eyelet. It has shown, that the accompanying weight loss is the reduction the tensile strength of the strand compensated to the extent that strand breaks by reducing their shaft width to 1 mm decrease by 1.6 mm, but in any case not increase. this will achieved by the weight saving of the strands, which has a positive effect on the entire specialist image system.
- the thread eye area is preferably delimited with straight edges.
- the transition to the strand shaft is preferably through an S-shaped or arcuate curved area, the arc radii are preferably less than 60 mm. Thereby short transitions are achieved with sufficient strength.
- the Transition area increases the dynamic strength of the strand shaft with low weight at the same time.
- the length of the transition area is preferably larger than that of the thread eye area.
- a heald frame 1 is illustrated in FIG Weaving machine is vertically movable. He is one of them with a linear guide device 2, 3 and a corresponding one Linkage connected to a drive device 4.
- the Heald frame 1 forms a frame 5 on which strands 6 are held are. These are used to form a weaving machine.
- the strands 6 are identical to one another. As an illustration a single strand 6 is illustrated in FIG.
- the strand 6 is a one-piece sheet metal part elongated Basic form.
- the strand 6 has a so-called end loop at each end 7, 8 on that with an opening 9, 10, a so-called C-shaped mouth opening is provided. They are also shaped differently Openings 9, 10 are known, e.g. J-shaped and O-shaped Openings.
- the mouth opening 9, 10 is each of a straight bordered parallel web-like section 11, 12, to the U-shaped sections 13, 14 Connect (mouth end area).
- the sections 13, 14 each form a mouth area. This is outward, as in Figure 2 illustrates, rounded.
- the one running here Edge 15, 16 can also be obtuse with a straight line or rounded plateau. Starting from that Short extensions 17, 18 in turn extend into the mouth end region into the mouth opening 9, 10.
- the sections 13, 14, the Form mouth end area can be the same or different size be trained. At least section 14 only points a longitudinal extension A of 2.5 mm to 3 mm. With that is in Muzzle area a wear reserve with regard
- End eyelet tapering area 19, 20 within which the Width of the strand 6 from the greater width of the end loops 7, 8 the smaller width of its strand shaft 21 merges.
- the radii of the edges 23, 24, 25, 26 are designated by R in FIG.
- the width of the shaft is preferably between 1 mm and 1.6 mm.
- the sections can 27, 28 can be formed from surface areas 45, 46.
- the surface areas 45, 46 extend in the longitudinal direction the heald 6 from the thread eye area 29 into the area the end loops 7.8.
- the surface areas 45, 46 are preferred about the same size and extend from an approximately bending edge 44 to lying in the middle of the strand 21 to the edges 48, 49 of the sections 27, 28.
- the surface areas 45, 46 form an obtuse angle.
- Figure 8 shows another embodiment of a cross section a strand 6. According to the invention, the surface areas 48, 49 formed arcuate.
- a thread eye region 29 is formed, which by edges 31, 32 oriented parallel to one another are limited.
- the Thread eye area has a width of, for example, 2.4 mm when a thread eye 33 provided here has a width of 1.2 mm.
- the width of the thread eye region 29 is in Figure 2 labeled B.
- the width B is preferably that Twice the width of the thread eye.
- a transition area closes at the thread eye area 29 34 in a first section 35 by two each other opposite rounded edges is limited. Both have a radius R1 of about 60 mm or less. It is followed by a second section 36, which through to each other edges arranged in parallel is limited. Its width is preferably about 1.8 mm. It is slightly larger than the width of the remaining sections 27, 28 of the heddle shaft 21, but less than the width of the thread eye area.
- Section 36 preferably has a length that is at most one and a half times corresponds to the length of the thread eye region 29.
- the strand 6 described so far is in terms of their dynamic properties largely optimized. At faster Vertical movement of the heald frame 1 leads it through Thread eye 33 extending warp thread even with high movement speeds without overloading individual lots or sections. It has a low mass compared to that conventional strands can be reduced by up to 20%. To weigh the strands 5 of the heald frame 1 with conventional assembly, for example 5 kg, this weight can be with strands 5, if according to FIG. 2 and the above description are reduced to about 4 kg become.
- a modified embodiment of the strand 6 is shown in the figure 3 illustrates.
- the strand 6 according to FIG. 3 is asymmetrical in this respect, than her thread eye 33 and her mouth openings 9, 10 not on one common line.
- a continuous straight edge extends from the end eyelet 7 37 to the end eyelet 8.
- the opposite edge 47 is in the end eyelet tapering areas 19, 20 with a radius 60 mm curved. It includes itself straight section that delimits sections 27, 28. With Radii R2 then goes into a straight and parallel edge to the edge 37 part in section 36 about.
- the length of the thread eye area 29 is preferably less than three times that Length of the elongated oval thread eye 33. Its length is up Set at 5.5 mm, the length of the thread eye region is 29 preferably less than 10 mm.
- one or several openings can be formed.
- the present embodiment is in the end eyelet taper area 20 (FIG. 4) like a circular opening in the end eyelet taper region 19 38 and a slot-like opening 39 are provided.
- the opening 38 is used to thread the strand 6 onto a rod, for example for transport or assembly purposes.
- the slit-like opening 39 is used for orientation and positioning in particular with asymmetrical formation of the strand 6.
- Both openings 38, 39 taken together take up an area that is at least greater than one eighth of the total area of the end taper area 19 or 20. This can be done with a given opening size due to the particularly small or short design of the end eyelet tapering area 20, 19 can be achieved. So that carries the end eyelet taper area 20, 19 compared to the stand technical strands, to a lesser extent the weight the strand 6 at.
- the end eyelet tapering area can 20 as well as the end eyelet taper area 19 with enlarged Openings 39, 38 may be provided.
- they can Openings 38, 39 may be drop-shaped.
- the distance between the two openings 38, 39 is preferably less than the length of the slit-shaped opening 39.
- the teardrop-shaped Opening 38 can be of two V-shaped aligned with each other Legs 41, 42 may be limited to each other at an acute angle stand and with a rounding in section 27 of Pass over shaft shaft 21.
- the two legs 41, 42 are connected to each other by a web 43 at its upper end.
- the web 43 forms a system for a heddle support rail.
- the from this outgoing forces are by the legs 41, 42nd introduced into the strand shaft 21 without local voltage increase.
- the openings 38, 39 can have the rigidity and thus the natural frequency of the tapered area 20 in the longitudinal direction of the shaft decrease. This allows shaft areas in Reduce or avoid proximity to the end loop.
- the mass can also with healds can be reduced with J- and O-shaped end loops as they do are known from the ISO standard 11677-2 and 11677-3. there the same or similar measures as described above are implemented.
- the strand shank width is reduced and material in the area of the end loops removed.
- the narrow strand shaft 21 is at a disadvantage the end loops 7, 8 and the thread eye region 29 extended Service. This is due to the shortening of the end loop areas 7, 8 to their absolute minimum and, on the other hand, that auxiliary openings are used to transport the strands 38 have been placed closer to the end loops 7, 8. The radii R in the area of the end loops 7, 8 are reduced.
- the lead shaft 21 has a maximum of 1.6 instead of the usual 2 mm width mm.
- the areas 14, 13 of the projecting beyond the end openings Strand 6 have 2.5 mm instead of the usual length of 4 mm up to 3 mm.
- the strand has one directly around the thread eye 33 Width that, as before, twice the width of the thread eye 33 corresponds.
- this area is at a maximum shortened twice to three times the thread eye width.
- the transition from the narrowest zone 27, 28 of the Litz shaft 21 to the comparatively wide zone 29 around the thread eye 33 is characterized by an elongated transition region 34, which has a maximum width of 1.8 mm and the reinforcement this area serves against mechanical loads.
