Claims (5)

  1. Système pour mesurer une emprise de laminage (7) entre les cylindres de travail (1a ; 1b) d'une cage de laminage à froid ou à chaud pour le laminage de feuillards métalliques étroits ou larges, en particulier pour des feuillards métalliques NE, au moyen d'au moins un capteur de position ou de course (16) pour la mesure de référence indirecte de l'emprise de laminage ;
    dans lequel les cylindres de travail (1a, 1b) sont tenus dans des blocs de flexion (4a, 4b) avec possibilité de translation perpendiculairement à l'emprise de laminage (7) ;
    dans lequel des pièces de montage (3a, 3b) pour cylindres de travail sont guidées dans des montants de la cage de laminage ;
    dans lequel un bloc cylindrique stationnaire (15) et des composants mobiles servent à recevoir une unité à piston-et-cylindre ;
    dans lequel les valeurs de référence d'emprise de laminage mesurées par le capteur de position ou de course sont amenées à un système de régulation pour réguler l'emprise de laminage via un rapprochement hydraulique des cylindres et/ou la flexion des cylindres de travail ; caractérisé
    en ce que le capteur de position ou de course (6) est réalisé sous la forme d'un palpeur de mesure, d'un convertisseur électrohydraulique ou d'un convertisseur magnétostrictif ;
    en ce que le capteur de position ou de course (6) est intégré entre les blocs de flexion (4a, 4b) ou les pièces de montage (3a, 3b) pour cylindres de travail, ou bien entre un bloc cylindrique stationnaire (15) et un composant mobile pour la mesure de référence indirecte de l'emprise de laminage ; et
    en ce qu'il est prévu une régulation de la disposition oblique, mesurée au niveau des blocs de flexion, du feuillard laminé au moyen d'un rapprochement des unités à pistons-et-cylindres qui influencent l'emprise de laminage et/ou au moyen d'un réglage de forces de flexion différentes dans les unités à pistons-et-cylindres qui influencent l'emprise de laminage.
  2. Système selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le capteur de position ou de course (6) traverse une douille cylindrique (8), sur la face frontale (8a) de laquelle est agencé un aimant (9) pour la tige de capteur (10) du convertisseur magnétostrictif dans une cavité centrale (11 a) du piston (11) pour le cylindre de flexion, et en ce que la tige de capteur (10), qui traverse la tige de piston (11b) du cylindre de flexion (5), s'étend dans un perçage axial central (12) de la tige de piston (11b) qui se termine au niveau d'un perçage de mise à l'air (13).
  3. Système selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce le capteur de position ou de course (16), qui est agencé fermement dans un bloc de flexion (4a ; 4b), est réglable dans un tube de guidage (16) dans un bloc cylindrique (15) pour les cylindres de flexion (5a ; 5b).
  4. Système selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que le tube de guidage (16) et agencé fermement dans le bloc de flexion (4a ; 4b) et est guidé en coulissement dans le bloc de flexion opposé (4a ; 4b).
  5. Système selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le tube de guidage (16) est monté en coulissement dans une douille de guidage (17) dans un bloc de flexion opposé (4a ; 4b).
