Claims (1)

  1. Procédé pour le laminage de profilés dans des cages de laminoir présentant des paires de cylindres à cannelures dont les cannelures sont délimitées de chaque côté par des collets d'appui,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    en utilisant au moins un cylindre à cannelures apte à coulisser axialement en position, ce cylindre monté à coulissement (UKW) est déplacé sous une charge définie de manière à ce que les surfaces de ses collets d'appui (AUL ; AUR) viennent en appui contre l'une et l'autre surface des collets d'appui (AOL ; AOR) de l'autre cylindre à cannelures (OKW), les positions de butée, la longueur de la distance de déplacement, la position calculée au centre de cette distance de déplacement étant mises en mémoire et le cylindre monté à coulissement (UKW) étant amené dans une position dans laquelle ses cannelures se trouvent en ligne par rapport à celles de l'autre cylindre (OKW), et que le cylindre monté à coulissement (UKW) est déplacé sous une charge définie graduellement croissante de manière à ce que les surfaces de ses collets d'appui (AUL ; AUR) viennent en appui contre l'une et l'autre surface des collets d'appui (AOL ; AOR) de l'autre cylindre à cannelures (OKW), les valeurs des charges respectives, des positions de butée et celles des distances de déplacement étant mises en mémoire, la courbe des constantes élastiques de la cage de laminoir étant calculée à partir de ces valeurs et mise en mémoire et que le cylindre monté à coulissement (UKW) est alors déplacé d'une distance calculée à partir de la courbe des constantes élastiques, depuis sa position dans laquelle ses cannelures se trouvent en ligne par rapport à celles de l'autre cylindre, à l'encontre des forces axiales qu'il y a lieu de prévoir lors du laminage et est maintenu dans cette position pendant le laminage par l'intermédiaire d'organes de réglage de position.
