Definitions

  • the invention relates to a housing for a cooking appliance according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a cooking appliance such as a pyrolysis stove
  • temperatures of 500 ° C and more can be achieved.
  • the EP 1 239 224 A1 describes a stove, which is installed in a piece of furniture. In this case, air is conveyed by means of a blower through a circulation space, which is formed between a muffle and a housing of the furnace.
  • the object of the invention is to further develop a generic housing, in particular with regard to an effective, targeted and metered steering of cooling air along the wall of the housing.
  • the invention is based on a housing for a cooking appliance with a housing wall.
  • the housing has at least one air guide element arranged in an outer surface of the housing wall for guiding air along the outer surface. Air flowing along the outer surface of the housing wall can be effectively directed and metered in a targeted manner on the basis of the shaping of the air guide element.
  • the air guide element influences the air during the flow along the outer surface with respect to its flow direction and flow strength.
  • the housing wall is understood to be an outer wall of the housing, the housing having no further wall outside this housing wall.
  • the housing wall may be a side wall of the housing, a rear wall and / or a bottom plate of the housing. It is also possible that the housing wall is formed by an upper cover of the cooking appliance.
  • a cooking appliance in particular a built-in cooker, is usually integrated between kitchen furniture or in a kitchen furniture, wherein the housing of the cooking appliance is adjacent to the bottom of the floor, at the back of a wall or a furniture panel and at its two lateral outer walls each of furniture panels.
  • Between the housing and the furniture panels or the floor or the wall is an air space that can be used for the targeted circulation of cooling air around the walls of the housing.
  • This air space for cooling the housing a compact design of the cooking appliance or additional space for a particularly effective heat insulation can be achieved, since it can be dispensed with an internal cooling device with a cooling air flow between two housing walls.
  • the arranged in an outer surface of a housing wall air guide element leads the cooling air targeted to the outer surface of the housing wall to those places where cooling is particularly effective.
  • the housing wall is a cooking appliance or the housing to the outside final wall, the housing outside this housing wall has no further wall.
  • the housing wall may have a side wall of the housing, a Be the back wall and / or a bottom plate of the housing. It is also possible that the housing wall is formed by an upper cover of the cooking appliance.
  • the housing comprises a front side, a side wall and a bottom plate, wherein the air guide element is arranged in the outer surface of the bottom plate and is provided for guiding air from the front side to the side wall.
  • the floor panel may include feet or other spacers that hold the floor panel a desired distance from a floor space such as a floor or furniture element. Under the bottom plate thus a space between the base and bottom plate is arranged. Cool air can be drawn into this area.
  • the air guide element in the outer surface of the bottom plate, this air can be directed to one or both side walls and there targeted to desired areas.
  • the air guide element forms a web-like elevation in the outer surface of the housing wall.
  • air flowing along the outer surface of the housing wall can be guided particularly effectively over larger distances or surfaces along the outer surface.
  • the air guide element may be designed as an ascending element, through which the air is at least partially guided in the vertical direction, for example obliquely from top to bottom or vice versa. It is also possible that the air guide element is vertically aligned or curved.
  • a particularly simple and inexpensive embodiment of the air guide element is achieved by the air guide element is a molding of the housing wall.
  • the molding can be an embossing in a sheet metal, which forms the housing wall, or a thickening or come through another contour shape of the housing wall.
  • the air guide element and the housing wall are thus made in one piece.
  • the production of the air guide element by a simple shaping step in the manufacture of the housing wall is particularly simple.
  • the air guide element over at least the greater part of its length forms the furthest outwardly projecting elevation of the housing wall.
  • Such an air guide element is in the installed state of the housing directly or with only a very small air gap on a housing wall adjacent to the furniture panel.
  • a flow of air around the outside of the air guide element is thus not or only to a small extent possible. It can be achieved a complete or extensive separation of two located between the housing wall and a furniture panel air areas. Cooling air streams are thus specifically targeted steerable.
  • the housing wall is a side wall of the housing, and the air guide element extends over at least three quarters of the vertical extent of the side wall. A targeted air guidance over the entire or substantially entire vertical extent of the side wall can be achieved.
  • the housing wall is a side wall of the housing, and the air guide element extends up to a distance of up to 10 cm from a lower edge of the side wall.
  • the air guide element extends up to a distance of up to 10 cm from a lower edge of the side wall.
  • This edge flowing air for example, from a space below a bottom plate of the housing effluent cooling air, can be guided directly or very quickly by the air guide element along the side wall after flowing around the edge and reaching the air space next to the side wall.
  • the air guide element thus extends to all or almost to the lower edge of the side wall, for manufacturing reasons, a distance of up to 10 cm may be desirable.
  • the housing comprises a bottom plate and an upper portion, which is provided for maintaining a negative pressure by means of a fan, wherein the air guide element is provided for guiding air from a space arranged under the bottom plate in the upper region.
  • the air guide element is provided for guiding air from a space arranged under the bottom plate in the upper region.
  • Good cooling efficiency is achieved by cool air. Cool air is present in the lower front area around the housing. This air can, without being substantially heated, sucked into a space arranged under the bottom plate become. The cool air is expediently sucked from the front into the area under the bottom plate.
  • the air guide element is expediently formed on a side wall or rear wall, on which the air flows on its way from the space below the bottom plate in the upper area along.
  • the air guide element and the feet of the bottom plate or the spacer elements may have the same or the substantially same elevation height relative to an outer surface of the bottom plate.
  • the air guide element is directly or very close to the floor or arranged below the bottom plate furniture plate. Air from the front area below the bottom plate can thus not flow below the air guide element into a space behind the air guide element. It can be achieved a complete or substantially complete diversion of the air through the air guide element to the side wall.
  • the bottom plate has a spacer for spacing the bottom plate from a standing surface, wherein the air guide element forms a survey in the outer surface of the bottom plate, which projects at least partially less far outward than the spacer element.
  • a bottom plate usually has an at least in areas flat outer surface. This outer surface is held by the spacer elements, such as feet, at a desired distance to a standing surface. By protruding the air guide element at least partially less far beyond this outer surface to the outside than the spacer element, air can flow, for example, from the front of the housing under the bottom plate and from there between the air guide element and the stand surface to the rear.
  • the ratio of air passing below the air guide element and air guided by the air guide element to another region depends on the size and height of the air guide element relative to the outer surface of the base plate. This height can be used specifically for adjusting cooling air flows around the housing.
  • a particularly good cooling of the back of the housing can be achieved by two rear walls are arranged at the back with an intermediate rear space, which are provided for guiding an air flow from a space below the bottom plate upwards.
  • the movement of the air is expediently from bottom to top and can be effected by a fan or by thermal.
  • the housing comprises an upper area, which is provided to maintain a negative pressure by means of a fan, and openings which connect the rear space with the upper area.
  • the upper area can be a room that is completely or substantially completely closed, except for ventilation openings, in which a negative pressure can be generated and held by a fan relative to the surroundings of the upper area. Through openings that connect the rear space with the upper area, a cooling air flow from the rear space can be selectively adjusted in the upper area.
  • the rear space expands over more than half of the back. In this way, a large-area cooling of the back of the housing can be achieved.
  • the housing comprises an upper area, which is provided for maintaining a negative pressure by means of a fan, and a front and one from the upper area to the front directed exhaust duct with an opening arranged in the front. Heated air can be blown from the upper area through the mouth targeted, the air can also be applied to vapors. By sucking in the cooling air in the lower region, in particular in the space below the bottom plate, and the blowing out of the hot air from the upper region, a mixing of the hot air flow with the cold air flow and thus a heat short circuit can be avoided.
  • the housing for the cooking appliance may have a housing inner wall and a housing outer wall. It is then proposed that the housing comprises at least one air guide element designed as a shape of the housing inner wall or of the housing outer wall. Air flowing along a surface of a housing wall can be effectively directed and selectively metered by means of the shape of the air guide element.
