Claims (13)
- Carcasse (2) pour un appareil de cuisson avec une paroi de carcasse, dans laquelle la paroi de carcasse est une paroi terminant la carcasse (2) vers l'extérieur et la carcasse (2) ne présente aucune autre paroi hormis cette paroi de carcasse, et avec au moins un élément de guidage d'air (26, 28) disposé dans une surface extérieure (30, 32) de la paroi de carcasse pour mener de l'air le long de la surface extérieure (30, 32), dans laquelle la carcasse présente un côté avant, une paroi latérale (4, 8) et une plaque de fond (6), caractérisée en ce que l'élément de guidage d'air (26) est disposé dans la surface extérieure de la plaque de fond (6) et prévu afin de mener de l'air du côté avant vers la paroi latérale (4, 8).
- Carcasse (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de guidage d'air (26, 28) constitue une élévation en forme d'âme dans la surface extérieure (30, 32) de la paroi de carcasse.
- Carcasse (2) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de guidage d'air (26, 28) est une forme de la paroi de carcasse.
- Carcasse (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de guidage d'air (28) constitue au moins sur la majeure partie de sa longueur l'élévation faisant le plus largement saillie vers l'extérieur de la paroi de carcasse.
- Carcasse (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la paroi de carcasse est une paroi latérale (4, 8) et l'élément de guidage d'air (28) s'étend jusque dans une zone pouvant atteindre 10 cm à l'écart d'un bord inférieur (38) de la paroi latérale (4, 8).
- Carcasse (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une plaque de fond (6) et une zone supérieure (16), prévue pour le maintien d'une dépression à l'aide d'un ventilateur (20), dans laquelle l'élément de guidage d'air (28) est prévu afin de diriger l'air issu d'un espace (36) situé sous la plaque de fond (6) vers la zone supérieure (16).
- Carcasse (2) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de fond (6) présente un élément d'écartement (22) pour l'écartement de la plaque de fond (6) par rapport à une surface de pose et l'élément de guidage d'air (26) constitue une élévation dans la surface extérieure (30) de la plaque de fond (6), qui s'étend au moins en partie moins loin vers l'extérieur que l'élément d'écartement (22).
- Carcasse (2) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 7, caractérisée par un côté arrière, sur lequel sont disposées deux parois arrière (10, 12) séparées par un espace arrière (74), prévues afin de diriger un flux d'air issu d'un espace (36) situé sous la plaque de fond (6) vers le dessus.
- Carcasse (2) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par une zone supérieure (16), prévue afin de maintenir une dépression à l'aide d'un ventilateur (20) et par des orifices (76), qui relient l'espace arrière (74) à la zone supérieure (16).
- Carcasse (2) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que l'espace arrière (74) s'étend sur plus de la moitié du côté arrière.
- Carcasse (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une zone supérieure (16), prévue pour le maintien d'une dépression à l'aide d'un ventilateur (20), un côté avant et un canal d'évacuation d'air (44) dirigé de la zone supérieure vers le côté avant, avec une embouchure (48) disposée dans le côté avant.
- Carcasse (2) pour un appareil de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une paroi intérieure de carcasse (68) et une paroi extérieure de carcasse, dans laquelle la carcasse (2) englobe au moins un élément de guidage d'air (26, 28) exécuté sous la forme d'une forme de la paroi intérieure de carcasse ou de la paroi extérieure de carcasse.
- Appareil de cuisson avec une carcasse (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
