Claims (6)
- Platten-, bzw. Formzylinder einer Rotations-, insbesondere Offsetdruckmaschine mit einer zylindrischen Mantelfläche, die zur Aufnahme einer Druckform vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberfläche des Platten-, bzw. Formzylinders (1) mit einer in Achsrichtung konvex gekrümmten Mantelfläche (2) versehen ist, derart, dass das rechnerisch bestimmte konvexe Profil der Mantelfläche (2) so variiert, dass der Durchmesser des Platten-, bzw. Formzylinders (1) in der Achsmitte am grössten und an den seitlichen Rändern am kleinsten ist.
- Platten-, bzw. Formzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das konvexe Profil der Mantelfläche (2) einen Kreisbogen beschreibt.
- Platten-, bzw. Formzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das konvexe Profil der Mantelfläche (2) eine Parabel mindestens zweiter Ordnung beschreibt.
- Platten-, bzw. Formzylinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Verwendung zur Aufnahme einer plattenförmigen Druckform (6) im Plattenzylinder (1) durch die Manteloberfläche (2) eine Zylindergrube (5) vorgesehen ist, deren Übergänge (3, 4) entlang der konvexen Manteloberfläche (2) entsprechend ausgeführt sind, so dass die Grubenbreite (s) über die axiale Länge der Zylindergrube (5) konstant ist.
- Platten-, bzw. Formzylinder nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung mit einer Druckplatte (6), die derart gestaltet ist, dass die Biegelänge vom vorlaufenden Druckplattenradius (7) und nachlaufenden Druckplattenradius (8) in der Druckmitte IMitte länger gebogen ist, als an den Druckrändern, so dass die Länge an den Druckrändern IRand kürzer als die Länge in der Mitte IMitte ist.
- Platten-, bzw. Formzylinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung bei zwei aneinander angestellten Gummituchzylindern für Schön- und Widerdruck.
