Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport packaging, in particular for explosive Packaged goods, with a collapsible cardboard outer packaging container.
- Such transport packaging is more versatile for packaging of packaged goods kind of use. Is the packaged goods a dangerous one? Good, especially for explosive material, so the transport of Such packaged goods special safety regulations. The latter are u. a. depending on which hazard potential the respective packaged goods represent.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a transport packaging of the above mentioned type such that with their help the potential hazard the packaged goods during its transport cost reduced and the transport packaging can be stored space-saving.
- the transport packaging a flattenable, has non-flammable inner packaging, at least partially is designed grid or net-like and surrounding the packaged, in radial Forming direction non-expandable sleeve.
- the risk potential, especially of explosive packaged goods, can be considerable can be reduced if the packaged goods from a non-combustible Sleeve is surrounded, which is practically not expandable in the radial direction and at least partially latticed or net-like configured.
- expandable sleeve takes in a transport accident in which it too an explosion of the packaged goods comes, a significant portion of the released Energy due to deformation, so that due to the explosion of the Packaged good damage and thus reduces the risk potential can be.
- the extent of such damage is, inter alia, of the explosive force of exploding packaged goods dependent.
- the at least partially permeable designed inner packaging turns out that in the case an explosion of pressure can escape, but with larger fragments retained be, d. H. the splinter effect is reduced.
- the transport packaging can be easily marked on the outside, in particular to ensure that the outside for the transport of the Packaged goods relevant dangerous goods class can be attached easily visible.
- the inner packaging is surrounded by the outer packaging container, the made of cardboard, preferably of corrugated cardboard, and is inexpensive Way outside printed or pasted.
- the transport packaging according to the invention also has the advantage that the Transport packaging can be stored space-saving.
- the Transport packaging can be stored space-saving.
- the outer packaging container and the réelleverpakkung be stored in a very space-saving way, especially when laid flat Condition a variety of transport packaging piled up on top of each other become.
- the inner packaging is according to the invention of a non-combustible material manufactured. It has proved to be particularly advantageous if the Inner packaging is made of metal.
- the mecanical tube made of wire, in particular of steel wire.
- a particularly simple handling of the transport packaging can thereby be achieved that the inner packaging is inherently dimensionally stable. This makes possible In a simple way, to bring the packaged goods in the inner packaging.
- the inner packaging comprises a rigid grid, preferably a metal grid.
- the inner packaging can be characterized particularly weight-saving design, due to the given permeability of the grid is simultaneously ensured that in Trap of a fire or a strong heat load during transport of the packaged goods an explosion of the packaged goods a reduced splintering effect entails.
- the inner packaging of a container with several, relatively pivotable and lockable Sidewalls forms.
- the sidewalls can be used to transport the packaged goods be locked relative to each other and thereby in their entirety form a rigid container, the package goods at least sleeve-shaped surrounds.
- the locking of the side walls can be solved so that they can be pivoted relative to each other and thereby the entire container can be laid flat.
- formed in the form of a container inner packaging has at least one closable by means of a flap opening, wherein the Flap for opening the container against the action of a restoring force in the container interior is retractable.
- a return spring are used to reset the flap.
- Alternative or supplementary can be provided that the swung out of its closed position Flap acted upon by its own weight with a restoring force is.
- Such a configuration is particularly advantageous, if the packaged goods have an explosive area and a non-explosive, however having combustible area.
- the inner packaging is not independent dimensionally stable, for example, a windable braid, in particular a Metal mesh, covered.
- the braid can be designed tubular, so that the inner packaging can be pulled over the packaged goods. alternative can the packaged goods in the non-dimensionally stable inner packaging wrapped, with the inner packaging is then locked.
- a locking element is held, alternatively, a separate locking element for Use come.
- the inner packaging in the case of an explosion of the packaged goods the largest possible Take up the amount of released energy and reduce the fragmentation effect should.
- the inner packaging is at least partially grid, braided or mesh-like, with a mesh size of at least about 5 mm, preferably a mesh size in the range of about 5 to about 50 mm, has proven to be particularly favorable.
- the inner packaging can be made using wire, for example be, preferably rust-resistant or stainless wire.
- the inner packaging at least surrounds the packaged goods kind of a sleeve.
- the inner packaging completely surrounds the packaged goods, because thereby can be a particularly large proportion of the released in the event of an explosion Absorbed energy and the fragmentation effect is significantly reduced become.
- the Transport packaging includes several inner packaging, each one Part of the packaged material sleeve or cup-shaped surrounded.
- Such Embodiment is particularly in unwieldy, elongated ausgestaltetem Packaged goods are an advantage as the individual inner packaging is easy to handle Way are each attached to a portion of the packaged goods can.
- the inner packaging directly to the packaged goods is applied.
- the inner packaging a Insulation absorbs, which preferably rests flat on the packaged.
- the outer packaging container is flat against the réelleverpakkung at.
- the transport packaging explained above can be used for packaged goods Type are used, especially for dangerous packaged goods.
- the transport packaging according to the invention for the packaging of airbags, airbag modules, gas generators and proved pyrotechnic articles. Does it come during the transport to an unintentional triggering example of an airbag, so is the released energy to a considerable extent from the inner packaging added. This can ensure that parts of the Airbags in the event of a tripping only over a very limited surrounding area distribute, so that the risk potential of such airbags can be significantly reduced. This, in turn, allows the security measures to facilitate the transport of airbags, so that airbags can be transported cheaper.
- FIG. 1 to 6 is a first embodiment of an inventive Transport packaging shown in total with the reference numeral 12 is occupied. It comprises an outer packaging container in the form of a folding box 14, which is made of single or multi-ply corrugated board. Furthermore comes a closable inner packaging in the form of a mesh container 16 for use, in the packaged goods to be packaged 18, for example, an in a plastic film welded airbag for motor vehicles, can be used.
- the packaged goods 18 receiving lattice container 16 can in the carton 14 are used form-fitting, so that these on all sides flat on the lattice 16 is present.
- the carton 14 may externally known per se and therefore not shown in the drawing label for labeling of the packaged goods 18, in particular to identify the relevant Dangerous goods class of the packaged goods 18. This inscription can be applied to the folding box 14 can be printed, alternatively, a label on the outside of the carton 14 glued on.
- the grate container is 16 cuboid and includes a bottom 20 and a lid 21, at a rectangular in plan view, the packaged goods 18 in the circumferential direction sleeve-shaped surrounding jacket 22 are pivotally mounted.
- the latter is formed by articulated side walls, namely of a front longitudinal wall 23, a rear longitudinal wall 24 and a first and a second transverse wall 25 and 26.
- the bottom 20 is by means of two hinges 28 and 29 at a lower edge 30 of the front longitudinal wall 23 pivotally mounted
- the lid 21 is by means of two hinges 31st and 32 pivotably mounted on an upper edge 33 of the rear longitudinal wall 24.
- the first transverse wall 25 is pivotable by means of hinges 35 and 36 at the rear longitudinal wall 24 and by means of hinges 37 and 38 pivotally the front longitudinal wall 23 is held.
- Corresponding hinges 40, 41 and 42, 43 serve the pivotable mounting of the second transverse wall 26 at the front longitudinal wall 23 and the rear longitudinal wall 24th
- All side walls 23, 24, 25, 26 of the shell 22 are the same as the ground 20 and the lid 21 of the mesh container 16 of a rigid wire mesh manufactured, which has square mesh in the illustrated embodiment with a mesh size of about 16 mm.
- a front longitudinal edge 45 of the lid 21 is the front longitudinal wall 23 facing a locking element in the form of a U-shaped configured Clamp 46 fixed in the closed state of the mesh container 16 an upper longitudinal edge 47 of the front longitudinal wall 23 engages around.
- An appropriate one Clamping bracket 49 is at the rear longitudinal edge 50 of the bottom 20th set and surrounds in the closed state of the mesh container 16 the lower longitudinal edge 51 of the rear longitudinal wall 24.
- To reinforce the mesh container 16 may be provided that the bottom 20 and / or the lid 21st on all free side edges, so not only on the rear or front Longitudinal edge, at least one, preferably a plurality of locking elements, For example, clamp.
- the packaged goods 18 inserted into the mesh container 16 are rigid on all sides Lattice container 16 surrounded. Does it come during the transport of the in the Transport packaging 12 stowed goods to be packaged 18 due to a transport accident To its explosion, a significant part of the explosion is released expectant energy was absorbed by the mesh container 16, the elastic not is noticeably expandable. An explosion can happen especially if the packaged 18 in the transport packaging 12 a strong heat load subject. Such a burden initially has the consequence that the carton 14 on fire, with the heat occurring through the mesh container 16 heats up the packaged 18, so that this possibly explode can. Although the mesh container 16 has a considerable mechanical Stability, but no heat-insulating properties. This will ensures that in case of fire or other strong heat load no further heating of the packaged goods 18 within the inner packaging which can possibly be a delayed explosion with significantly increased explosive force would result.

- a second transverse wall 74 pivotally mounted. This forms a closing flap, with the limited by the jacket 65 lateral opening of the mesh container 60th can be closed.
- the second Transverse wall 74 designed in one piece. It can, however, also be provided be that the second transverse wall 74 is formed like a curtain and several, Having parallel aligned wall elements, which counter to a Restoring force can be folded into the container interior.
- the second transverse wall 74 is biased in its closed position, in the it abuts against a stop 62 fixed to the bottom 62, so that they against the action of the return spring 75 in the interior of the mesh container 60 can be pivoted, as shown in Figure 7 by the double arrow 76th is illustrated. It can also be provided that the free end of Transverse wall 74 rests in the closed position on the bottom 62, so that then the stop angle 77 can be omitted.
- the second transverse wall 74 in the interior of the mesh container 60 can be packaged 18 to be packaged in the mesh container 60 become.
- the packaged goods can in this case have an area that over the grid container 60 survives, but as well as the grid container 60 of the enclosed a corresponding size folding carton 14 becomes.
- the mesh container 60 surrounds an explosive region of the Packaged good, during the projecting beyond the grid container 60 area of the Packaged goods are not designed explosive, but in case of fire or only burns off a strong heat load. This has the consequence that the projecting area of the packaged goods in the event of a fire from the explosive Region of the packaged material is separated, so that then the second transverse wall 74 due to their application of a restoring force automatically their Closed position occupies.
- the mesh container 60 is according to the embodiment of the above with reference to Figures 1 to 6 explained grate container 16th flachlegbar.
- the first transverse wall 68 to a by the first end edge 66 of the bottom 62 defined pivot axis in to pivot a position parallel to the bottom 62.
- the must second transverse wall 74 are pivoted so far into the container interior, that it rests on the inside of the lid 63.
- a third embodiment of a closable Inner packaging shown in combination with that shown in Figure 1 Folding box 14 forms a transport packaging according to the invention.
- the inner packaging shown in Figures 8 and 9 designed as a non-dimensionally stable sleeve 80, the one Packgut 82 surrounds in the circumferential direction.
- the sleeve 80 is made of a wire mesh 84 formed, which is designed in the form of a network with a mesh size from about 5 to about 50 mm.
- the wire mesh 84 is shown in the illustrated Embodiment wrapped around the packaged 82 and forms a Tube.
- the wire mesh 82 can separate locking elements are used, which are known per se and to achieve a better clarity in the drawing are not shown.
- the locking elements for example can be connected by means of a crimping pliers with the wire mesh 84.
- transport packaging is not on the packaging limited to explosive packaged goods.
- any Type of packaged goods are packed by means of transport packaging.
- the inner packaging must this does not rest directly on the packaged goods, it can rather additionally an insulating material are used.
- Figure 10 is a schematic for this purpose elongated packaged goods 90 shown at its two end portions respectively is surrounded by an insulating material 91 and 92, in turn, one from a wire mesh made sleeve 93 and 94 is applied flat.
- the two Sleeves 93 and 94 surround in combination with the insulating materials 91 and 92 respectively in each case one end region of the packaged goods 90 and each provide one in radial Direction not expandable inner packaging dar.
- the packaged 90 can surround of the insulating materials 91 and 92 and the sleeves 93 and 94 in terms of size adapted carton to be introduced, in combination with the two sleeves 93 and 94 a transport packaging according to the invention represents and can be marked on the outside.
- the embodiment shown in Figure 10 is particularly suitable for packaging of packaged goods with explosive parts at the end. In case of a Explosion becomes much of the released energy from the sleeves 93 and 94 recorded so that the risk potential of the packaged Packaged good can be reduced.
