Claims (20)
- Granulat approprié pour être incorporé dans des produits particulaires de lavage ou de nettoyage, contenant une substance active de lavage et/ou de nettoyage et présentant une couche d'enrobage externe (coating), caractérisé en ce que la couche d'enrobage externe contient un complexant et un sel de métal à valences multiples d'un acide gras saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, une ou plusieurs fois hydroxylé, comprenant au moins 12 atomes de carbone, ou un mélange de ces composés.
- Granulat selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le métal à valences multiples est choisi parmi les métaux de transition et les lanthanoïdes et en particulier, parmi les métaux de transition appartenant aux groupes llB, VlllB et éventuellement lB de la classification périodique des éléments.
- Granulat selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le métal à valences multiples est le cobalt, le nickel, le cuivre ou le zinc, en particulier le zinc.
- Granulat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'acide gras est l'acide ricinoléique.
- Granulat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'enrobage contient un sel de métal à valences multiples d'un acide gras saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, une ou plusieurs fois hydroxylé, comprenant au moins 12 atomes de carbone, dans une proportion de 0,05 % en poids à 5 % en poids.
- Granulat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient un sel de métal à valences multiples d'un acide gras saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, une ou plusieurs fois hydroxylé, comprenant au moins 12 atomes de carbone, dans une proportion de 0,02 % en poids à 1 % en poids, en particulier de 0,05 % en poids à 0,2 % en poids.
- Granulat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la substance d'enrobage constituant la couche d'enrobage contient, pour solubiliser la substance active désodorisante, un ou plusieurs agents solubilisants dans une proportion de 0,05 % en poids à 5 % en poids, en particulier de 0,3 % en poids à 1 % en poids.
- Granulat selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'agent solubilisant est un alcool en C10-22 saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, alcoxylé avec de l'oxyde d'éthylène (EO) et/ou de l'oxyde de propylène (PO), ayant un degré moyen d'alcoxylation allant jusqu'à 30, en particulier un alcool gras éthoxylé en C10-18 ayant un degré moyen d'éthoxylation de 1 à 20, en particulier de 2 à 5.
- Granulat selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le solubilisant est un sel d'acide gras alpha-sulfoné, un glutamate d'acyle, un disulfate de monoglycéride, un alkyléther de disulfate de glycérol, un sulfosuccinamate, un sulfosuccinamide et/ou un sulfosuccinate.
- Granulat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la substance d'enrobage constituant la couche d'enrobage contient jusqu'à 20 % en poids, en particulier de 0,1 à 15 % en poids de complexant, en particulier des alcanolamines tertiaires.
- Granulat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la substance d'enrobage constituant la couche d'enrobage contient en outre un pigment inorganique.
- Granulat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient des enzymes, en particulier dans une proportion de 4 % en poids à 20 % en poids.
- Granulat selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'enzyme est une protéase, lipase, amylase et/ou cellulase obtenue à partir de micro-organismes.
- Granulat selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une teneur en activateur de blanchiment d'au moins 40 % en poids et en particulier de 50 % en poids à 92 % en poids.
- Granulat selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'activateur de blanchiment est de type aminoalkylnitrile quaternisé de formule générale (I),
- Procédé de préparation d'un granulat approprié pour être incorporé dans des produits particulaires de lavage ou de nettoyage, contenant une substance active de lavage et/ou de nettoyage et présentant une couche d'enrobage externe, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique sur le granulat, comme couche d'enrobage externe, une substance d'enrobage qui contient un complexant et un sel de métal à valences multiples d'un acide gras saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, une ou plusieurs fois hydroxylé, comprenant au moins 12 atomes de carbone.
- Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique sur le granulat la substance formant la couche d'enrobage en une quantité telle, que le granulat enrobé formé contienne de 0,02 % en poids à 1 % en poids, en particulier de 0,05 % en poids à 0,15 % en poids de sel de métal à valences multiples d'un acide gras saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, une ou plusieurs fois hydroxylé, comprenant au moins 16 atomes de carbone.
- Procédé selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que la proportion de sel de métal à valences multiples d'un acide gras saturé ou insaturé, linéaire ou ramifié, une ou plusieurs fois hydroxylé, comprenant au moins 12 atomes de carbone dans la substance d'enrobage à appliquer, est de 0,05 % en poids à 5 % en poids, en particulier de 0,3 % en poids à 1 % en poids.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisé en ce que l'on introduit la substance d'enrobage sous forme de dispersion aqueuse contenant, le cas échéant, jusqu'à 70 % en poids, en particulier de 40 % en poids à 60 % en poids d'eau, dans un lit fluidisé constitué par le granulat à enrober.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le granulat à enrober contient une enzyme et/ou un activateur de blanchiment.
