Claims (19)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen eines, vorzugsweise flüssigen, Zusatzstoffes auf eine bewegte, ausgebreitete Bahn aus Filtermaterial (2) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mittels wenigstens eines Auftragsorgans (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusatzstoff über eine Auftragsfläche (12) zugeführt wird und daß die Größe der Auftragsfläche (12) eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragsfläche (12), insbesondere mittels wenigstens eines Abdeckelements (5), verändert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf das Filtermaterial (2) zugeführte Zusatzstoffmenge pro Zeiteinheit und/oder pro Auftragsfläche (12) konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vom Filtermaterial (2) nicht aufgenommene Zusatzstoff abgeleitet und/oder gesammelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filtermaterial (2) und/oder der Zusatzstoff mit Ladung beaufschlagt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusatzstoff von wenigstens einer Düse (3) auf wenigstens eine Seite der Bahn aus Filtermaterial (2) aufgesprüht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Düse (3) mit einem konstanten Druck beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Zusatzstoff Triacetin auf das Filtermaterial (2) aufgebracht wird.
- Einrichtung (1) zum Zuführen eines, vorzugsweise flüssigen, Zusatzstoffes auf eine bewegte, ausgebreitete Bahn aus Filtermaterial (2) der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mittels eines Auftragsorgans (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zusatzstoff über eine Auftragsfläche (12) zuführbar ist und daß die Größe der Auftragsfläche (12) einstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragsfläche (12), insbesondere mittels wenigstens eines Abdeckelements (5), veränderbar ist.
- Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Mittel zum Ableiten (5) und/oder wenigstens ein Sammelmittel (6, 11, 13) für den vom Filtermaterial (2) nicht aufgenommenen Zusatzstoff vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Spannungsquelle (10) zur Beaufschlagung des Filtermaterials (2) und/oder des Zusatzstoffes mit Ladung vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Düse (3) auf wenigstens einer Seite der Bahn aus Filtermaterial (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Düse (3) mit einem konstanten Druck beaufschlagbar ist.
- Einrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Austrittsbarriere (8) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel zum Ableiten (5) als Bandelement (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sammelmittel (6, 11, 13) als Abstreifkante (6) und/oder als Becken (13) ausgebildet ist.
- Einrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gehäuse vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Filterstäben für stabförmige Artikel der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit einer Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 18.
